仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织领域,特别是涉及一种仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
传统牛仔布最常用靛蓝染料来对棉纤维进行染色。靛蓝蓝色体对纤维的亲和力很低,不易染得深浓的色泽,同时移染性差,用于纱线染色时大多呈环染状(白芯),且湿摩擦牢度较差,因此,牛仔布成衣经过石磨洗或其它助剂处理,可获得均匀或局部剥色效果,显露出一定的程度的白芯,开成蓝里透白”石磨蓝“,”仿旧“整理等特殊外观。但这种染色方法不适用于羊毛的染色,传统的牛仔水洗工艺,不能在羊毛精纺面料上做出水洗牛仔的效果,一般都是通过不同规格、不同色泽的纱线,并通过织物组织结构的变化,来模拟牛仔的效果,这种方法很难做出水洗做旧的风格,而且产品规格受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺,以克服现有技术中的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本申请实施例公开了一种仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺,其工艺为:(1)、选料:选用结构紧密,表面平整,不经染色的羊毛或羊毛混纺精纺白坯面料;(2)、后整理:将步骤(1)中的白坯面料进行后整理加工;(3)、涂层剂的制备:将浆料和有机颜料按比例制得涂层剂;(4)、涂层:利用刮刀涂布机将涂层剂单面涂布于经过步骤(2)处理后的白胚面料;(5)、水洗:利用洗缩联合机进行绳状洗呢,控制涂层剂剥落的比例及速度,以达到不同的面料水洗风格;(6)、定型:消除面料内部所聚集的应力、应变;(7)蒸呢:使面料的光泽自然、手感柔软和弹性好。
优选地,在上述仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺中,步骤(2)中所述后整理加工依次为:生修、烧毛、煮呢、洗呢、煮呢、烘干、中检、剪毛、熟修、刷毛、罐蒸。
优选地,在上述仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺中,步骤(3)所述的浆料的成分为:60%糊料、0.2%~0.6%水性聚氨酯、1%~2%水性聚丙烯酸酯、38%水。
优选地,在上述仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺中,步骤(4)中所述的刮刀涂布机的车速为10m/min,所述刮刀涂布机的刮刀的角度为130°~170°。
优选地,在上述仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺中,所述涂层剂附着在白胚面料表面的平方米重量控制在120~250g/m。
优选地,在上述仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺中,步骤(5)中所述洗缩联合机的呢速控制在250m/min~300m/min之间,所述水洗的时间为15~30min,所述水洗温度为40℃。
优选地,在上述仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺中,所述洗缩联合机中加入洗剂,所述洗剂为弱碱性洗剂,所述洗剂用量为面料重量的2%~5%,所述洗缩联合机内的PH值为8-9。
优选地,在上述仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺中,步骤(6)中所述定型的车速为15m/min,所述定型的温度为160℃。
优选地,该仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料采用紧密纺纱技术,地组织为平纹,边组织为2/2经重平。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明所述的仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺利用羊毛或羊毛混纺精纺白坯面料进行涂层加工,省去了前道的染色加工,涂层剂使用的浆料都是环保助剂,颜料为有机颜料并非染料,更加符合节能、减排、环保。由于羊毛或羊毛混纺精纺面料的适应范围广,加上新的牛仔水洗风格,打破了常规的理念,突出个性化,更加能够适用于目前个性化的市场要求。

具体实施方式
本发明通过下列实施例作进一步说明:根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。然而,本领域的技术人员容易理解,实施例所描述的具体的物料比、工艺条件及其结果仅用于说明本发明,而不应当也不会限制权利要求书中所详细描述的本发明。
