本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种医用面料生产工艺。
背景技术
医用料面属于高性能的医用纺织品,由于医护人员的工作环境较复杂,容易接触到辐射、静电以及感染性较强的细菌、病毒等,其要求具有较高的安全性,柔软性,同时要求有防水抗渗、不沾毛屑、易去污的效果。
发明专利2012100057265公开了一种防水透涂层织物及其制备方法,包括拒水处理,压光处理,底胶涂布,面胶涂布等步骤,其防水、透气性好,但是去污性差,适宜用于运动面料,不适宜做为医用面料。
发明专利2014108528383公开了一种功能性医用面料及其制备方法,采用三层复合面料制备,柔软性好,耐洗涤,但是面料成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医用面料生产工艺,通过处理加工使得布面适用于医护使用。为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种医用面料生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1.坯布织造,选用低旦锦纶纱材,在织布机上进行织布,织布组织设计为双格边或者多线格子布,或者多臂风格的棱形胚布;
S2.退浆,把织好的坯布在退浆机上进行退浆处理;
S3.烘干,将布料进行水洗后烘干;
S4.泼水定型,烘干过的布料经过轧槽吸收防泼水药剂,再经过定型高温烘焙;
S5.压光处理,将定型后的布料通过压光机压光处理;
S6.涂覆双面涂层,在布料的压光面涂覆具有抗水压性能的PU树脂涂层,PU树脂涂层分为PU聚醚二液型底料和PU一液型面料两层分别涂覆;压光面涂覆后,将面料经高温烘箱烘干直至卷起,然后在面料的另一面涂覆一层有机硅胶涂层,高温烘干即得。
进一步地,还包括染色步骤,染色步骤设置在步骤S2与步骤S3之间,将染料配置成染液后在染机中对坯布进行染色,染色温度小于等于110℃。

优选地,所述的PU聚醚二液型底料的涂覆量为40~60g/m2,PU一液型面料的涂覆量为35~50g/m2,有机硅胶涂层的涂覆量为15~20g/m2
其中,泼水药剂由以下成分按质量浓度配比组成:无氟防水剂35~42g/L,硅系阳离子柔软剂2~5g/L,渗透剂1~3g/L。
步骤S4中定型高温烘焙采用烘箱,烘箱温度由低至高再低设置,由170℃至190℃再至170℃设置,布料经过烘箱的速度为30m/min~60m/min,超喂打3%~5%。
步骤S5中压光处理的温度为120~150℃,压力为150N,速度为30m/min。

由于采用了上述结构,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1).本发明综合了机织面料的组织风格特点,通过织物组织设计为成品物性打下良好基础;在高温定型时加入无氟防泼水剂和有机硅柔软剂,使得涂层胶料没有完全渗入织物缝隙,面料手感比较柔软,抗撕裂性能提升;最后在布料正反面作业涂层整理,压光面(背面)涂PU树脂使布料具有好的固纱效果和耐静水压和抗渗,正面涂有机硅胶可以防灰尘的吸附和提高织物表面滑爽度同时达到易去污的效果。通过本发明工艺,使得面料具有防水,易去污,高强力的特性适用于医用面料。
(2).本发明PU树脂涂层分为PU聚醚二液型底料和PU一液型面料分开两次作业,架桥剂采用异氰酸盐类架桥剂接着更加牢固,聚醚型PU聚氨酯确保了涂层抗老化性能,异氰酸盐类架桥剂分子键结合稳固适用于医用高温洗涤。涂覆PU树脂涂层可以增加基布的固纱效果,并赋予布抵抗水压的能力,使布具有一定的防水抗渗能力。
(3).本发明在布料正面涂有机硅胶,有机硅是表面张力很低的特种材料,有机硅材料具有独特结构,兼备了有机材料和无机材料的性能,具有表面张力低、粘温系数小、压缩性高、耐高低温、耐氧化稳定、无毒无味等特点。SI-O键为主链结构,可以承受高温水洗,非常适合医疗行业消毒杀菌条件之耐高温要求。本发明也正是借助有机硅的低表面张力来达到是布面爽滑性特征,有效降低布面的摩擦力,防灰尘吸附和易去污的功能,除此之外还可借助有机硅的润滑性来改善成品布的撕裂性能。
具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述。
本发明公开了一种医用面料生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1.坯布织造,选用低旦锦纶纱材,在织布机上进行织布。本实施例选用20~70旦尼尔全拉伸丝绵纶66纱材(单丝满足4G/D)。组织设计为经纬密为145*132,幅宽63寸的格子布,在织布机上织布。组织设计考虑格子布,格边2条并或者3条的双格边或者多线格子布,或者多臂风格的棱形胚布,采用该种组织设计可提升织物的抗撕裂强力和整体强力。
2.退浆,把织好的坯布在退浆机上进行退浆处理,把面料上的浆料与杂质处理干净。
3.染色,根据需要选定颜色,将染料配置成染液后在染机中对坯布进行染色,染料为酸性染料,配以一定的染色助剂,染色最高温度设定最高为110℃。
4.烘干,将布料进行水洗后烘干(即过水槽洗去浮色),并经过130℃-140℃锡林中烫干,方便药剂定型;
5.泼水定型,烘干过的布料经过轧槽吸收防泼水药剂,再经过定型高温烘焙。泼水药剂由以下成分按质量浓度配比组成:无氟防水剂35~42g/L,硅系阳离子柔软剂2~5g/L,渗透剂1~3g/L。采用以下表1的泼水药剂配方。

