为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:

一种织造多功能色织面料的工艺,包括:筒子染色—整经—浆纱—织造—胚布预定型—退浆—烧毛—松式烘干—定型—预缩,具体为:
一、筒子染色:将原纱的筒子经松式络筒倒筒线到染色用的筒子纱上,络筒张力圈7g和转速1000转/min,将筒子纱按染色缸的吨位数吊入染色缸内,然后让筒子纱在染色缸内加入活性染料透剂,进行一定时间(20-45min)浸泡而将卷绕到染色筒上的线染上颜色。
二、整经:通过整经机将浆纱原料成品纱按规定的长度和宽度平行卷绕在经轴上,整经机工艺参数设计为:车速330m/min,张力杆角度105度,张力圈上14g、中17g、下14g、前16g、中17g和后14g,中部纱线张力17g,边部纱线张力20g,整经筒子数488个。
三、浆纱:工艺流程为:分批整经轴→煮纱精炼2道→水洗3道→烘干→储纱架→烘干→片纱→卷绕织轴;上浆工艺参数设计如下:变性淀粉90kg、胶水42kg、胶粉17kg、蜡片9kg、体积1550L、浆槽温度70℃、压浆辊压力为前1.7pa、后2.7pa、伸长率6%和上浆率9%。
四、织造:将浆染好的织轴架至织机上织造成坯布,织造工序工艺参数设计为:车速500m/min,开口时间310度,后梁高度9mm,后梁深度5mm,张力4KN,地组织穿综1、2、3、4、5和6,顺穿,地组织穿筘3根1筘,边组织穿综7和8,边组织穿筘4根1筘;总经根数8988,边纱根数72*2,上机筘号11,上机筘幅196.53cm,上机纬密50根/cm,经纱每码用纱量为0.212kg/y,纬纱每码用纱量0.0885kg/y。
五、胚布预定型:布料一定要胚布预定型,定型温度140℃和车速60米/分钟,使经纬的氨纶有一定定向,后面预缩才能达到要求。
六、退浆:工艺流程及设计参数为退浆槽(2大1小共3道、大槽体积1000L、温度55~60℃、小槽体积300L、常温、退浆酶8g/L和渗透剂2g/L)→过蒸箱轧车(10组、温度55~60℃和轧车压力0.3kg/mpa)→拉斜→烘筒烘干(四组烘筒、每组12只烘筒、烘筒蒸汽前两组0.2kg/mpa和后两组0.1kg/mpa)→落布卷绕至A字架(每A字架卷绕3000~3500m),机台时速:50m/min落布湿度控制在30%~35%以内。
七、烧毛:胚布经前置导布辊经过烧毛机烧除正面毛羽,烧毛机工艺参数为:2正、火口火焰温度300℃~500℃和对中器 (幅宽220cm)、机台幅宽220cm和机台车速50m/min。
八、松式烘干:在A字架上冷堆放置规定的时间后,将未完全干燥的半成品布经过松式履带式的烘干机(烘干机机台全长30m、宽240cm、 四组烘和每节烘箱3m),烘干后再次卷绕在A字架上,履带式烘干机工艺参数设计为:烘干温度130~135℃、车速45m/min 和每A字架落布卷绕3000~3500m。
九、定型:定型机及光电整纬器控制半成品布幅宽以及缩水、纬斜和纬弧,工艺路线及参数为:A字架进布→张力架→光电整纬器→定型机(12节烘箱和温度1180-190℃)→冷水辊(两只)→落布,车速30~35m/min。
十、预缩:将定型完的半成品布经过两次预缩机进行预缩水以及拉斜,经纬向的缩率很关键,一次预缩会反弹,我们进行双缩,工艺参数为:车速为35m/min、刮泡器2条/胶毯主缸气压0.4mpa和烘干毛毯气压0.2mpa。

