技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品及纺织工艺,尤其涉及一种色织休闲面料及其织造工艺。
背景技术
现有市场上的休闲面料,大多通过白胚布染色,在染色过程中会产生大量的工业废水,并且在染色后存在着异味,还有现有的休闲面料大多质感不柔顺、保暖性不足和弹性不足。
因此,有必要针对现有的休闲面料进行改造,为此需要设计出一种色织休闲面料和提供它的织造工艺改善现有休闲面料的不足,提供一种低碳环保、能抗菌除异味、不掉色、保暖性强、手感柔顺和弹力良好的色织休闲面料及其织造工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种低碳环保、能抗菌除异味、不掉色、保暖性强、手感柔顺和弹力良好的色织休闲面料。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种色织休闲面料,包括经纱与纬纱,所述的色织休闲面料由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述的色织休闲面料正面纹路呈右斜,所述的色织休闲面料的布身1、2、3、4、5、6、7和8顺穿,每综1根,每4根1筘,所述的色织休闲面料的布边9和10,每综1根,每5根1筘。
进一步,所述的经纱由60S/2黑色涤纶和黑色木代尔组成,比例为65:35,密度为63-64根/cm,用纱量为0.2114kg/y。
进一步,所述的色织休闲面料由三层面料结构组成。
进一步,所述的纬纱密度为42-43根/cm,用纱量为0.2363kg/y,所述的纬纱由A、B和C三种分纬线组成:
A分纬线:由150D/228F黑色涤纶、75D/72F石墨烯复合聚脂纤维和30D/白色氨纶组成,比例为25:25:50。
B分纬线:由140D/黑色锦纶和20D/黑色氨纶组成,比例为1:1;
C分纬线:由140D/兰色锦纶和20D/黑色氨纶组成,比例为1:1。
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种色织休闲面料的织造工艺。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种织造色织休闲面料的工艺,包括:整经—浆纱—织造—胚布预定型—退浆—烧毛—松式烘干—定型—预缩,具体为:
一、整经:通过整经机将色纺原料成品纱按规定的长度和宽度平行卷绕在经轴上,整经机工艺参数设计为:车速280m/min,张力杆角度95度,张力圈上16g、中19g、下16g、前18g、中19g和后16g,中部纱线张力19g,边部纱线张力24g,整经筒子数460个。
二、浆纱:工艺流程为:分批整经轴→煮纱精炼1道→染色7道→水洗2道→烘干→储纱架→烘干→片纱→卷绕织轴;上浆工艺参数设计如下:变性淀粉90kg、胶水45kg、胶粉17kg、蜡片6kg、体积1400L、浆槽温度93℃、压浆辊压力为前1.7pa、后2.3pa、伸长率6%和上浆率9%。
三、织造:将浆染好的织轴架至织机上织造成坯布,织造工序工艺参数设计为:车速500m/min,开口时间320度,后梁高度10mm,后梁深度4mm,张力5KN,地组织穿综1、2、3、4、5、6、7和8,地组织穿筘4根1筘,边组织穿综9和10,边组织穿筘5根1筘;总经根数9392,边纱根数80*2,上机筘号(英制)61,上机筘幅76.77英寸,上机纬密(英制)94经纱每码用纱量为0.2114kg/y,纬纱每码用纱量0.2363kg/y。
四、胚布预定型:一定要胚布预定型,定型温度190℃,车速50米/分钟,使经纬的氨纶有一定定向,后面预缩才能达到要求。
五、退浆:工艺流程及设计参数为退浆槽(2大1小共3道、大槽体积1000L、温度55~60℃、小槽体积300L、常温、退浆酶8g/L和渗透剂2g/L)→过蒸箱轧车(10组、温度55~60℃和轧车压力0.3kg/mpa)→拉斜→烘筒烘干(四组烘筒、每组12只烘筒、烘筒蒸汽前两组0.2kg/mpa和后两组0.1kg/mpa)→落布卷绕至A字架(每A字架卷绕3000~3500m),机台时速:60m/min,落布湿度控制在30%~35%以内。
六、烧毛:胚布经前置导布辊经过烧毛机烧除正反面毛羽,烧毛机工艺参数为2正1反三条火口,火口火焰温度800℃~1200℃,对中器 (幅宽220cm),机台幅宽220cm,机台车速65m/min。
