Abstract

本发明公开了一种易去污的复合面料,所述复合面料包括防污层、显色层和基布层,先以离型纸作为载体,在离型纸上涂覆显色层涂料,然后经烘干箱烘干成膜,得到带有显色层的离型纸,将纺织基布做压光处理,在基布上涂覆热熔胶,再将带有显色层的离型纸和基布热轧贴合,然后将贴合后的布料烘干固化,冷却后将离型纸剥离,得到半成品面料,在半成品面料的显色层一面涂覆防污层涂料,然后经烘干箱烘干成膜,最后扩幅定型,得到成品面料,面料对于油污、圆珠笔、水性记号笔等留下的污渍,用湿布擦拭即可去除,不留痕迹,非常适合童装。

一种易去污的复合面料
技术领域
本发明涉及面料材料领域,尤其涉及一种易去污的复合面料。
背景技术
随着社会物质文化生活水平的提高,人们对纺织品性能的要求日益多样化,整理工艺技术向多功能、复合化的方向发展,一些经过特种整理的新型纺织品能给人们提供各种优异的功能,从而满足特殊用途的要求。
织物的三防(即防水、防油、防污)整理就是其中之一,三防整理是在织物上施加整理剂,使之在织物表面形式一层均匀的薄膜,改变了织物的表面性能,可阻止水、油、污物的沾附和渗透,形成较好的防水、防油、防污效果。经防水、防油和防污整理后的纺织品,在空气介质中有很好的三防性,但并非不沾油污;一旦沾污,则难以通过水洗去除,而且在水洗过程中易发生油污的再沾污,留下痕迹,使织物使用周期缩短,使用性能变差。
日常生活中,儿童衣物、沙发家具等极易被铅笔、圆珠笔、水性记号笔、油、污等弄脏,通过清洗的方式来进行清洁,非常麻烦,而且容易使织物使用周期缩短,使用性能变差。因此,如果有一种用湿布一擦就能去除污渍的面料,将非常方便使用。但目前,市面上尚无对应面料。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种易去污的复合面料,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种易去污的复合面料,所述复合面料包括防污层、显色层和基布层,所述复合面料的制作步骤为:
a、准备离型纸,离型纸作为载体,在离型纸上涂覆显色层涂料,然后经烘干箱烘干成膜,得到带有显色层的离型纸;
b、将纺织基布做压光处理,在基布上涂覆热熔胶,再将带有显色层的离型纸和基布热轧贴合,然后将贴合后的布料烘干固化,冷却后将离型纸剥离,得到半成品面料;
c、在半成品面料的显色层一面涂覆防污层涂料,然后经烘干箱烘干成膜;
d、最后扩幅定型,得到成品面料;
所述显色层涂料由以下质量份的成份组成:PU树脂100份,色料30份,架桥剂4份,促进剂2份,溶剂30份;
所述防污层涂料由以下质量份的成份组成:PU树脂100份,有机硅材料30份,架桥剂3份,促进剂1.5份,二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)30份。
所述防污层呈透明状。
进一步优化地,所述步骤a中的离型纸是带有特殊图案或花纹的离型纸。
进一步优化地,所述步骤a中涂覆显色层涂料可以采用单一颜色的显色层涂料或多种颜色的显色层涂料。
进一步优化地,所述显色层的厚度为0.02~0.03mm。
进一步优化地,所述步骤a中烘干箱的温度为158~162℃,烘干速度为30m/min。
进一步优化地,所述步骤c中烘干箱的温度为158~162℃,烘干速度为30m/min。
进一步优化地,所述防污层的厚度为0.02mm。
进一步优化地,所述基布层采用化纤布。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)本面料解决了衣物易脏,难洗的问题,对于油污、圆珠笔、水性记号笔等留下的污渍,用湿布擦拭即可去除,另外,面料手感丰厚,膜面润滑,防风防绒性能好,且可以无胆防绒,因此,本面料非常适合童装。
2)本面料的防污层呈透明状,因此显色层可以刮涂多种颜色或花纹图案,使面料更加美观,可以大大提高产品的附加值。
具体实施方式
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,对本发明进行详细阐述。下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
一种易去污的复合面料,所述复合面料包括防污层、显色层和基布层,所述复合面料的制作步骤为:
a、准备离型纸,离型纸可以采用带有特殊图案或花纹的离型纸,将离型纸作为载体,在离型纸上涂覆显色层涂料,涂层的厚度在0.02~0.03mm,然后将涂覆涂料后的离型纸通过烘干箱进行烘干,烘干箱的温度在160±2℃,烘干速度为30m/min,烘干成膜,得到带有显色层的离型纸;
b、将纺织基布做压光处理,在基布上涂覆热熔胶,热熔胶采用美国富乐牌,环保无污染,再将带有显色层的离型纸和基布热轧贴合,然后将贴合后的布料烘干固化,接着冷却,将离型纸剥离,得到半成品面料;
c、在半成品面料的显色层一面涂覆防污层涂料,防污层涂层厚度为0.02mm,然后将涂覆涂料后的面料通过烘干箱进行烘干,烘干箱的温度在160±2℃,烘干速度为30m/min,烘干成膜;
d、最后对面料表面进行处理,扩幅定型,得到成品面料;
所述显色层涂料由以下质量份的成份组成:PU树脂100份,色料30份,架桥剂4份,促进剂2份,溶剂30份;
所述防污层涂料由以下质量份的成份组成:PU树脂100份,有机硅材料30份,架桥剂3份,促进剂1.5份,二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)30份。
所述防污层呈透明状,成品面料呈现显色层的颜色或图案。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述步骤a中涂覆显色层涂料可以采用单一颜色的显色层涂料或多种颜色的显色层涂料。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述基布层采用化纤布,例如尼龙布料或者涤纶布料。
本面料防污层呈透明状,因此显色层可以刮涂多种颜色或花纹图案,使面料更加美观,可以大大提高产品的附加值。
我公司对经上述步骤制得的布料送到中国纺织工业联合会检测中心(泉州实验室)进行检测,检测报告如下表所示,

