本发明涉及食品技术领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种清油火锅底料。
背景技术
火锅在中国有很长的历史,是一种深受人们普遍欢迎的饮食方式,火锅的质量更主要地决定于火锅的调料,随着社会经济文化日益发达,人们的饮食观念也随之提高,现代人士对火锅的需求不仅要吃起来味道鲜美,更重要地是要吃出健康和美丽,传统的火锅调料已不能满足人们的要求。

本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种清油火锅底料,清油火锅底料具有营养物质便于吸收、药用及食用效果明显,同时会有效减轻胃肠负担,增加食欲,保胃护胃。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种清油火锅底料,由以下重量百分比原料组成:植物油3000-3200份,香辣酱2400-2600份,豆瓣900-1000份,中药浓缩液900-1000份,混合菌类浓缩液700-800份,花生酱600-700份,杭椒600-700份,生姜600-700份,白糖400-500份,花椒300-400份,食盐300-400份,大蒜100-200份,肉宝王50-100份,香辛料30-50份,香叶20-40份,枸杞5-10份,红枣5-10份。
优选的是,所述混合菌类为紫蘑菇和黑蘑菇,所述紫蘑菇和黑蘑菇混合的质量比2∶1。
优选的是,所述香辛料为以下一种或几种组合:八角,丁香,小茴香,甘草,白扣,草果。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:清油火锅底料具有营养物质便于吸收、药用及食用效果明显,同时会有效减轻胃肠负担,增加食欲,保胃护胃。

一种清油火锅底料,由以下重量百分比原料组成:植物油3000份,香辣酱2400份,豆瓣900份,中药浓缩液900份,混合菌类浓缩液700份,花生酱600份,杭椒600份,生姜600份,白糖400份,花椒300份,食盐300份,大蒜100份,肉宝王50份,香辛料30份,香叶20份,枸杞5份,红枣5份。

1.一种清油火锅底料,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比原料组成:植物油3000-3200份,香辣酱2400-2600份,豆瓣900-1000份,中药浓缩液900-1000份,混合菌类浓缩液700-800份,花生酱600-700份,杭椒600-700份,生姜600-700份,白糖400-500份,花椒300-400份,食盐300-400份,大蒜100-200份,肉宝王50-100份,香辛料30-50份,香叶20-40份,枸杞5-10份,红枣5-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的清油火锅底料,其特征在于,所述混合菌类为紫蘑菇和黑蘑菇,所述紫蘑菇和黑蘑菇混合的质量比2∶1。
3.如权利要求1所述的清油火锅底料,其特征在于,所述香辛料为以下一种或几种组合:八角,丁香,小茴香,甘草,白扣,草果。