结合图1所示,选用结构紧密,表面平整,不经染色的羊毛混纺精纺白坯面料,该白坯面料采用紧密纺纱技术,地组织为平纹,边组织为2/2经重平,所用纱线的原料配比为羊毛58%、亚麻12%及涤纶30%,将该白坯面料进行后整理加工,加工依次为:生修、烧毛、煮呢、洗呢、煮呢、烘干、中检、剪毛、熟修、刷毛、罐蒸,各步骤具体与现有技术相同,在此就不一一赘述了,将后整理后的白坯面料放置备用;然后60%糊料、0.4%水性聚氨酯、1.5%水性聚丙烯酸酯、38.1%水混合得浆料,然后重量为浆料重量5%的酞菁蓝颜料与浆料混合搅拌均匀,得涂层剂,需要说明的是颜料的选择和用量需要根据不同的色光要求而决定。
利用刮刀涂布机将涂层剂单面涂布于后整理后的白坯面料,刮刀涂布机的车速为10m/min,刮刀涂布机的刮刀的角度为145°,通过刮刀涂布机的车速及刮刀角度保证涂层剂附着在白胚面料表面的平方米重量控制在210g/m,然后将图层完成的面料放入120~130℃的烘箱内烘干,烘干后再培烘,通过高温定型使浆料能够充分粘合在织物表面上,温度:150℃~160℃,车速:15m/min。
将涂层后的面料放入呢速为300m/min、温度为40℃的洗缩联合机内进行30min水洗,洗缩联合机内加入用量为面料重量的5%的脂肪醇聚乙烯醚,洗缩联合机内的PH值为9,通过调节以上工艺参数,可以控制涂层剂剥落的比例及速度,以达到不同的面料水洗风格。
因为纱线中含有30%涤纶化纤,所以热定型是一道必不可少的工序,定型车速为15m/min,定型温度160℃,主要是消除织物内部所聚集的应力,应变,提高面料形变的恢复能力,使得面料呢面平整,消除皱痕,在形态结构上获得一定的尺寸稳定性。蒸呢:目的是为了使织物的光泽自然、手感柔软和弹性好,同时也有定型和使织物达到规定回潮率和重量要求的作用。
综上所述,本发明所述的仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺利用羊毛或羊毛混纺精纺白坯面料进行涂层加工,省去了前道的染色加工,涂层剂使用的浆料都是环保助剂,颜料为有机颜料并非染料,更加符合节能、减排、环保。由于羊毛或羊毛混纺精纺面料的适应范围广,加上新的牛仔水洗风格,打破了常规的理念,突出个性化,更加能够适用于目前个性化的市场要求。

1.一种仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺,其特征在于,其工艺为:(1)、选料:选用结构紧密,表面平整,不经染色的羊毛或羊毛混纺精纺白坯面料;(2)、后整理:将步骤(1)中的白坯面料进行后整理加工;(3)、涂层剂的制备:将浆料和有机颜料按比例制得涂层剂;(4)、涂层:利用刮刀涂布机将涂层剂单面涂布于经过步骤(2)处理后的白胚面料;(5)、水洗:利用洗缩联合机进行绳状洗呢,控制涂层剂剥落的比例及速度,以达到不同的面料水洗风格;(6)、定型:消除面料内部所聚集的应力、应变;(7)蒸呢:使面料的光泽自然、手感柔软和弹性好。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述后整理加工依次为:生修、烧毛、煮呢、洗呢、煮呢、烘干、中检、剪毛、熟修、刷毛、罐蒸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述的浆料的成分为:60%糊料、0.2%~0.6%水性聚氨酯、1%~2%水性聚丙烯酸酯、38%水。
4.根据权利要求3所述的仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述的刮刀涂布机的车速为10m/min,所述刮刀涂布机的刮刀的角度为130°-170°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述涂层剂附着在白胚面料表面的平方米重量控制在120~250g/m。
6.根据权利要求1所述的仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)中所述洗缩联合机的呢速控制在250m/min~300m/min之间,所述水洗的时间为15~30min,所述水洗温度为40℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述洗缩联合机中加入洗剂,所述洗剂为弱碱性洗剂,所述洗剂用量为面料重量的2%~5%,所述洗缩联合机内的PH值为8-9。
8.根据权利要求1所述的仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料及其生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(6)中所述定型的车速为15m/min,所述定型的温度为160℃。
9.一种采用权利要求1所述工艺生产的一种仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料,该仿牛仔水洗羊毛精纺面料采用紧密纺纱技术,地组织为平纹,边组织为2/2经重平。