报告说明了本面料手感丰厚,膜面润滑,防风防绒性能好,可以无胆防绒;面料的。解决了衣物易脏,难洗的问题,对于油污、圆珠笔、水性记号笔等留下的污渍,用湿布擦拭即可去除。
实施例:
首先按比例取PU树脂100份,色料(黄)30份,架桥剂4份,促进剂2份,溶剂30份,均匀搅拌得到黄色的显色层涂料;
按比例取PU树脂100份,色料(蓝)30份,架桥剂4份,促进剂2份,溶剂30份,均匀搅拌得到蓝色的显色层涂料;
按比例取PU树脂100份,有机硅材料30份,架桥剂3份,促进剂1.5份,二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)30份,均匀搅拌得到防污层涂料;
然后准备带有凹凸花纹图案的离型纸,将离型纸作为载体,在离型纸的花纹上涂覆黄色的显色层涂料,再在离型纸上涂覆蓝色的显色层涂料,涂层的总厚度在0.03mm,然后将涂覆涂料后的离型纸通过烘干箱进行烘干,烘干箱的温度在160±2℃,烘干速度为30m/min,烘干成膜,得到带有显色层的离型纸;
将纺织基布做压光处理,在基布上涂覆热熔胶,再将带有显色层的离型纸和基布热轧贴合,然后将贴合后的布料烘干固化,接着冷却,将离型纸剥离,得到半成品面料;
在半成品面料的显色层一面涂覆防污层涂料,防污层涂层厚度为0.02mm,然后将涂覆涂料后的面料通过烘干箱进行烘干,烘干箱的温度在160±2℃,烘干速度为30m/min,烘干成膜,防污层是透明的;
最后对面料表面进行处理,扩幅定型,得到成品面料。
面料的防污层是透明的,不影响面料的美观,且面料手感丰厚,膜面润滑,防风防绒,大大提高产品的附加值。将面料做成童装,当儿童将油污、灰尘、记号笔等污渍沾到衣服上时,用湿布对衣服进行擦拭,即可擦除污渍,不留痕迹,解决了衣物易脏,难洗的问题。

Claims (8)

1.一种易去污的复合面料,其特征在于,所述复合面料包括防污层、显色层和基布层,所述复合面料的制作步骤为:
a、准备离型纸,离型纸作为载体,在离型纸上涂覆显色层涂料,然后经烘干箱烘干成膜,得到带有显色层的离型纸;
b、将纺织基布做压光处理,在基布上涂覆热熔胶,再将带有显色层的离型纸和基布热轧贴合,然后将贴合后的布料烘干固化,冷却后将离型纸剥离,得到半成品面料;
c、在半成品面料的显色层一面涂覆防污层涂料,然后经烘干箱烘干成膜;
d、最后扩幅定型,得到成品面料;
所述显色层涂料由以下质量份的成份组成:PU树脂100份,色料30份,架桥剂4份,促进剂2份,溶剂30份;
所述防污层涂料由以下质量份的成份组成:PU树脂100份,有机硅材料30份,架桥剂3份,促进剂1.5份,二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)30份;
所述防污层呈透明状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易去污的复合面料,其特征在于:所述步骤a中的离型纸是带有特殊图案或花纹的离型纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易去污的复合面料,其特征在于:所述步骤a中涂覆显色层涂料可以采用单一颜色的显色层涂料或多种颜色的显色层涂料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的易去污的复合面料,其特征在于:所述显色层的厚度为0.02~0.03mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的易去污的复合面料,其特征在于:所述步骤a中烘干箱的温度为158~162℃,烘干速度为30m/min。
