Abstract
粘合剂涂敷装置,由一容纳粘合剂的粘合剂室、一部分浸入粘合剂中的粘合剂辊和一将胶水涂敷到一工件上的粘合剂涂敷—或凸版辊构成,工件由一夹爪装置输送从该凸版辊旁经过,在无工件的情况下,凸版辊的转动轴围绕一偏心轴转动,偏离夹爪装置,该偏心轴与粘合剂辊的转轴不重合,其特征在于:凸版辊的转轴或粘合剂辊的转轴如此可动地安装,使凸版辊与粘合剂辊之间的距离保持不变。
Description
本发明涉及一种粘合剂涂敷装置,其带有一容纳粘合剂的粘合剂室、一部分浸入粘合剂中的粘合剂辊和一将粘合剂涂敷到一工件上的粘合剂涂敷-或凸版辊,工件由一夹爪装置输送从该凸版辊旁经过,在无工件的情况下,凸版辊的转动轴围绕一偏心轴转动,偏离夹爪装置,该偏心轴与粘合剂辊的转轴不重合。
本发明特别涉及一种粘合剂涂敷装置,该装置带有一容纳粘合剂的粘合剂室,该室的前侧由一具有垂直转轴的粘合剂辊和一与其平行的密封辊所封闭,粘合剂辊与该室的一垂直侧壁一起限定了一未被接收的粘合剂涂层的返回输送缝隙,密封辊与粘合剂辊构成一粘合剂穿过的间隙,密封介质将密封辊与室的另一垂直侧壁密封,该装置还带有一可挨在粘合剂辊上的粘合剂涂敷-或凸版辊,该辊优选按尺寸从粘合剂辊上接收胶水层,并将其转移到需得到粘合剂涂层的工件上,该装置还带有一可摆动设置的调节杆,调节杆上配有传动装置,凸版辊支撑在调节杆上,并与调节杆的偏转轴偏心,偏心率小于凸版辊的半径,在需提供粘合剂的工件未到位时,调节杆将凸版辊从工件承载器处挪开。
这样的一种粘合剂涂敷装置例如在DE-19532582.6中予以公开。在这种装置中,当例如由一夹爪滚筒构成的工件承载器不输送一需提供粘合剂涂层的工件时,必须使凸版辊从工件承载器处挪开,以便不使工件承载器或夹爪滚筒被胶水涂层弄脏。
在凸版辊从工件承载器挪开时存在这样的问题,即应尽可能不改变凸版与粘合剂辊之间的距离,以便不损坏凸版上粘合剂涂层的均匀性,并且不压伤凸版。
借助于图3至5,描述了凸版辊的一种可回转结构。在这种结构中,从工件承载器上挪开时,凸版辊的转动轴与粘合剂辊的转动轴之间的距离保持不变。带凸版3的凸版辊2可由一杠杆4转动地支撑在一支架6上。而杠杆4又绕粘合剂辊1的转轴5可转动支撑。连续输送并带有一需提供粘合剂涂层的工件的轨道由剪头A标出。当凸版辊2、3需从工件承载器挪开时,操作一传动装置,例如一气动缸7,该传动装置驱动杠杆4在固定于机架的止挡件8、9之间偏转。因为在这样偏转时凸版滚筒2的转轴在一由箭头B表示的、与粘合剂辊1的转轴5同心的外圆柱体上偏转,所以凸版滚筒的转轴与粘合剂辊1的转轴之间的距离不会改变。从图4显而易见,凸版滚筒2的凸版3在调节杆4的每种偏转情况下都从粘合剂辊1上接受同样厚度的粘合剂层。由图5显而易见,在调节杆4一次偏转时,不会使凸版3与粘合剂辊1的外壳之间的距离发生变化。
然而,图3至5清晰表明的这种装置存在如下缺点,凸版辊2支撑在一相对长的杆上,支撑点离该杆的偏转轴的距离按比例较长,为使凸版辊挪开及靠近工件承载器,该杆须偏转一较小的角度,而相当大的质量却要猛地加速、减速,由于大的加速度产生大的惯性力,因此,这在高速放下和抬起的情况下是成问题的。
