本发明涉及食品保健技术领域,具体是一种辅助降血糖的制品,其由以下重量份原料组成:松仁10‑15份、扁桃10‑15份、花生5‑8份、三七粉3‑5份、桑叶5‑8份、黄秋葵3‑5份和蜂王浆1‑2份;该制品可以做成速溶粉剂、片剂、颗粒剂、丸剂的任何一种剂型。本发明是以坚果为主要原料,与三七粉、桑叶、黄秋葵和蜂王浆合理搭配,即营养又能辅助降低血糖,无毒副作用。

本发明涉及食品保健技术领域,具体是一种辅助降血糖的制品及其制备方法。
背景技术
摄食过多甜食或含糖饮料导致高血糖的原因之一。正常情况下,人体能够通过激素调节和神经调节这两大调节系统确保血糖的来源与去路保持平衡,使血糖维持在一定水平。但是在遗传因素(如糖尿病家族史)与环境因素(如不合理的膳食、肥胖等)的共同作用下,两大调节功能发生紊乱,就会出现血糖水平的升高。长期的高血糖会使全身各个组织器官发生病变,导致急慢性并发症的发生。如胰腺功能衰竭、失水、电解质紊乱、营养缺乏、抵抗力下降、肾功能受损、神经病变、眼底病变等。控制高血糖成为人们日常保健的重要课题。
高血糖可引起微血管病变,使患者的微循环有不同程度的异常。随着病程的延长和治疗不及时会促使微血管病变的加重和发展,使患者致盲、致残。微血管病变主要表现在视网膜、肾、心肌、神经组织及足趾,使患者身受病痛折磨。高血糖还会引起大血管病变。糖尿病性大血管病变是指主动脉、冠状动脉、脑基底动脉、肾动脉及周围动脉等动脉粥样硬化。其中,动脉粥样硬化症病情较重、病死率高。约70%~80%糖尿病患者死于糖尿病性大血管病变。
因此,人们希望有一种即营养又能辅助降低血糖的制品。公开文献也报道了一些降血糖的保健品,例如:
1、中国专利,名称:降血糖药物和组合物,申请号:201410281506.4,申请日:2014.06.21,申请人:李友香,地址:100029北京市朝阳区北三环东路11号,发明人:李友香,摘要:该发明涉及降血糖药物和组合物。具体涉及式I所示化合物:或其溶剂合物,其结构如说明书所述。该发明还涉及包括所述化合物的药物组合物以及它们的用途。本发明化合物或组合物是一种优良的降血糖药。
2、中国专利,名称:一种降血糖的保健品,申请号:201210423849.0,申请日:2012.10.31,申请人:烟台大洋制药有限公司,地址:264000山东省烟台市福山区电信路530号,发明人:况代武,摘要:该发明提供的降血糖保健品,是一种中药复方制剂,其处方组分为五倍子提取物、葛根提取物、西洋参提取物、木糖醇、黄芪、洋葱、苦瓜子、蜂胶、茯苓、苦瓜;所述药材由以下重量份组成:五倍子提取物20份、葛根提取物15份、西洋参提取物20份、木糖醇10份、黄芪15份、洋葱10份、苦瓜子15份、蜂胶10份、茯苓10份、苦瓜15份。该发明能够安全有效的治疗和控制高血糖。
3、中国专利,名称:降血糖保健品,申请号:200510008637.6,申请日:2005.2.28,申请(专利权)人:湖南泰尔制药有限公司,地址:410011河南省浏阳市城北集里桥长沙泰尔信箱,发明(设计)人:成刚、李以暖,摘要:该发明公开了一种降血糖保健品,包括硫辛酸和吡啶甲酸铬,还含有适量的绞股蓝提取物、山药提取物、苦瓜提取物。这种保健品能够对糖尿病患者在调节血糖的同时,恢复机体细胞和系统的活力,起到防治糖尿病并发症的作用,对糖尿病人的高血糖及其造成的衰老具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以坚果为原料,即营养又能辅助降低血糖的制品及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种辅助降血糖的制品,由以下重量份原料组成:
