本发明提供了一种坚果粗粮糊及其制备方法,其中坚果粗粮糊以重量份计包括:小米5~9份,糙米4~7份,玉米5~12份,燕麦3~8份,高粱4~9份,水3~5份,芝麻1~3份,核桃仁1~4份,花生仁2~6份,瓜子仁2~5份,松仁3~5份,杏仁2~6份,板栗1~4份,红豆3~5份,黄豆1~6份,木糖醇5~12份,麦芽糊精8~15份。制备方法为先将粗粮膨化得到膨化粉,然后坚果混合后放入粉碎机粉碎得到坚果粉末,最后将膨化粉、坚果粉末、木糖醇和麦芽糊精混合即可。本发明的坚果粗粮糊营养全面、均衡,食用方便,口感绵滑,营养价值高,适合各类人群。

背景技术
在现代食物越来越精细的时候,适当的吃粗粮对养生来说非常有必要,而粗粮口感差、不易蒸煮、不易消化。随着工作效率的提高和生活节奏的加快,饮食的方便快捷成为食品产业的发展方向。所以,将多种粗粮搭配加工成方便、营养食品,复合现代人的需求,是本领域技术人员急需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种坚果粗粮糊及其制备方法,将多种粗粮与坚果搭配,不仅营养价值高,而且食用方便、口感绵滑,适合各类人群食用。
一种坚果粗粮糊,以重量份计包括:小米5~9份,糙米4~7份,玉米5~12份,燕麦3~8份,高粱4~9份,水3~5份,芝麻1~3份,核桃仁1~4份,花生仁2~6份,瓜子仁2~5份,松仁3~5份,杏仁2~6份,板栗1~4份,红豆3~5份,黄豆1~6份,木糖醇5~12份,麦芽糊精8~15份。

步骤1,将小米、糙米、玉米、燕麦、高粱、水、红豆和黑豆放入膨化机进行膨化,膨化温度130~135℃,得膨化粉;
步骤2,将芝麻、核桃仁、花生仁、瓜子仁、松仁、杏仁和板栗混合后放入粉碎机粉碎得坚果粉末;
