Abstract
本发明涉及食品保健技术领域,具体是一种辅助降血压的制品,其由以下重量份原料组成:松仁20‑25份、花生5‑10份、板栗5‑6份、黑豆5‑8份、玉米10‑15份、三七粉2‑3份和蜂王浆2‑3份;该制品可以做成速溶粉剂、片剂、颗粒剂、丸剂的任何一种剂型。本发明是以坚果为主要原料,与黑豆、玉米、三七粉和蜂王浆合理搭配,即营养又能辅助降低血压。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品保健技术领域,具体是一种辅助降血压的制品及其制备方法。
背景技术
高血压是世界上中老年发病较为普遍,在世界有5.6亿患者,在中国也有1.6亿人,并以每年300万新发病人递增,是世界的难题之一,它不但死亡率高,制残率也很高,当一个病人被诊断为高血压,他就必须走上终身服药的痛苦之路,而且现在降压药停药即反跳,副作用大,长效类降压药,普奈洛尔,降压1-2周起效,3~4周才明显,副作用大,停药即可产生血压反跳,并出现嗜睡、头晕、失眠、低血压心动过缓等;速效降压药卡托普利口服15分钟起效,但只能持续4~6小时,副作用大,如低血压、干咳、过敏、血管与神经水肿,停药血压即反跳。过去单纯的中医药的降压药也存在停药即反跳的缺点。
高血压疾病患者上身阳盛,下身虚,随着体内湿气的增多,札压逐步升高,病人表现易怒、心烦、头晕、失眠、性功能低下或阳萎。现在用药主要是利尿药物达到暂时降压,但这样会使人身上阳更盛,下身阴更虚,使很多病人从I期发展到II或III期高血压病,无论是西医治疗还是中医治疗高血压,对高血压病人都必须长期依赖药物进行治疗,长期服用药物会给身体带来较大的副作用,很有可能在治疗高血压的同时引发其它病因。
因此,人们希望有一种既营养,又能辅助降低血压的制品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以坚果为原料,即营养又能辅助降低血压的制品及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种辅助降血压的制品,由以下重量份原料组成:
松仁 20-25份;
花生 5-10份;
板栗 5-6份;
黑豆 5-8份;
玉米 10-15份;
三七粉 2-3份;
蜂王浆 2-3份。
辅助降血压的制品可以做成速溶粉剂、片剂、颗粒剂、丸剂的任何一种剂型。
所述速溶粉剂的制备方法为:按所述重量份称取原料,清水洗净,将黑豆和玉米煮熟或炒熟,冷却,备用;将松仁、黑豆、玉米和花生磨成50-100目,将四种原料在混合机中加入三七粉充分混合后,加入蜂王浆,搅拌均匀,分装即得。
所述片剂和丸剂的制备方法:按所述重量份称取原料,清水洗净,将黑豆和玉米煮熟或炒熟,冷却,备用;将松仁、黑豆、玉米和花生磨成50-100目,将四种原料在混合机中加入三七粉充分混合后,加入蜂王浆和适量纯净水,混合调成糊状,成形、干燥、分装,即得。
所述速溶颗粒的制备方法为:按所述重量份称取原料,清水洗净,将黑豆和玉米煮熟或炒熟,冷却,备用;将松仁、黑豆、玉米和花生磨成50-100目,将四种原料加入三七粉充分混合后,再加入蜂王浆和适量纯净水,混合调成糊状,在搅拌机中混合10-15分钟,喷雾干燥、筛分、灭菌、分装,即得。
所述的花生,是采用米醋浸泡一个星期后的花生。
所述的松仁为松科植物红松的种子仁,中文名称:松子仁,又称松子、海松子等。味甘性温。松仁性温味甘,具有养阴、熄风、润肺、滑肠等功效,能治疗风痹、头眩、燥咳、吐血、便秘等病。松仁具有预防心血管病作用