为了在凸版辊抬起和放下时可以控制加速和减速的质量,如结合图6至8所描述并在开头所指出的那种装置中公开的,凸版辊2支撑在一较短的杆10上,杆10的偏转轴11距凸版滚筒2的转轴12有段一距离,该距离小于凸版辊的半径。然而,从图7显而易见,这种装置具有如下缺点,即:凸版辊2偏转离开工件承载器时,凸版滚筒的转轴12偏转到位置12’。在此位置,转轴12从与粘合剂辊1的转轴5同心、半径为R的外圆柱B向内偏移,因此凸版辊和粘合剂辊的转轴12、5彼此靠近,并且如图7和8所清晰示出的,凸版受到损坏。这种损伤在凸版辊抬起时妨碍了均匀接收粘合剂,这是非常不利的,但以前却无能为力。
本发明的任务是提供开头所说明的那样一种粘合剂涂敷装置,其不必改变凸版辊转轴与粘合剂辊转轴之间的距离,又可减小凸版辊抬起和放下时由于加速度所施加在工件承载器上的惯性力。
按照本发明,对于开头所描述的那样一种粘合剂涂敷装置,这一任务可以这样解决:凸版滚筒的转轴或粘合剂辊的转轴如此可动地安装,使凸版辊与粘合剂辊之间的距离保持不变。
对于在第二段中详细描述过的那种特别的,例如在DE-15932582.6中所公开的粘合剂涂敷装置,本发明的任务是这样解决的:由带有粘合剂-和密封辊的粘合剂腔室构成的部件可围绕一侧轴偏转地支撑,该侧轴平行于凸版辊的轴,在与粘合剂辊的轴同心的一销或扇区和一通过调节杆可转动的控制凸轮之间设置一可动支撑的间隔元件。一撞击上述部件的弹性装置将粘合剂辊的销压在间隔元件上,控制凸轮的曲线这样选择,在调节杆偏转时,粘合剂辊与凸版辊的转轴之间的距离保持不变。
在按照本发明的粘合剂涂敷装置中,为了离开和靠在工件承载器上,以调节杆的偏转轴与凸版辊的转轴之间的短的调节杆杆臂,可使控制凸轮偏转一大的调节杆偏转角,因此,偏转时的加速度较小。这样,在整个偏转过程中就可使由于移动所产生的惯性力、加速度以及减速度保持得较小。
间隔元件由一可偏转地支撑于机器台座的杆件构成是适宜的,偏转轴平行于凸版辊轴。
本发明的进一步的发展为,间隔元件经一可调凸轮顶在粘合剂辊的销上,因此,凸版从粘合剂辊上接收的粘合剂涂层的厚度可以调节。
间隔元件经一滚轮顶在凸轮上是适宜的。
本发明的进一步的发展为,粘合剂辊偏心于偏转轴装在一带有一调节驱动装置的调节杆上。因此,粘合剂辊上的粘合剂厚度也可通过调节驱动装置加以调节。

图2为图1所示的粘合剂涂敷装置的一截面。
粘合剂腔室23保持在一框架、一壳体或一支撑板20内,而该支撑板以图1中清晰可见的方式,通过一侧销钉21可自由转动地悬挂在机器台座上的一板或一支架22上。粘合剂腔室23中的粘合剂24填充到图2中所示出的水平而,粘合剂是通过管路充入,或者在某些情况下排出的。密封辊25可旋转地支撑在板20上。在板20上还可旋转地支撑着圆柱盘27,其两侧带有偏心销26、28。粘合剂辊1支撑在向下伸出的偏心销26上。圆柱盘27与一调节杆29相连,调节杆29由一调节传动装置30,例如一压力介质活塞-缸部件驱动,来调节从粘合剂滚筒1接收的粘合剂的厚度。
粘合剂辊1和密封辊25都提供了传动装置,沿箭头C和D对二者进行驱动。粘合剂腔室、粘合剂-和密封辊以及其传动装置的这种特殊布置,使我们将它与DE19532582.6所公开的粘合剂涂敷装置联系起来。
在机器台座的支架22中可自由旋转地支撑着一圆柱盘30,它连接着一径向伸出的调节杆31,一可摆动地支撑在机器台座上的气缸32可驱动调节杆31在挡板33和34之间偏转。