松仁10-15份;
扁桃10-15份;
花生5-8份;
三七粉3-5份;
桑叶5-8份;
黄秋葵3-5份;
蜂王浆1-2份。
辅助降血糖的制品可以做成速溶粉剂、片剂、颗粒剂、丸剂的任何一种剂型。
所述速溶粉剂的制备方法为:按所述重量份称取原料,清水洗净,将松仁、扁桃、花生、桑叶和黄秋葵磨成50-100目,将五种原料在混合机中加入三七粉充分混合后,加入蜂王浆,搅拌均匀,分装即得。
所述片剂和丸剂的制备方法:按所述重量份称取原料,清水洗净,将松仁、扁桃、花生、桑叶和黄秋葵磨成50-100目,加入适量纯净水混合调成糊状,加入蜂王浆,搅拌均匀,成形、干燥、分装,即得。
所述速溶颗粒的制备方法为:按所述重量份称取原料,清水洗净,将松仁、扁桃、花生、桑叶和黄秋葵磨成50-100目,加入适量纯净水混合调成糊状,加入蜂王浆,在搅拌机中混合10-15分钟,喷雾干燥、筛分、灭菌、分装,即得。
所述的花生,是采用米醋浸泡一个星期后的花生。
所述的松仁为松科植物红松的种子仁,中文名称:松子仁,又称松子、海松子等。味甘性温。松仁性温味甘,具有养阴、熄风、润肺、滑肠等功效,能治疗风痹、头眩、燥咳、吐血、便秘等病。松仁具有预防心血管病作用松仁所含的脂肪,主要为亚油酸和皮诺敛酸等多不饱和脂肪酸,可调整和降低血脂、软化血管和防治动脉粥样硬化。多不饱和脂肪酸还能减少血小板的凝集和增加抗凝作用,故能降低血脂和血液黏稠度,预防血栓形成,对心血管系统有保护作用,因此,老年人常食松籽,能防止因胆固醇增高而引起的心血管疾病。松仁具有滋阴润肺、养液滑肠、通便等作用。因其含有丰富的脂肪、棕榈碱、挥发油等,能润滑大肠而通便、缓泻且不伤正气,尤其适用于年老体弱、产后病后的大便秘结者。便秘可使有毒物质和致癌物等不能及时排出体外,而且人体内废物不能及时排出,还会影响皮肤的光洁、润泽,而变得粗糙。
所述的扁桃(Amygdaluscommunis)属蔷薇科桃属,中文学名:扁桃,别称:巴旦杏、甜扁桃、甜杏仁。树皮灰色,叶披针形。花淡红或白色,几无梗。果实卵圆形,薄而少汁,熟时干燥裂开,核脱出。苦扁桃仁含有扁桃精(即苦杏仁素,在苦扁桃仁中占2%至8%),是医药业的重要原料,可广泛用于医疗、保健方面。在喀什地区,当地中药有60%左右配有巴旦木仁,对气管炎、高血压、神经衰弱、肺炎、糖尿病都有一定疗效。
所述的花生为豆科作物,优质食用油主要油料品种之一,中文学名:花生,拉丁学名:Arachishypogaea,又名落花生、双子叶植物,叶脉为网状脉,种子有花生果皮包被。历史上曾叫长生果、地豆、落花参、落地松、成寿果、番豆、无花果、地果、唐人豆。花生长于滋养补益,有助于延年益寿,所以民间又称“长生果”,并且和黄豆一样被誉为“植物肉”、“素中之荤”。研究发现,如果人们把饮食中的一份红肉换成花生,患糖尿病的风险会降低21%。花生会减缓碳水化合物的吸收。如果早上吃点花生,那么你一天的血糖都不会过高。吃花生最多的人,患冠心病的风险能减少35%。研究人员认为,花生中的脂肪酸构成,再加上其他成分的作用,能降低低密度脂蛋白(坏胆固醇)的含量,让心脏更加健康。