松仁所含的脂肪,主要为亚油酸和皮诺敛酸等多不饱和脂肪酸,可调整和降低血脂、软化血管和防治动脉粥样硬化。多不饱和脂肪酸还能减少血小板的凝集和增加抗凝作用,故能降低血脂和血液黏稠度,预防血栓形成,对心血管系统有保护作用,因此,老年人常食松籽,能防止因胆固醇增高而引起的心血管疾病。松仁具有滋阴润肺、养液滑肠、通便等作用。因其含有丰富的脂肪、棕榈碱、挥发油等,能润滑大肠而通便、缓泻且不伤正气,尤其适用于年老体弱、产后病后的大便秘结者。便秘可使有毒物质和致癌物等不能及时排出体外,而且人体内废物不能及时排出,还会影响皮肤的光洁、润泽,而变得粗糙。
所述的花生为豆科作物,优质食用油主要油料品种之一,中文学名:花生,拉丁学名:Arachishypogaea,又名落花生、双子叶植物,叶脉为网状脉,种子有花生果皮包被。历史上曾叫长生果、地豆、落花参、落地松、成寿果、番豆、无花果、地果、唐人豆。花生长于滋养补益,有助于延年益寿,所以民间又称“长生果”,并且和黄豆一样被誉为“植物肉”、“素中之荤”。研究发现,如果人们把饮食中的一份红肉换成花生,患糖尿病的风险会降低21%。花生会减缓碳水化合物的吸收。如果早上吃点花生,那么你一天的血糖都不会过高。吃花生最多的人,患冠心病的风险能减少35%。研究人员认为,花生中的脂肪酸构成,再加上其他成分的作用,能降低低密度脂蛋白(坏胆固醇)的含量,让心脏更加健康。
所述的板栗,拉丁学名:Castanea mollissima,又名栗、中国板栗,是壳斗科栗属的植物,原产于中国,分布于越南、台湾以及中国大陆地区,生长于海拔370-2800米的地区,多见于山地,已由人工广泛栽培。栗子营养丰富,维生素C含量比西红柿还要高,更是苹果的十几倍。栗子中的矿物质也很全面,有钾、锌、铁等。主要功效为养胃健脾、补肾强筋,对人体的滋补功能,可与人参、黄芪、当归等媲美。可以治疗反胃、吐血、腰脚软弱、便血等症。对肾虚有良好的疗效,唐朝孙思邈认为板栗是“肾之果也,肾病宜食之。”。所含的不饱和脂肪酸和各种维生素,有抗高血压、冠心病、骨质疏松和动脉硬化的功效,是抗衰老、延年益寿的滋补佳品。
所述的黑豆为豆科,名称:黑大豆,又名乌豆、黑豆,味甘性平。学名:Soybean
(Glycine ma x var),黑豆富含对人体有益的氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸及钙、磷等多种微量元素。有排脓拔毒、消肿止痛等功效,并有益于防治高血压、高血脂、心脏病等疾病。李时珍在《本草纲目》中有说:“久食黑豆,好颜色,变白不老。”所以说黑豆对女性养颜大有裨益,再者黑豆还可以调理月经,还有安胎作用,[8]孕妇常吃,可以益身强健。黑豆,性味甘、平、无毒。有活血、利水、祛风、清热解毒、滋养健血、补虚乌发的功能。《本草纲目》说:“黑豆入肾功多,故能治水、消胀、下气、制风热而活血解毒。
所述的玉米亦称玉蜀黍、包谷、苞米、棒子。粤语称为粟米,闽南语称作番麦,拉丁学名:Zea mays Linn. Sp.,学名:Zea mays,是一年生禾本科草本植物,是重要的粮食作物和重要的饲料来源,也是全世界总产量最高的粮食作物。玉米是一种常见的粮食作物,主要生产于北方,有黄玉米、白玉米两种,其中黄玉米含有较多的维生素A,对人的视力十分有益。[2]其营养价值超过面粉、大米,经常食用能预防动脉硬化、心脑血管疾病、癌症、高胆固醇血症、高血压等病。