这个起到支架作用的圆柱盘在其下侧装有一凸轮35。
在圆柱盘30中偏心地装有凸版滚筒2的一销钉36。通过用调节传动装置32驱动调节杆31偏转,由于凸版辊2在圆柱支撑盘30内的偏心设置,它就靠近或远离一夹爪滚筒40。夹爪滚筒40上带有夹爪41,它抓住需涂敷胶水的工件的前端。
在机器台座的支架22上可自由转动地装有一枢轴销43,其支撑着一径向杆件45,该杆构成一侧靠在竖直向上伸出的销28上,另一侧靠在控制凸轮35上的间隔元件,销28对准粘合剂辊1的支撑销26。为了保证良好的接触,板20在与枢轴销21相对的一侧受到一弹性元件,在图示实施例中为一气压缸46的冲击。这使得销28压在间隔元件45上,从而其另一侧在接触状态下保持在控制凸轮35上。
控制凸轮的曲线这样选择,使当凸版辊2在间隔元件一而接触销28,另一面接触控制凸轮35的情况下发生一偏转时,粘合剂辊1与凸版辊2的转轴之间的距离保持不变。
在偏转杆31围绕其偏转轴48发生一偏转时,凸版辊2的转轴36移动一弧线49。在图1中可以看出的弧线49离色辊1同心圆50的偏移由控制凸轮35的形状加以补偿。
由杆件45构成的间隔元件在叉形边之间带有一偏心螺杆52,其偏心率可通过转动轴53来调节。通过转动螺杆53可以调节间隔元件的有效宽度,从而调节凸版3所接收的胶水层的厚度。在间隔元件53的另一侧的叉形边之间装有一滚轮55,间隔元件45通过该辊顶在控制凸轮35上。
Claims (5)
1.粘合剂涂敷装置,该装置带有一容纳粘合剂的粘合剂室,该室的前侧由一具有垂直转轴的粘合剂辊和一与其平行的密封辊所封闭,粘合剂辊与该室的一垂直侧壁一起限定了一未被接收的粘合剂涂层的返回输送缝隙,密封辊与粘合剂辊构成一粘合剂穿过的间隙,密封介质将密封辊与室的另一垂直侧壁密封,该装置还带有一可挨在粘合剂辊上的粘合剂涂敷-或凸版辊,该辊优选按尺寸从粘合剂辊上接收胶水层,并将其转移到需得到粘合剂涂层的工件上,该装置还带有一可摆动设置的调节杆,凸版辊支撑在调节杆上,并与调节杆的偏转轴偏心,偏心率小于凸版辊的半径,在需提供粘合剂的工件未到位时,调节杆将凸版辊从工件承载器处挪开,其特征在于:由带有粘合剂一和密封辊的粘合剂腔室构成的部件可围绕一侧轴偏转地支撑于机器台座上,该侧轴平行于凸版辊的轴,在与粘合剂辊的轴同心的一扇区或一销和一通过调节杆可转动的控制凸轮之间设置一可动支撑的间隔元件,一撞击上述部件的弹性装置将该销压在间隔元件上,控制凸轮的曲线这样选择,在调节杆偏转时,粘合剂辊与凸版辊的转轴之间的距离保持不变。
2.如权利要求1所述的粘合剂涂敷装置,其特征在于:间隔元件由一可偏转地支撑于机器台座的杆件构成,偏转轴平行于凸版辊轴。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的粘合剂涂敷装置,其特征在于:间隔元件经一可调凸轮顶在粘合剂辊的销上。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的粘合剂涂敷装置,其特征在于:间隔元件经一滚轮顶在凸轮上。
5.如权利要求1所述的粘合剂涂敷装置,其特征在于:粘合剂辊偏心于偏转轴带有一具有调节驱动装置的调节杆。