所述的三七粉,学名:Panaxpseudo-ginseng,是植物三七的根茎制品。是云南白药的主要成分。主产地在中国的云南及广西深山中,性温,味甘微苦,入肝、胃、大肠经。三七粉的成分和三七主根一样,富含三七皂苷、三七多糖、三七素、黄酮有效成分,具有止血、活血化瘀、消肿定痛、滋补强壮、抗疲劳、耐缺氧、抗衰老、降血脂、降血糖、提高机体免疫功能等作用。
所述的桑叶,为桑科植物桑的干燥叶,中文学名:桑叶,别称:家桑、荆桑、桑椹树、黄桑叶,性味:味苦;甘;性寒。归经:归肺经;肝经。又名家桑、荆桑、桑椹树、黄桑等,全国大部分地区多有生产。具有降血压、血脂、抗炎等作用,主要功能为疏散风热,清肺润燥,清肝明目。用于风热感冒,肺热燥咳,头晕头痛,目赤昏花。1993年卫生部确定桑叶既是食品又是药品。主治:风热感冒;风温初起,发热头痛,汗出恶风,咳嗽胸痛;或肺燥干咳无痰;咽干口渴;风热及肝阳上扰;目赤肿痛。
所述的秋葵,学名:Abelmoschusesculentus,亦称黄秋葵、咖啡黄葵,俗名羊角豆、潺茄,而在中国江西省西部的萍乡,当地人称之为“洋辣椒”。性喜温暖,原产地为非洲今日埃塞俄比亚附近以及亚洲热带,中国栽培不多。黄秋葵的营养保健价值很高,各个部分都含有半纤维素、纤维素和木质素。嫩果含有丰富的蛋白质、游离氨基酸、维生素A、维生素C、维生素E和磷、铁、钾、钙、锌、锰等矿质元素及由果胶和多糖等组成的粘性物质。另外,黄秋葵低脂、低糖,可以作为减肥食品;由于其含锌和硒等微量元素,可以增强人体防癌抗癌能力;其富含维生素C可预防心血管疾病发生,提高免疫力。
所述的蜂王浆,外文名称:royaljelly,又称蜂皇浆、蜂王乳等,是工蜂的一种分泌物,喂蜂后的食物。初出生的蜂王幼虫,吃了蜂王浆,便会发育成为蜂后,否则就会发育成为工蜂。部份人认为蜂王浆有食疗功效,并将之视为营养补充剂。部份人则认为没有确凿的证据表明其能治疗任何疾病,有导致过敏的危险,并认为蜂王浆是一种很“神奇的”食物,但也只是针对蜜蜂王国而言。蜂王浆含有人体必须的维生素达10种以上,能平衡脂肪代谢和糖代谢,可降低肥胖者的高血脂和高血糖,非常适合肥胖型糖尿病患者。长期服用蜂王浆对三脂异常症、血管硬化、心律不齐、糖尿病等疾病患者均有很好的疗效。
本发明的突出的实质性特点和显著的进步是:
1、本发明是以坚果为主要原料,与三七粉、桑叶、黄秋葵和蜂王浆合理搭配,即营养又能辅助降低血糖。
2、使用方便,该制品可以开水冲开稍凉后服用,容易被人体消化吸收,无毒副作用。
3、本发明营养丰富,服用后皮肤变得红润。
4、原料中添加黄秋葵,黄秋葵能预防心血管疾病发生,提高免疫力。
5、原料中添加蜂王浆,蜂王浆对三脂异常症、血管硬化、心律不齐、糖尿病等疾病患者均有很好的疗效。
具体实施方式
为了更加详细的介绍本发明,下面结合实施例,对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1辅助降血糖的制品粉剂配方
取以下重量份原料:松仁10份、扁桃10份、花生5份、三七粉3份、桑叶5份、黄秋葵3份和蜂王浆1份。
制备方法,按所述重量份称取原料,清水洗净,将松仁、扁桃、花生、桑叶和黄秋葵磨成50目,将五种原料在混合机中加入三七粉充分混合后,加入蜂王浆,搅拌均匀,分装20克每袋,即得。
所述的花生,是采用米醋浸泡一个星期后的花生。
实施例2辅助降血糖的制品片剂和丸剂配方
取以下重量份原料:松仁13份、扁桃13份、花生7份、三七粉4份、桑叶7份、黄秋葵4份和蜂王浆1.5份。