所述的三七粉,学名:Panax pseudo-ginseng,是植物三七的根茎制品。是云南白药的主要成分。主产地在中国的云南及广西深山中,性温,味甘微苦,入肝、胃、大肠经。三七粉的成分和三七主根一样,富含三七皂苷、三七多糖、三七素、黄酮有效成分,具有止血、活血化瘀、消肿定痛、滋补强壮、抗疲劳、耐缺氧、抗衰老、降血脂、降血糖、提高机体免疫功能等作用。
所述的蜂王浆,外文名称:royal jelly,又称蜂皇浆、蜂王乳等,是工蜂的一种分泌物,喂蜂后的食物。初出生的蜂王幼虫,吃了蜂王浆,便会发育成为蜂后,否则就会发育成为工蜂。部份人认为蜂王浆有食疗功效,并将之视为营养补充剂。部份人则认为没有确凿的证据表明其能治疗任何疾病,有导致过敏的危险,并认为蜂王浆是一种很“神奇的”食物,但也只是针对蜜蜂王国而言。蜂王浆含有人体必须的维生素达10种以上,能平衡脂肪代谢和糖代谢,可降低肥胖者的高血脂和高血糖,非常适合肥胖型糖尿病患者。长期服用蜂王浆对三脂异常症、血管硬化、心律不齐、糖尿病等疾病患者均有很好的疗效。
本发明辅助降血压的制品的有益效果为:
1、本辅助降血压制品,是以坚果为主要原料,与黑豆、玉米、三七粉和蜂王浆合理搭配,即营养又能辅助降低血压。
2、原料中含有亚油酸和皮诺敛酸等多不饱和脂肪酸,可调整和降低血脂、软化血管和防治动脉粥样硬化,让心脏更加健康。
3、使用方便,该制品可以开水冲开稍凉后服用,容易被人体消化吸收。
4、原料中添加蜂王浆,蜂王浆对三脂异常症、血管硬化、心律不齐、糖尿病等疾病患者均有很好的疗效。
具体实施方式
为了更加详细的介绍本发明,下面结合实施例,对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1 辅助降血压的制品粉剂配方
取以下重量份原料:松仁20份、花生5份、板栗5份、黑豆5份、玉米10份、三七粉2份和蜂王浆2份。
制备方法,按所述重量份称取原料,清水洗净,将黑豆和玉米煮熟或炒熟,冷却,备用;将松仁、黑豆、玉米和花生磨成50目,将四种原料在混合机中加入三七粉充分混合后,加入蜂王浆,搅拌均匀,分装25克每袋,即得。
所述的花生,是采用米醋浸泡一个星期后的花生。
实施例2 辅助降血压的制品片剂和丸剂配方
取以下重量份原料:松仁23份、花生8份、板栗5份、黑豆6份、玉米12份、三七粉3份和蜂王浆2份。
制备方法,按所述重量份称取原料,清水洗净,将黑豆和玉米煮熟或炒熟,冷却,备用;将松仁、黑豆、玉米和花生磨成80目,将四种原料在混合机中加入三七粉充分混合后,加入蜂王浆和适量纯净水,混合调成糊状,成形、干燥、分装25克每袋,即得。
所述的花生,是采用米醋浸泡一个星期后的花生。
实施例3 辅助降血压的制品颗粒剂配方
取以下重量份原料:松仁25份、花生10份、板栗6份、黑豆8份、玉米15份、三七粉3份和蜂王浆3份。
制备方法,按所述重量份称取原料,清水洗净,将黑豆和玉米煮熟或炒熟,冷却,备用;将松仁、黑豆、玉米和花生磨成100目,将四种原料加入三七粉充分混合后,再加入蜂王浆和适量纯净水,混合调成糊状,在搅拌机中混合13分钟,喷雾干燥、筛分、灭菌、分装30克,即得。
所述的花生,是采用米醋浸泡一个星期后的花生。
本发明所采用的原料,是本发明人进行长时间的研究得到的。本发明所采用的原料是最优的组合。
研究过程发现:采用原料组份1-4的任意一种,所得到的降血压效果都没有本发明采用的原料组份效果好。采用原料组份1-4的任意一种,它们都具有降血压的效果,但效果不是很明显;而采用本发明的原料组份降血压的效果好,且营养,服用后皮肤变得红润。