七、松式烘干:在A字架上冷堆放置规定的时间后,将未完全干燥的半成品布经过松式履带式的烘干机(烘干机机台全长30m、宽240cm、 四组烘和每节烘箱3m),烘干后再次卷绕在A字架上,履带式烘干机工艺参数设计为 :烘干温度130~135℃、车速45m/min 和每A字架落布卷绕3000~3500m。
八、定型:定型机及光电整纬器控制半成品布幅宽以及缩水、纬斜和纬弧,工艺路线及参数为:A字架进布→张力架→光电整纬器→定型机(10节烘箱和温度170~180℃)→冷水辊(两只)→落布、车速30~35m/min。
九、预缩:将定型完的半成品布经过两次预缩机进行预缩水以及拉斜,四面弹的缩率很关键,一次预缩会反弹,我们进行双缩,工艺参数为:车速为30m/min、刮泡器2条、胶毯主缸气压0.4mpa和烘干毛毯气压0.2mpa。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的提供一种色纺低碳环保、能抗菌除异味、不掉色、保暖性强、手感柔顺和弹性良好的色织休闲面料及其织造工艺。
本发明的经纱采用了60S/2黑色涤纶和黑木代尔组成,使织物经纱方面质感柔顺、颜色光亮和饱满清晰而且天然无污染,而纬纱方面通过采用150D/228F黑色涤纶、75D/72F石墨烯复合聚脂纤维、30D/白色氨纶、40D/黑色锦纶、20D/黑色氨纶和140D/兰色锦纶,使织物纬纱方面弹力优秀、颜色光亮牢固、而且具体抗菌除异味的功能,并且本面料采用了三层面料叠加组成而成,通过这样交织组成的色织休闲面料在生产成服装后,能低碳环保、能抗菌除异味、不掉色、保暖性强、手感柔顺和弹力良好,做成服装后给消费者舒适与时尚的享受。

A分纬线:由150D/228F黑色涤纶、75D/72F石墨烯复合聚脂纤维和30D/白色氨纶组成,比例为1:1:2,用纱量为0.1035kg/y,所述的石墨烯复合聚脂纤维能有效抗菌除异味,并且能远红外线、起到升温保暖的功能,所述的白色氨纶弹力良好,有较好的耐光、耐酸、耐碱和耐磨性,所述的黑色涤纶弹力良好、耐磨禁穿和色牢度好,通过1:1:2这种比例交织而成的A分纬线具备了升温保暖、弹力良好和色牢度好这些优点;
B分纬线:由140D/黑色锦纶和20D/黑色氨纶组成,比例为1:1,用纱量为0.0664kg/y,所述的黑色锦纶吸湿性良好和弹力非常好,所述的黑色氨纶弹力良好,有较好的耐光、耐酸、耐碱和耐磨性,通过1:1这种比例交织而成的B分纬线具备了吸湿性良好和弹力好这些优点;
C分纬线:由140D/兰色锦纶和20D/黑色氨纶组成,比例为1:1,用纱量为0.0664kg/y,所述的兰色锦纶吸湿性良好和弹力非常好,所述的黑色氨纶弹力良好,有较好的耐光、耐酸、耐碱和耐磨性,通过1:1这种比例交织而成的B分纬线具备了吸湿性良好和弹力好这些优点。
通过所述A、B和C分纬线组成的纬纱201弹力性良好、色彩多样、不用再进行浆染上色,节约能源和环保,并且能有效抗菌除异味、升温保暖。
所述的一种色织休闲面料的织造工艺具体操作流程为:
一、整经:通过整经机将色纺原料成品纱按规定的长度和宽度平行卷绕在经轴上,整经机工艺参数设计为:车速280m/min,张力杆角度95度,张力圈上16g、中19g、下16g、前18g、中19g和后16g,中部纱线张力19g,边部纱线张力24g,整经筒子数460个。
二、浆纱:工艺流程为:分批整经轴→煮纱精炼1道→染色7道→水洗2道→烘干→储纱架→烘干→片纱→卷绕织轴;上浆工艺参数设计如下:变性淀粉90kg、胶水45kg、胶粉17kg、蜡片6kg、体积1400L、浆槽温度93℃、压浆辊压力为前1.7pa、后2.3pa、伸长率6%和上浆率9%。
三、织造:将浆染好的织轴架至织机上织造成坯布,织造工序工艺参数设计为:车速500m/min,开口时间320度,后梁高度10mm,后梁深度4mm,张力5KN,地组织穿综1、2、3、4、5、6、7和8,地组织穿筘4根1筘,边组织穿综9和10,边组织穿筘5根1筘;总经根数9392,边纱根数80*2,上机筘号(英制)61,上机筘幅76.77英寸,上机纬密(英制)94经纱101每码用纱量为0.2114kg/y,纬纱201每码用纱量0.2363kg/y。
四、胚布预定型:一定要胚布预定型,定型温度190℃,车速50米/分钟,使经纬的氨纶有一定定向,后面预缩才能达到要求。