B分经线:由65S/2的天丝、棉和铜氨纶纤维组成,所述的天丝、棉和铜氨纶纤维的比例为55:35:15,所述的B分经线的用纱量为0.097kg/y,所述的所述的天丝柔软、舒适、透气性好、光滑凉爽、悬垂性好和耐穿耐用,所述的棉强度高和透气性好,所述的铜氨纶纤维吸湿性好、弹力优秀和舒适性好,通过55:35:15这样的材料比例组成的B分经线在经过一系列的工艺处理后,使B分经线吸湿性好、弹力优秀、质感柔顺和舒适性好。
通过所述A和B两种分经线组成的经纱101自然弹力优秀能伸缩自如、手感柔滑干爽、天然抗菌、吸湿排汗和颜色明艳不褪色,所述的A和B分经线在交织组成经纱101时要保持分绞线不能乱排列、不能让白毛飞花飞入和牛仔毛羽飞花飞入。
所述的纬纱201密度为57根/cm,用纱量为0.0885kg/y,所述的纬纱201由A、B和C三种分纬线组成,所述的A、B和C分纬线如下:
A分纬线:由75D/72F的冰凉丝聚酯纤维和20D/的黑色氨纶组成,所的冰凉丝聚酯纤维与黑色氨纶的比例为98:2,所述的用纱量为0.05kg/y,所述的冰凉丝聚酯纤维由天然棉皮经科学提炼而成,具有透气性能好、自动调湿和日照升温慢的优点,最符合夏天等炎热气温人体皮肤的生理要求,所述的黑色氨纶弹力良好、有较好的耐光、耐酸、耐碱和耐磨性,通过98:2这种材料比例交织组成的A纬线在经过一系列工艺处理后,使A分纬线面料凉爽符合夏天人体皮肤的生理需求、并且弹力优秀和透气性好。
B分纬线:由75D/的桑蚕丝组成,用纱量为0.0155kg/y,所述的桑蚕丝是一种天然富含氨基酸的蛋白质纤维,富含十八种人体所必须的氨基酸,能促进皮肤细胞活力,防血管硬化,通过100%这个比例投入组成的B分纬线在经过一系列工艺处理后,使B分纬线在交织组成织物后有利于人体的健康;
C分纬线:由75D/72F的冰凉丝聚酯纤维组成,用纱量为0.023kg/y,所述的冰凉丝聚酯纤维由天然棉皮经科学提炼而成,具有透气性能好、自动调湿和日照升温慢的优点,最符合夏天等炎热气温人体皮肤的生理要求,通过100%这个比例投入组成的C分纬线在经过一系列工艺处理后,使C分纬线在交织组成织物后吸湿排汗和面料凉爽符合夏天人体皮肤的生理需求。
通过所述的A、B和C分纬线交织组成的纬纱201吸湿排汗、面料凉爽符合夏天人体皮肤的生理需求、有利于人体的健康、并且自然弹力优秀能伸缩自如和颜色明艳不褪色。
一种织造多功能色织面料的工艺,具体为:
一、筒子染色:将原纱的筒子经松式络筒倒筒线到染色用的筒子纱上,络筒张力圈7g和转速1000转/min,将筒子纱按染色缸的吨位数吊入染色缸内,然后让筒子纱在染色缸内加入活性染料透剂,进行一定时间(20-45min)浸泡而将卷绕到染色筒上的线染上颜色。
二、整经:通过整经机将浆纱原料成品纱按规定的长度和宽度平行卷绕在经轴上,整经机工艺参数设计为:车速330m/min,张力杆角度105度,张力圈上14g、中17g、下14g、前16g、中17g和后14g,中部纱线张力17g,边部纱线张力20g,整经筒子数488个。
三、浆纱:工艺流程为:分批整经轴→煮纱精炼2道→水洗3道→烘干→储纱架→烘干→片纱→卷绕织轴;上浆工艺参数设计如下:变性淀粉90kg、胶水42kg、胶粉17kg、蜡片9kg、体积1550L、浆槽温度70℃、压浆辊压力为前1.7pa、后2.7pa、伸长率6%和上浆率9%。
四、织造:将浆染好的织轴架至织机上织造成坯布,织造工序工艺参数设计为:车速500m/min,开口时间310度,后梁高度9mm,后梁深度5mm,张力4KN,地组织穿综1、2、3、4、5和6,顺穿,地组织穿筘3根1筘,边组织穿综7和8,边组织穿筘4根1筘;总经根数8988,边纱根数72*2,上机筘号11,上机筘幅196.53cm,上机纬密50根/cm,经纱101每码用纱量为0.212kg/y,纬纱201每码用纱量0.0885kg/y。
五、胚布预定型:布料一定要胚布预定型,定型温度140℃和车速60米/分钟,使经纬的氨纶有一定定向,后面预缩才能达到要求。
六、退浆:工艺流程及设计参数为退浆槽(2大1小共3道、大槽体积1000L、温度55~60℃、小槽体积300L、常温、退浆酶8g/L和渗透剂2g/L)→过蒸箱轧车(10组、温度55~60℃和轧车压力0.3kg/mpa)→拉斜→烘筒烘干(四组烘筒、每组12只烘筒、烘筒蒸汽前两组0.2kg/mpa和后两组0.1kg/mpa)→落布卷绕至A字架(每A字架卷绕3000~3500m),机台时速:50m/min落布湿度控制在30%~35%以内。
七、烧毛:胚布经前置导布辊经过烧毛机烧除正面毛羽,烧毛机工艺参数为:2正、火口火焰温度300℃~500℃和对中器 (幅宽220cm)、机台幅宽220cm和机台车速50m/min。
八、松式烘干:在A字架上冷堆放置规定的时间后,将未完全干燥的半成品布经过松式履带式的烘干机(烘干机机台全长30m、宽240cm、 四组烘和每节烘箱3m),烘干后再次卷绕在A字架上,履带式烘干机工艺参数设计为:烘干温度130~135℃、车速45m/min 和每A字架落布卷绕3000~3500m。
九、定型:定型机及光电整纬器控制半成品布幅宽以及缩水、纬斜和纬弧,工艺路线及参数为:A字架进布→张力架→光电整纬器→定型机(12节烘箱和温度1180-190℃)→冷水辊(两只)→落布,车速30~35m/min。
十、预缩:将定型完的半成品布经过两次预缩机进行预缩水以及拉斜,经纬向的缩率很关键,一次预缩会反弹,我们进行双缩,工艺参数为:车速为35m/min、刮泡器2条/胶毯主缸气压0.4mpa和烘干毛毯气压0.2mpa。
通过所述经纱101和纬纱201交织组成的多功能色织面料天然抗菌、吸湿排汗、材质超薄、手感柔滑、面料凉爽符合夏天人体皮肤的生理需求、有利于人体的健康、并且自然弹力优秀能伸缩自如和颜色明艳不褪色,本面料做成服装后,带给用户健康、舒适和时尚的享受。
根据现行的检测标准对本发明的多功能性色织面料采用75D/72F的冰凉丝聚酯纤维进行交织组成面料后的功能进行检测,其具体指标为。