原料组份1:花生5-10份、板栗5-6份、玉米10-15份、三七粉2-3份和蜂王浆2-3份。
原料组份2:花生5-10份、板栗5-6份、玉米10-15份、三七粉2-3份和蜂王浆2-3份。
原料组份3:松仁20-25份、板栗5-6份、黑豆5-8份、三七粉2-3份和蜂王浆2-3份。
原料组份4:松仁20-25份、板栗5-6份、黑豆5-8份、玉米10-15份和三七粉2-3份。
上述实施例的产品提供给20例35-65岁的高血压的人群服用,原来经常头晕、耳鸣,血压高出正常值,服用本发明辅助降血压的制品粉剂,1个月后心头晕和耳鸣症状减轻,20例实验者有15例28天后的高血压症状得到改善,恢复到正常值,有效率75%。
应用实施例
1、广西南宁彭某某,女,50岁,患有高血压,需服用高血压药,服用高血压药的过程中,血压很稳定的保持在偏高值。彭某某自从体检发现自己患有高血压后,除了一日三餐外,都不敢乱吃东西,面色也没以前红润。她女儿给她购买了该制品,每天30-50克开水冲开后服用,除了吃原来的降压药外,没吃其它西药,一个星期后,大便比以前顺畅,胃口也比以前好了,半个月后血压已经降到了正常值,面色也恢复了以前的红润。
2、广西南宁李某,女,38岁,已怀孕28周。在一次产检过程中,被检查出患有中轻度妊娠高血压,医生建议她注意营养与休息。并减少脂肪和过多盐的摄人,增加富含蛋白质、维生素、铁、钙和其他微量元素的食品,并给其开了些降低血压的药物,以保证胎儿的健康发育。但是孕期李某又不敢多服用药物,后来听说该制品可以辅助降低血压,且对胎儿没有影响,李某每天20-30克开水冲开后服用,一个星期后,自己测量血压时,血压有所降低,半个月后再产检时,血压已恢复到正常值,此时她已停服医生开的降压药,但其坚持每天10-15克该制品开水冲开后服用,后续产检血压都保持在正常值。

1.一种辅助降血压的制品,其特征在于:由以下重量份原料组成:松仁20-25份、花生5-10份、板栗5-6份、黑豆5-8份、玉米10-15份、三七粉2-3份和蜂王浆2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辅助降血压的制品,其特征在于:该制品可以做成速溶粉剂、片剂、颗粒剂、丸剂的任何一种剂型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的辅助降血压的制品,其特征在于:所述速溶粉剂的制备方法为:按所述重量份称取原料,清水洗净,将黑豆和玉米煮熟或炒熟,冷却,备用;将松仁、黑豆、玉米和花生磨成50-100目,将四种原料在混合机中加入三七粉充分混合后,加入蜂王浆,搅拌均匀,分装即得。
4.根据权利要求2所述的辅助降血压的制品,其特征在于:所述片剂和丸剂的制备方法:按所述重量份称取原料,清水洗净,将黑豆和玉米煮熟或炒熟,冷却,备用;将松仁、黑豆、玉米和花生磨成50-100目,将四种原料在混合机中加入三七粉充分混合后,加入蜂王浆和适量纯净水,混合调成糊状,成形、干燥、分装,即得。
5.根据权利要求2所述的辅助降血压的制品,其特征在于:所述速溶颗粒的制备方法为:按所述重量份称取原料,清水洗净,将黑豆和玉米煮熟或炒熟,冷却,备用;将松仁、黑豆、玉米和花生磨成50-100目,将四种原料加入三七粉充分混合后,再加入蜂王浆和适量纯净水,混合调成糊状,在搅拌机中混合10-15分钟,喷雾干燥、筛分、灭菌、分装,即得。
6.根据权利要求1所述的辅助降血压的制品,其特征在于:所述的花生,是采用米醋浸泡一个星期后的花生。
