本发明轻薄高强度箱包尼龙面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、面布制备,面布采用20D尼龙超轻面料,经纱40D/24F,经向密度180T,纬纱40D/24F,纬向密度120T;S2、将面布进行退浆;S3、对面布染色形成色布;S4、将染色后的色布进行清水定型;S5、对色布的正面进行压光;S6、对面布涂覆第一道涂层;S7、对面布涂覆第二道涂层,具体为经过第一道涂层后的面料,在其正面,涂覆第二道涂层。本发明采用尼龙轻质基布,使面料的克重大大降低,双面涂层的工艺,提升面料的耐水压达到2000mm以上,缝制箱包以后可以压胶,实现箱包的完全防水。

轻薄高强度箱包尼龙面料的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织功能面料领域,特别是涉及一种轻薄高强度箱包尼龙面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
户外旅行或者常规商务外出,消费者都希望所携装备尽量轻便化,常规的背包或者拉杆箱所用面料都是比较厚重的牛津布,平方米克重在200-250之间,大大增加了外出的重量负担。同时该面料功能性较低,防水能力差,面料不能压胶条,在雨天出行时,背包很容易进水。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种重量轻、能防水的轻薄高强度箱包尼龙面料的生产工艺。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现上述目的:一种轻薄高强度箱包尼龙面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、面布制备,面布采用20D尼龙超轻面料,经纱40D/24F,经向密度180T,纬纱40D/24F,纬向密度120T;
S2、将面布进行退浆;
S3、对面布染色形成色布;
S4、将染色后的色布进行清水定型;
S5、对色布的正面进行压光;
S6、对面布涂覆第一道涂层,具体为压光后的面布打大卷状后安装在涂层机器上,对色布的反面涂布100%硅胶涂层,针孔内幅宽148cm,当第一道涂层干重增重为10g/m2时即可下机;
S7、对面布涂覆第二道涂层,具体为经过第一道涂层后的面料,在其正面,涂覆第二道涂层,针孔内幅宽145cm,第二道涂层分为两次涂层,整体机器的烘箱温度,从第一节110℃逐渐增加到中间烘箱160℃,第一次打底涂层为纯PU胶做底,第二次涂层为PU面胶涂层,当第二道涂层的干重增重小于25g/m2,同时整个面料克重为110g/m2,即可下机。
进一步的,所述S3具体采用酸性染料经轴染色。
进一步的,所述S5具体采用压光机进行压光,压光温度为160℃,压光机开机速度为30m/min。
进一步的,所述S6中涂层机器的开机速度为40-50m/min。
进一步的,所述S7中涂层机器的开机速度为30-35m/min。
与现有技术相比,本发明轻薄高强度箱包尼龙面料的生产工艺的有益效果是:采用尼龙轻质基布,使面料的克重大大降低,双面涂层的工艺,提升面料的耐水压达到2000mm以上,缝制箱包以后可以压胶,实现箱包的完全防水。

实施例1
一种轻薄高强度箱包尼龙面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、面布制备,面布采用20D尼龙超轻面料,经纱40D/24F,经向密度180T,纬纱40D/24F,纬向密度120T;
S2、将面布进行退浆;
S3、对面布染色形成色布,具体采用酸性染料经轴染色;
S4、将染色后的色布进行清水定型;
S5、对色布的正面进行压光,具体采用压光机进行压光,压光温度为160℃,压光机开机速度为30m/min;
S6、对面布涂覆第一道涂层,具体为压光后的面布打大卷状后安装在涂层机器上,对色布的反面涂布100%硅胶涂层,涂层机器的开机速度为40m/min,涂布过程中,保持压光机开机速度平稳,确保胶料混合均匀,针孔内幅宽148cm,保证涂层渗入纤维之中,当第一道涂层干重增重为10g/m2时即可下机;第一道涂层的主要作用是增加面料的撕裂和断裂强度;

S7、对面布涂覆第二道涂层,具体为经过第一道涂层后的面料,在其正面即压光面,涂覆第二道涂层,涂层机器的开机速度为33m/min,针孔内幅宽145cm,第二道涂层分为两次涂层,整体机器的烘箱温度,从第一节110℃逐渐增加到中间烘箱160℃,第一次打底涂层为纯PU胶做底,第二次涂层为PU面胶涂层,当第二道涂层的干重增重小于25g/m2,同时整个面料克重为110g/m2,即可下机。第二道涂层的主要作用是保证耐水压2000mm以上。

S7、对面布涂覆第二道涂层,具体为经过第一道涂层后的面料,在其正面即压光面,涂覆第二道涂层,涂层机器的开机速度为35m/min,针孔内幅宽145cm,第二道涂层分为两次涂层,整体机器的烘箱温度,从第一节110℃逐渐增加到中间烘箱160℃,第一次打底涂层为纯PU胶做底,第二次涂层为PU面胶涂层,当第二道涂层的干重增重小于25g/m2,同时整个面料克重为110g/m2,即可下机。第二道涂层的主要作用是保证耐水压2000mm以上。
本发明采用尼龙轻质基布,使面料的克重大大降低,双面涂层的工艺,提升面料的耐水压达到2000mm以上,缝制箱包以后可以压胶,实现箱包的完全防水。

S2、将面布进行退浆;
S3、对面布染色形成色布;
S4、将染色后的色布进行清水定型;
S5、对色布的正面进行压光;
S6、对面布涂覆第一道涂层,具体为压光后的面布打大卷状后安装在涂层机器上,对色布的反面涂布100%硅胶涂层,针孔内幅宽148cm,当第一道涂层干重增重为10g/m2时即可下机;
S7、对面布涂覆第二道涂层,具体为经过第一道涂层后的面料,在其正面,涂覆第二道涂层,针孔内幅宽145cm,第二道涂层分为两次涂层,整体机器的烘箱温度,从第一节110℃逐渐增加到中间烘箱160℃,第一次打底涂层为纯PU胶做底,第二次涂层为PU面胶涂层,当第二道涂层的干重增重小于25g/m2,同时整个面料克重为110g/m2,即可下机。