定型高温烘焙采用烘箱,烘箱温度由低至高再低设置,如防泼水定型烘箱有9节,温度设置为170℃-190℃*7-190℃,烘燥箱温度偏差控制在±2℃,布料经过烘箱的速度为30m/min~60m/min,超喂打3%~5%,幅宽设定在原幅基础上拉幅2英寸左右。
6.压光处理,将定型后的布料通过压光机压光处理。压光处理的温度为120~150℃,压力为150N,速度为30m/min。
7.涂覆双面涂层,在布料的压光面涂覆具有抗水压性能的PU树脂涂层,PU树脂涂层分为PU聚醚二液型底料和PU一液型面料两层分别涂覆;压光面涂覆后,将面料经高温烘箱烘干直至卷起,然后在面料的另一面涂覆一层有机硅胶涂层,高温烘干即得。
PU聚醚二液型底料由以下质量份数成分组成:二液型聚氨酯树脂100~120份,架桥剂2~5份,丁酮6~8份,架桥剂为异氰酸盐。PU一液型面料由以下质量份数成分组成:一液型聚氨酯树脂95~100份,架桥剂0.5~1份,丁酮25~30份。有机硅胶涂层由以下质量份数成分组成:硅胶90~110份,架桥剂2~5份,促进剂1~3份。按下表2配制各涂层原料。

将各涂层面料配制完成后,PU聚醚二液型底料的粘度约为25000cps,选择刀型为1.5R,温度曲线100-120-140℃;PU一液型面料的粘度约为6000cps,选择刀型3.0R,温度曲线100-120-130-140℃;有机硅胶涂层的粘度约为6000cps,选择刀型为0.5R,温度为150-160℃*3。
涂层机一般选取两段式设备作业,涂层烘箱分前面3节,后面4节,每节烘箱长度5米,连动式涂布作业。调整机台速度为20~22m/min,开始涂覆:PU聚醚二液型底料的涂覆量为40~60g/m2,PU一液型面料的涂覆量为35~50g/m2,烘箱温度设在120-140℃确保溶剂挥发完全即可。PU聚氨酯涂层后需放置熟成24小时,以使得涂层固化。PU树脂涂层涂覆熟成后再作业有机硅胶涂层,张力更加稳定,有机硅胶涂层的涂覆量为15~20g/m2
将本实施例制得的布料进行以下性能测试,具体过程和结果详述如下。
(1).尺寸稳定性测试
采用ISO 6330.2012.4N*5次.A悬挂晾干法测尺寸,本发明布料的尺寸稳定性3%。采用贴条方法测PU树脂涂层,风压16N,轮压20N,速度8.5m/s,590℃下PU条,测得PU树脂涂层与面料之间的剥离强度为15N。
(2).撕裂强度测试
采用ISO 13937-2:2000法测撕裂强度得到本发明布料的经向25N,纬向18N。本发明的布料的抗撕裂性强。
(3).抗磨损性测试
采用ISO 12947-2:1998(2000)(12KPA)法测试布料的抗磨损性,抗磨损次数≥50000次。
(4).水洗测试
在85℃*30分钟每次的水洗测试中,10次不脱胶。
(5).抗渗性测试
采用ASTM D751-A涂层织物标准测得耐水压≥110Psi。
综上,本发明制得的面料适合医用,且成本低,适宜推广应用。

S3.烘干,将布料进行水洗后烘干;
S4.泼水定型,烘干过的布料经过轧槽吸收防泼水药剂,再经过定型高温烘焙;
S5.压光处理,将定型后的布料通过压光机压光处理;
S6. 涂覆双面涂层,在布料的压光面涂覆具有抗水压性能的PU树脂涂层,PU树脂涂层分为PU聚醚二液型底料和PU一液型面料两层分别涂覆;压光面涂覆后,将面料经高温烘箱烘干直至卷起,然后在面料的另一面涂覆一层有机硅胶涂层,高温烘干即得。

4.如权利要求1或2所述的医用面料生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的PU一液型面料由以下质量份数成分组成:一液型聚氨酯树脂95~100份,架桥剂0.5~1份,丁酮25~30份。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的医用面料生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的有机硅胶涂层由以下质量份数成分组成:硅胶90~110份,架桥剂2~5份,促进剂1~3份。
6.如权利要求1所述的医用面料生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的PU聚醚二液型底料的涂覆量为40~60g/m2,PU一液型面料的涂覆量为35~50 g/m2 ,有机硅胶涂层的涂覆量为15~20g/m2
7.如权利要求1所述的医用面料生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S4中泼水药剂由以下成分按质量浓度配比组成:无氟防水剂35~42g/L,硅系阳离子柔软剂2~5g/L,渗透剂1~3g/L。
8.如权利要求1所述的医用面料生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S4中定型高温烘焙采用烘箱,烘箱温度由低至高再低设置,由170℃至190℃再至170℃设置,布料经过烘箱的速度为30m/min~60m/min,超喂打3%~5%。
9.如权利要求1所述的医用面料生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S5中压光处理的温度为120~150℃,压力为150N,速度为30m/min。
10.如权利要求1所述的医用面料生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S1中,所述的绵纶纱材为20~70旦尼尔全拉伸丝绵纶66纱材。