Claims (4)

1.一种多功能色织面料,包括经纱(101)和纬纱(201),其特征在于,所述的多功能色织面料由经纱(101)和纬纱(201)交织而成,所述的多功能色织面料正面纹路呈左斜,所述的多功能色织面料布身1、2、3、4、5和6顺穿,每综1根,每3根1筘,所述的多功能色织面料的布边7和8,每综1根,每4根1筘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能色织面料,其特征在于,所述的经纱(101)密度为60根/cm,用纱量为0.212kg/y,所述的经纱(101)由A和B两种分经线组成,所述的A和B分经线如下:
A分经线:由55S/2的天丝与亚麻竹节组成,所述的天丝与亚麻竹节的比例为80:20,所述A分经线的用纱量为0.115kg/y;
B分经线:由65S/2的天丝、棉和铜氨纶纤维组成,所述的天丝、棉和铜氨纶纤维的比例为55:35:15,所述的B分经线的用纱量为0.097kg/y。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能色织面料,其特征在于,所述的纬纱(201)密度为57根/cm,用纱量为0.0885kg/y,所述的纬纱(201)由A、B和C三种分纬线组成,所述的A、B和C分纬线如下:
A分纬线:由75D/72F的冰凉丝聚酯纤维和20D/的黑色氨纶组成,所的冰凉丝聚酯纤维与黑色氨纶的比例为98:2,所述的用纱量为0.05kg/y;
B分纬线:由75D/的桑蚕丝组成,用纱量为0.0155kg/y;
C分纬线:由75D/72F的冰凉丝聚酯纤维组成,用纱量为0.023kg/y。
4.一种织造权利要求1多功能色织面料的工艺,包括:筒子染色—整经—浆纱—织造—胚布预定型—退浆—烧毛—松式烘干—定型—预缩,其特征在于:
一、筒子染色:将原纱的筒子经松式络筒倒筒线到染色用的筒子纱上,络筒张力圈7g和转速1000转/min,将筒子纱按染色缸的吨位数吊入染色缸内,然后让筒子纱在染色缸内加入活性染料透剂,进行一定时间(20-45min)浸泡而将卷绕到染色筒上的线染上颜色;
二、整经:通过整经机将浆纱原料成品纱按规定的长度和宽度平行卷绕在经轴上,整经机工艺参数设计为:车速330m/min,张力杆角度105度,张力圈上14g、中17g、下14g、前16g、中17g和后14g,中部纱线张力17g,边部纱线张力20g,整经筒子数488个;

六、退浆:工艺流程及设计参数为退浆槽(2大1小共3道、大槽体积1000L、温度55~60℃、小槽体积300L、常温、退浆酶8g/L和渗透剂2g/L)→过蒸箱轧车(10组、温度55~60℃和轧车压力0.3kg/mpa)→拉斜→烘筒烘干(四组烘筒、每组12只烘筒、烘筒蒸汽前两组0.2kg/mpa和后两组0.1kg/mpa)→落布卷绕至A字架(每A字架卷绕3000~3500m),机台时速:50m/min落布湿度控制在30%~35%以内;
七、烧毛:胚布经前置导布辊经过烧毛机烧除正面毛羽,烧毛机工艺参数为:2正、火口火焰温度300℃~500℃和对中器 (幅宽220cm)、机台幅宽220cm和机台车速50m/min;
八、松式烘干:在A字架上冷堆放置规定的时间后,将未完全干燥的半成品布经过松式履带式的烘干机(烘干机机台全长30m、宽240cm、 四组烘和每节烘箱3m),烘干后再次卷绕在A字架上,履带式烘干机工艺参数设计为:烘干温度130~135℃、车速45m/min 和每A字架落布卷绕3000~3500m;
九、定型:定型机及光电整纬器控制半成品布幅宽以及缩水、纬斜和纬弧,工艺路线及参数为:A字架进布→张力架→光电整纬器→定型机(12节烘箱和温度1180-190℃)→冷水辊(两只)→落布,车速30~35m/min;
十、预缩:将定型完的半成品布经过两次预缩机进行预缩水以及拉斜,经纬向的缩率很关键,一次预缩会反弹,我们进行双缩,工艺参数为:车速为35m/min、刮泡器2条/胶毯主缸气压0.4mpa和烘干毛毯气压0.2mpa。
