Abstract
本发明公开了一种以防癌抗癌为主要功效的食疗粉及其制备方法。该食疗粉的原料包括玉米籽粒、鹰嘴豆籽粒、紫薯肉、胡萝卜肉质根、芋头、西兰花、蓝莓果、欧李黑果、茅莓果、苦杏仁、榛果仁、嗜盐藻、虎掌菌、干巴菌、姬松茸、金针菇、香菇、库拉索芦荟3年以上叶片、米邦塔食用仙人掌肉质茎。本发明精选若干无污染的天然食材并科学配伍;采用简单的物理加工方法,最大程度地保留了原料的有效成分;适口性好,无任何副作用;食疗粉除了在防癌抗癌方面具有良好的效果以外,同时在辅助治疗肠胃病、糖尿病、皮肤病、心脏病、眼病及降三高(高血脂、高血压、高血糖)、抗过敏、抗辐射、抗菌、抗衰等诸多方面亦有良好的表现。

本发明涉及人体保健领域,具体涉及一种食疗粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
癌症是致病因子促使细胞突变造成的。人体每天大约产生10000个左右的癌细胞,但由于人体免疫细胞能及时将癌细胞吞噬,所以一般人不会得癌症。当人体免疫细胞的活性降低而癌细胞的活性大大加强时癌细胞就会大量增加;当体内癌细胞达到一定数量时,就容易形成癌症。世界卫生组织( WHO )认为:目前所有肿瘤患者 1/3 完全可以预防,有1/3 利用现代医疗技术完全可以早期诊断、早期治疗,还有 1/3 的患者经有效的治疗可以减轻痛苦、提高生存质量、延长生存时间。而通过食疗来及时强化营养补充,提高人体的免疫能力,扶正压邪,创造有利于人体正常细胞生长而不利于癌细胞生长的条件,正是防癌抗癌的有效措施之一。
目前一般的食疗产品品容易走向两个极端,一个极端是虽然保健有针对性,对特定疾病有一些积极的效果,但对制作原料采取化学提取的方法,往往带有一定的副作用;另一个极端是虽然采用天然原料,但成分过于庞杂,食疗基本没有针对性,服用后给人一种“好像对啥病都有用,但实际上对啥病都无效”的模糊感觉,另外往往因成分原因导致味道不佳,适口性差。

另外,本发明还提供了一种以防癌抗癌为主要功效的食疗粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取正常收获的无污染原料;
(2)对于库拉索芦荟叶片和米邦塔食用仙人掌肉质茎,先用清水冲洗干净并将表面晾干,然后去掉小刺;其它原料除去杂质,确保洁净;
(3)将各种原料按设计用量分别准确称取;
(4)采用微波真空干燥设备将各种原料进行烘干,温度控制在40-80℃;
(5)用食品药品粉碎机粉碎,过100-200目筛;
(6)将筛后细粉成袋包装,每袋25克。
本发明的食疗粉除了在防癌抗癌方面具有良好的效果以外,同时在辅助治疗肠胃病、糖尿病、皮肤病、心脏病、眼病及降三高(高血脂、高血压、高血糖)、抗过敏、抗辐射、抗菌、抗衰等诸多方面亦有良好的表现;其制备方法操作简便且最大程度地保留了原料的有效成分。

(1)针对实施例1-8的食疗粉配方,选取正常收获的无污染原料;
(2)对于库拉索芦荟叶片和米邦塔食用仙人掌肉质茎,先用清水冲洗干净并将表面晾干,然后去掉小刺;其它原料除去杂质,确保洁净;
(3)将各种原料按设计用量分别准确称取;
(4)采用微波真空干燥设备将各种原料进行烘干,温度控制在40-80℃;

为说明上述实施例1-8的食疗粉配方的科学性和合理性,现将各种原料的基本特性和主要功效进行简要介绍:
1. 玉米籽粒:营养成分比较全面 ,含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、 铁、胡萝卜素、 维生素、卵磷脂等。研究表明,玉米中含有一种抗癌因子—谷胱甘肽,它可与人体内多种致癌物质结合而使其失去致癌性;玉米中所含纤维素是一种不能为人体吸收的碳水化合物,可降低人的肠道内致癌物质的浓度,并减少分泌毒素的腐败物质在肠道内的积累,从而减少结肠癌和直肠癌的发病率;玉米中所含木质素,可使人体内“巨噬细胞”的活力提高2~3倍,从而抑制癌瘤的发生;玉米中还含大量的矿物质镁,食物中的镁具有明显的防癌效果 。
2. 鹰嘴豆籽粒:鹰嘴豆为蝶形花科草本植物。鹰嘴豆籽粒所含的营养成分非常丰富,无论是从种类,还是数量上,都大大超过其他豆类。它含有人体必须但自身不能合成的全部8种氨基酸。鹰嘴豆异黄酮有防止癌细胞增殖、促使癌细胞死亡的作用,可以很好的防治荷尔蒙类癌症(如乳腺癌和前列腺癌)。鹰嘴豆含有微量元素铬,可以提高体内胰岛素活性,从而有助于控制血糖、改善糖尿病症状。
3. 紫薯肉:呈紫色至深紫色。它除了具有普通红薯的营养成分外,还富含硒元素和花青素。硒易被人体吸收,可留在血清中,修补心肌,增强机体免疫力,清除体内自由基,抑制癌细胞中DNA的合成和癌细胞的分裂与生长,预防胃癌、肝癌等癌病的发生。花青素是天然强效自由基清除剂。紫薯富含纤维素,可增加粪便体积,促进肠胃蠕动,清理肠腔内滞留的粘液、积气和腐败物,排出粪便中的有毒物质和致癌物质,保持大便畅通,改善消化道环境,防止胃肠道疾病的发生。
4. 胡萝卜肉质根:质脆味美、营养丰富,素有“小人参”之称。胡萝卜富含糖类、脂肪、挥发油、胡萝卜素、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、花青素、钙、铁等营养成分。α-胡萝卜素具有很强的抑制肿瘤细胞的能力。维生素A有助于增强机体的免疫功能,在预防上皮细胞癌变的过程中具有重要作用。胡萝卜中的木质素也能提高机体免疫机制,间接消灭癌细胞。胡萝卜中含有的山柰酚有抗癌作用。胡萝卜中含有的槲皮素能增加冠状动脉血流量,降低血脂。胡萝卜中含有琥珀酸钾盐,有助于防止血管硬化,降低胆固醇,降低血压。胡萝卜还含有降糖物质,是糖尿病人的良好食品。胡萝卜中的β-胡萝卜素能有效预防花粉过敏症、过敏性皮炎等过敏性疾病,且β-胡萝卜素能调节细胞内的平衡,从而使身体不易出现过敏反应。另外,胡萝卜含有的胡萝卜素分子结构相当于2个分子的维生素A,进入机体后,在肝脏及小肠粘膜内经过酶的作用,其中50%变成维生素A,有补肝明目的作用,可治疗夜盲症。胡萝卜中的叶酸,能减少冠心病的发生。
5. 芋头:为天南星科植物的地下球茎。芋头中富含蛋白质、钙、磷、铁、钾、镁、钠、胡萝卜素、烟酸、维生素、皂角甙等多种营养成分。芋头含有一种黏液蛋白,被人体吸收后能产生免疫球蛋白,或称抗体球蛋白,可提高机体的抵抗力,对人体的痈肿毒痛包括癌毒有抑制消解作用。
6. 西兰花:营养成分主要包括蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质、叶酸、维生素C和胡萝卜素等。西兰花中的维生素C和硒较多,尤其是在防治胃癌方面效果尤佳。西兰花中含有丰富的胡萝卜素,能够起到阻止癌前病变细胞形成的作用,抑制癌肿生长。西兰花中含有预防癌症的重要成分 “萝卜硫素”,这种物质有提高致癌物解毒酶活性的作用,并帮助癌变细胞修复为正常细胞。西兰花内还有多种吲哚衍生物,有降低人体内雌激素水平的作用,可预防乳腺癌的发生。西兰花含有一定量的类黄酮物质,对高血压、心脏病有调节和预防的功用。西兰花属于高纤维蔬菜,能有效降低肠胃对葡萄糖的吸收,进而降低血糖,有效控制糖尿病的病情。西兰花含有维生素K,能增强皮肤的抗损伤能力。