五、退浆:工艺流程及设计参数为退浆槽(2大1小共3道、大槽体积1000L、温度55~60℃、小槽体积300L、常温、退浆酶8g/L和渗透剂2g/L)→过蒸箱轧车(10组、温度55~60℃和轧车压力0.3kg/mpa)→拉斜→烘筒烘干(四组烘筒、每组12只烘筒、烘筒蒸汽前两组0.2kg/mpa和后两组0.1kg/mpa)→落布卷绕至A字架(每A字架卷绕3000~3500m),机台时速:60m/min,落布湿度控制在30%~35%以内。
六、烧毛:胚布经前置导布辊经过烧毛机烧除正反面毛羽,烧毛机工艺参数为2正1反三条火口,火口火焰温度800℃~1200℃,对中器 (幅宽220cm),机台幅宽220cm,机台车速65m/min。
七、松式烘干:在A字架上冷堆放置规定的时间后,将未完全干燥的半成品布经过松式履带式的烘干机(烘干机机台全长30m、宽240cm、 四组烘和每节烘箱3m),烘干后再次卷绕在A字架上,履带式烘干机工艺参数设计为 :烘干温度130~135℃、车速45m/min 和每A字架落布卷绕3000~3500m。
八、定型:定型机及光电整纬器控制半成品布幅宽以及缩水、纬斜和纬弧,工艺路线及参数为:A字架进布→张力架→光电整纬器→定型机(10节烘箱和温度170~180℃)→冷水辊(两只)→落布、车速30~35m/min。
九、预缩:将定型完的半成品布经过两次预缩机进行预缩水以及拉斜,四面弹的缩率很关键,一次预缩会反弹,我们进行双缩,工艺参数为:车速为30m/min、刮泡器2条、胶毯主缸气压0.4mpa和烘干毛毯气压0.2mpa。
所述的经纱101与纬纱201在组成布料的中,所述的经纱101不能沾污白毛羽和飞花,所述的纬纱201要由四个储纬器控制纱线的输出并且加大循环排行,防止因为弹力不足造成纬纱201在交织时出现问题。
通过所述的经纱101与纬纱201交织组成的色织休闲面料,采用了三层面料结构组成,并且采用了多样的纱线材料,具有低碳环保、能抗菌除异味、不掉色、保暖性强、手感柔顺和弹力良好的优点。
根据现行的检测标准对本发明的色织休闲面料采用75D/72F石墨烯复合聚脂纤维进行交织组成面料后的功能进行检测,其具体指标为:

Claims (5)
1.一种色织休闲面料,包括经纱(101)与纬纱(201),其特征在于,所述的色织休闲面料由经纱(101)和纬纱(201)交织而成,所述的色织休闲面料正面纹路呈右斜,所述的色织休闲面料的布身1、2、3、4、5、6、7和8顺穿,每综1根,每4根1筘,所述的色织休闲面料的布边9和10,每综1根,每5根1筘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种色织休闲面料,其特征在于,所述的经纱(101)由60S/2黑色涤纶和黑色木代尔组成,比例为65:35,密度为63-64根/cm,用纱量为0.2114kg/y。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种色织休闲面料,其特征在于,所述的色织休闲面料由三层面料结构组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种色织休闲面料,其特征在于,所述的纬纱(201)密度为42-43根/cm,用纱量为0.2363kg/y,所述的纬纱(201)由A、B和C三种分纬线组成:
A分纬线:由150D/228F黑色涤纶、75D/72F石墨烯复合聚脂纤维和30D/白色氨纶组成,比例为25:25:50;
B分纬线:由140D/黑色锦纶和20D/黑色氨纶组成,比例为1:1;
C分纬线:由140D/兰色锦纶和20D/黑色氨纶组成,比例为1:1。
5.一种织造权利要求1色织休闲面料的工艺,包括:整经—浆纱—织造—胚布预定型—退浆—烧毛—松式烘干—定型—预缩,其特征在于:
一、整经:通过整经机将色纺原料成品纱按规定的长度和宽度平行卷绕在经轴上,整经机工艺参数设计为:车速280m/min,张力杆角度95度,张力圈上16g、中19g、下16g、前18g、中19g和后16g,中部纱线张力19g,边部纱线张力24g,整经筒子数460个;
二、浆纱:工艺流程为:分批整经轴→煮纱精炼1道→染色7道→水洗2道→烘干→储纱架→烘干→片纱→卷绕织轴;上浆工艺参数设计如下:变性淀粉90kg、胶水45kg、胶粉17kg、蜡片6kg、体积1400L、浆槽温度93℃、压浆辊压力为前1.7pa、后2.3pa、伸长率6%和上浆率9%;