制备方法,按所述重量份称取原料,清水洗净,将松仁、扁桃、花生、桑叶和黄秋葵磨成80目,加入适量纯净水混合调成糊状,加入蜂王浆,搅拌均匀,成形、干燥、分装25克每袋,即得。
所述的花生,是采用米醋浸泡一个星期后的花生。
实施例3辅助降血糖的制品颗粒配方
取以下重量份原料:松仁15份、扁桃15份、花生8份、三七粉5份、桑叶8份、黄秋葵5份和蜂王浆2份。
制备方法,按所述重量份称取原料,清水洗净,将松仁、扁桃、花生、桑叶和黄秋葵磨成100目,加入适量纯净水混合调成糊状,加入蜂王浆,在搅拌机中混合10分钟,喷雾干燥、筛分、灭菌、分装30克每袋,即得。
所述的花生,是采用米醋浸泡一个星期后的花生。
本发明所采用的原料,是本发明人进行长时间的研究得到的。本发明所采用的原料是最优的组合。
研究过程发现:采用原料组份1-4的任意一种,所得到的降血糖效果都没有本发明采用的原料组份效果好。采用原料组份1-4的任意一种,它们都具有降血糖的效果,但效果不是很明显;而采用本发明的原料组份降血糖的效果好,且营养,服用后皮肤变得红润。
原料组份1:松仁10-15份、三七粉3-5份、桑叶5-8份、黄秋葵3-5份和蜂王浆1-2份。
原料组份2:扁桃10-15份、花生5-8份、三七粉3-5份、桑叶5-8份、黄秋葵3-5份和蜂王浆1-2份。
原料组份3:扁桃10-15份、花生5-8份、三七粉3-5份、桑叶5-8份和黄秋葵3-5份。
原料组份4:松仁10-15份、扁桃10-15份、三七粉3-5份、桑叶5-8份、黄秋葵3-5份和蜂王浆1-2份。
上述实施例的产品提供给20例26-65岁的血糖高的人群服用,原来经常心跳快速,呼吸缓而深且尿糖测试呈阳性反应,服用本发明以坚果为原料辅助降血糖制品粉剂,1个月后心跳和呼吸恢复正常且尿糖测试呈阴性反应,20例实验者有16例28天后心跳快速、呼吸缓而深的症状得到改善,有效率80%。
应用实施例
1、广西蒙某,男,62岁,南宁机关单位退休员工,其血糖值比正常值稍稍偏高,偶尔会便秘且每当吃含糖高的食品,血糖会猛地曾高,呼吸缓而深,因此,蒙某都不敢吃含糖量高的食物。2013年春节,蒙某女儿给买了本发明的制品,蒙某每次用20-30克开水冲开后服用,早晚各服用一次,自从蒙某服用本发明制品后,大便都很顺畅,未出现大便秘结情况,1个月后,血糖已经在正常值范围内,皮肤变得比红润。
2、广西陈某某,男,48岁,南宁人,每当吃含糖高的食品,血糖会猛地曾高,尿糖测试呈阳性反应。陈某某妻子给买了本发明的制品,陈某某每次用20-30克开水冲开后服用,早晚各服用一次,陈某某服用本发明制品35天后,血糖已经在正常值范围内,尿糖测试呈阴性反应,自那以后陈某某的尿糖测试都呈阴性反应。

1.一种辅助降血糖的制品,其特征在于:由以下重量份原料组成:松仁10-15份、扁桃10-15份、花生5-8份、三七粉3-5份、桑叶5-8份、黄秋葵3-5份和蜂王浆1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辅助降血糖的制品,其特征在于:该制品可以做成速溶粉剂、片剂、颗粒剂、丸剂的任何一种剂型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的辅助降血糖的制品,其特征在于:所述速溶粉剂的制备方法为:按所述重量份称取原料,清水洗净,将松仁、扁桃、花生、桑叶和黄秋葵磨成50-100目,将五种原料在混合机中加入三七粉充分混合后,加入蜂王浆,搅拌均匀,分装即得。