7. 蓝莓果:一种小浆果,除了常规的糖、酸和Vc外,富含维生素E、维生素A、维生素B、SOD、熊果苷、蛋白质、花青苷、食用纤维以及丰富的K、Fe、Zn、Ca等矿质元素。蓝莓中含有多种多酚类物质,酚酸就是其中重要的一类,而酚酸中含量最高的是氯原酸,又称咖啡鞣酸,研究发现其对多种癌症(肺癌、食管癌等)有明显的抑制作用。蓝莓中的花青素可遏制肿瘤细胞生长。蓝莓含有的紫檀芪具有良好的抗癌和抗糖尿病的功效。
8.欧李黑果:欧李是高档杂果,营养丰富,尤其是维生素C、维生素B2、维生素E、钾、磷、铁、锌、硒和赖氨酸的含量均高于现有常见果树品种;更特别的是每百克鲜果含钙79mg,为水果之冠,而花青素含量很高的黑果欧李品种,则是欧李之珍品。大量研究证明:引发细胞癌变的罪魁祸首就是“自由基”。自由基对细胞的主要伤害是穿透细胞膜攻击细胞核,由此造成两种后果:一是细胞本身严重受损而死亡;二是启动细胞核中的致癌基因,致癌基因会开始改变正常的DNA,造成染色体与细胞突变,发展出癌前细胞,最后形成真正的恶性肿瘤细胞,也就是癌细胞。花色素的抗氧化作用分别为维生素C与维生素E的30~50倍,堪称最佳的自由基清除剂。因此,黑果欧李是抗癌佳果。
9.茅莓果:茅莓为蔷薇科落叶小灌木,果实酸甜可口、 味道鲜美、 口感细腻,富含维生素C、维生素E、维生素B2、铁、锌、 硒等,是一种营养价值颇高的天然绿色食品。研究表明:茅莓果实含有丰富的超氧化物歧化酶 SOD,具有抗癌、防衰老的作用。
10.苦杏仁:富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及钙、磷、铁等营养成分。苦杏仁中含有一种生物活性物质即苦杏仁苷,可以进入血液专杀癌细胞,而对健康细胞没有作用,因此可以改善晚期癌症病人的症状,延长病人生存期。同时,由于含有丰富的胡萝卜素,抗氧化性强,可防止自由基侵袭细胞,具有预防肿瘤的作用。苦杏仁还含有丰富的黄酮类和多酚类成分,不但能够降低人体内胆固醇的含量,还能显著降低心脏病和很多慢性病的发病危险。苦杏仁含有油脂而质润,味苦而下气,故能润肠通便。另外,苦杏仁还具有一定的降血糖、降血脂作用。
11.榛果仁:除含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类外,胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素E含量也很丰富;同时还包含着抗癌化学成分紫杉酚,可以治疗卵巢癌和乳腺癌以及其他一些癌症,延长病人的生命期。
12.嗜盐藻:是一种单细胞真核藻类,属于高盐逆境生物,适应性很强,繁殖快,其自然生活环境多为盐池、盐湖等地方,特殊的环境造就了独特的生长机制。它属于光合自养生物,富含p 一胡萝卜素,最高可达其干重的14 %左右,远远高于其他动物和植物体内的含量。p一胡萝卜素有增强机体免疫和抗氧化的作用,可以促进机体对肿瘤细胞的杀伤。
13.虎掌菌:是一种珍稀名贵的野生食用菌,营养丰富,味道鲜美,肉质细嫩,香味独特。虎掌菌能提高人体免疫机能,具有防癌、抗癌的功效,同时还具有降低胆固醇的作用。
14.干巴菌:此菌香味浓郁,嚼味无穷。干巴菌含有的多醣体是卓越的免疫剂与调节剂,其虽然对癌细胞没有直接的杀伤力,但能刺激抗体形成,调节机体内部的防御力量,而且可促进淋巴组织转化,故有抑制癌细胞生长及扩散的作用。另外,干巴菌还具有降低胆固醇、调节血脂的作用。
