1. 一种蜂蜜大枣豆腐包,其特征在于包子馅由以下重量份的原料组成: 猪肉10-15、豆腐90-100、金银花1-2、风箱树花1-1. 2、黄皮叶0. 8-1、紫甘蓝1-2、兰 香子1-1. 1、覆盆子0. 9-1、蜂蜜2-3、大枣1-2、豇豆4-5、蚕豆粉2-3、葡萄藤粉2-3、燕麦粉 2-3、芦苇叶粉1-2、营养添加剂3-4、盐、水适量; 所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:楮实子1-2、三七花2-3、黄连叶2-2. 5、黄 豆4-5、仙人掌3-3. 5、绿豆芽4-5、乌枣8-9、猪肝10-12 制备方法为:(1)将楮实子、三七花、柠檬草、黄连叶、乌枣加4-5倍的水大火煎煮40-45 分钟,压滤去渣,得营养液; (2) 将黄豆、绿豆芽加两倍的水浸泡20-30分钟后打浆,过滤除渣,得浆汁; (3) 将仙人掌、猪肝切成细碎搅拌混合入碾钵碾成泥状,倒入营养液及浆汁,搅拌至混 合均匀,小火熬膏后烘干磨成粉末,既得。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的蜂蜜大枣豆腐包的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: (1) 将金银花、风箱树花、黄皮叶、紫甘蓝、兰香子、覆盆子加4-5倍的水,炭火煎煮1-2 小时,过滤除渣,得药液,再将药液喷雾干燥得药粉; (2) 将豇豆切段后榨汁,把猪肉切成肉丁后倒入豇豆汁内,并加入葡萄藤粉和匀,入锅 蒸煮成肉糜; (3) 将大枣切成两半去核晒干,往蜂蜜内倒入2-3倍水稀释后加入蚕豆粉和燕麦粉,搅 拌均匀后与晒干大枣混合,送入烤箱内烤熟得蜂蜜枣糕;将蜂蜜枣糕均匀压碎得枣糕渣; (4) 将豆腐切成玉米粒大小的碎丁后炒熟,倒入步骤(1)所得药粉、步骤(2)所得肉糜 及步骤(3)所得枣糕渣并与剩余各原料充分混合后即成蜂蜜大枣豆腐包子馅 (5) 将制好的蜂蜜大枣豆腐包子馅包入包子皮中间,做成包子即可。