15.姬松茸:具杏仁香味,口感脆嫩。姬松茸的抗肿瘤成分主要有核酸、外源凝集素、甾醇、脂肪酸和多糖,对多种肿瘤细胞有明显的抑制作用,如白血病、胃癌、肝癌、食道癌、结肠癌、肺癌、骨癌、乳腺癌、子宫癌、前列腺癌、膀胱癌、脑癌等。尤其是姬松茸含有β -D- 葡聚糖,这是一种奇特的抗肿瘤活性物质,可直接提升吞噬细胞、巨噬细胞及自然免疫细胞的活性。另外,松茸含有的不饱和脂肪酸具有降血糖功能;含有的几丁质可以协助排除体内多余的胆固醇。
16.金针菇:富含B族维生素、维生素C、碳水化合物、矿物质、胡萝卜素、多种氨基酸(尤其是赖氨酸的含量特别高)等。 金针菇中还含有一种叫朴菇素的物质,有增强机体对癌细胞的抗御能力。金针菇还是高钾低钠食品,可防治高血压。
17.香菇:是具有高蛋白、低脂肪、多糖、多种氨基酸和多种维生素的菌类食物。香菇多糖可调节人体内有免疫功能的T细胞活性,有防癌功效。香菇还含有丰富的抗氧化剂,抗癌作用突出。另外,香菇具有一定的降低血压作用。
18.库拉索芦荟3年以上叶片:芦荟是多年生草本植物,品种繁多,性质各异,而库拉索芦荟是药食两用的优良品种。库拉索芦荟叶中的芦荟咪嗪、蛋白质多糖类(含糖蛋白的黏液素)、阿劳克酊A、阿劳克酊B、芦荟多糖都能抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,具有良好的抗癌作用。库拉索芦荟叶含有众多的生物活性物质,能够极大地提高正常细胞的活力,增强人体的自身治愈力,这也是芦荟抗癌机理的重要方面。另外,库拉索芦荟还具有显著的降血糖、降血脂、抗辐射、抗过敏、抗菌、抗衰、健胃、皮肤修复等作用。
19.米邦塔食用仙人掌肉质茎:属于新资源食品。米邦塔食用仙人掌肉质茎不仅营养丰富,而且具有较高的药用价值,是一种保健蔬菜,俗语讲得好:“一天一片仙人掌,年龄不随时间长”。研究表明,仙人掌可以增强人体免疫力,对某些癌症、心脑血管疾病和糖尿病有一定疗效。
上述食材均有一定的防癌抗癌作用,其防癌抗癌的机理不尽相同,其所侧重的癌症类型亦不尽相同,通过将其有机配伍后,与单个食材相比,强强联合,既拓宽了防癌抗癌的应用种类,也因各种食材之间的相互激发而产生对同一癌症的增效作用。上述食材的综合功效强,除了防癌抗癌以外,在辅助治疗肠胃病、糖尿病、皮肤病、心脏病、眼病及降三高(高血脂、高血压、高血糖)、抗过敏、抗辐射、抗菌、抗衰等诸多方面亦有良好的表现。
由于在原材料种类选择上坚持“功效要高、口味要好、毒副要无”的原则,本发明的各种食疗粉是安全可靠的。但考虑到上述各种食疗粉配方的不同特点,对于年轻体壮而得了重病的人,建议服用实施例2、实施例4的食疗粉;对于年老体弱的病人以及预防保健的人群,建议服用实施例5、实施例7的食疗粉;对于进行辅助治疗的一般病人,建议服用实施例1、实施例3、实施例6、实施例8的食疗粉。
上述实施例9所介绍的制备方法采用微波真空干燥法,兼备了微波及真空干燥的一系列优点,克服了常规真空干燥周期长、效率低的缺点,干燥产量高,加工成本低。由于电磁波加热是从内到外对物料进行同时加热,物料的内外温差很小,干燥均匀;又由于在40℃-100℃之间任意调节温度,可以用较低的温度如40℃-80℃进行干燥,从而能够最大程度地保留物料的营养成分和活性。另外,微波还具有消毒、杀菌的功效,有利于延长产品的保质期。粉剂袋装食用比较方便,每天2次,每次25克,直接用沸水化开搅匀即可食用。
根据对服用本发明食疗粉的人群抽样跟踪调查,96%的人反映对自身的疾病辅助治疗效果很好;4%的人反映虽然自己无病,但吃了以后抵抗力显著增强。为真实展现本发明食疗粉的实际效果,下面列举几个具体事例:
1.王先生,38岁,曾患有喉癌,动过癌瘤切除手术,但切除不彻底,癌瘤有“死灰复燃”之势,经医生综合诊断,认为已不适合再动手术,只能采取药物抑瘤的方法。他试用过很多药物,效果甚微或无效,副作用却很大。几经周折,后来开始服用本发明实施例2的食疗粉,每天2次,每次25克,10天后感觉喉处不那么难受了,30天后感觉喉处较舒服,90天后经医院检查,癌瘤竟然神奇地不见了。以后,王先生仍然坚持服用,癌瘤再未复发。
2.刘先生,54岁,患有糖尿病、萎缩性胃炎,自己说都成“药罐子”啦,看见药就想吐,身体却未见好转。于是,他改服本发明实施例6的食疗粉,每天2次,每次25克,60天后症状大为减轻,120天后身体基本恢复正常。
3.李女士,67岁,从小就皮肤过敏,常年忍受疼、痒的折磨,吃了好多过敏药,竟然对过敏药也过敏。她改服本发明实施例7的食疗粉,180天后身体过敏症状消失。
最后应说明的是:上述实施例仅为本发明的优选而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 当然本发明还可以有其它实施方式。 凡采用等同替换或等效交换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围。

1.一种以防癌抗癌为主要功效的食疗粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组合制成:玉米籽粒1-5份,鹰嘴豆籽粒1-5份,紫薯肉1-5份,胡萝卜肉质根1-5份,芋头1-5份,西兰花1-5份,蓝莓果1-5份,欧李黑果1-5份,茅莓果1-5份,苦杏仁1-5份,榛果仁1-5份,嗜盐藻1-5份,虎掌菌1-5份,干巴菌1-5份,姬松茸1-5份,金针菇1-5份,香菇1-5份,库拉索芦荟3年以上叶片1-5份,米邦塔食用仙人掌肉质茎1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种以防癌抗癌为主要功效的食疗粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组合制成:玉米籽粒1份,鹰嘴豆籽粒1份,紫薯肉1份,胡萝卜肉质根1份,芋头1份,西兰花1份,蓝莓果1份,欧李黑果1份,茅莓果1份,苦杏仁1份,榛果仁1份,嗜盐藻1份,虎掌菌1份,干巴菌1份,姬松茸1份,金针菇1份,香菇1份,库拉索芦荟3年以上叶片1份,米邦塔食用仙人掌肉质茎1份。

10.根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种以防癌抗癌为主要功效的食疗粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取正常收获的无污染原料;
(2)对于库拉索芦荟叶片和米邦塔食用仙人掌肉质茎,先用清水冲洗干净并将表面晾干,然后去掉小刺;其它原料除去杂质,确保洁净;
(3)将各种原料按设计用量分别准确称取;
(4)采用微波真空干燥设备将各种原料进行烘干,温度控制在40-80℃;
(5)用食品药品粉碎机粉碎,过100-200目筛;
(6)将筛后细粉成袋包装,每袋25克。
