在三点式座椅安全带装置中,从坐在座椅上的乘员的车宽方向外侧的肩部向内侧的腰部,进而向外侧的腰部搭设有座椅安全带。

发明效果

三点式座椅安全带装置10具有:座椅安全带11、锚固件12、带扣13、卷收器14。
座椅安全带11是搭设在坐在座椅5上的乘员的身体前面的安全带。图2的示例中,从左锁骨到右腰旁在上身的前侧倾斜地搭设,进而从右腰旁向左腰旁在腰前大致水平地搭设。
锚固件12将座椅安全带11的前端固定在座椅5的椅面的外侧位置。
带扣13固定在座椅5的椅面的内侧位置。带扣13上可拆卸地安装有座椅安全带11穿过的未图示的舌板。
卷收器14具有:卷绕座椅安全带11的卷轴、对卷轴进行正反旋转驱动的马达、使卷轴在瞬间向卷绕方向旋转的气体发生器等。

加速度传感器32固定设置在车体上,检测作用在汽车1上的加速度作为汽车1的行驶状况。由此,能够检测碰撞前的汽车1的减速。另外,由于在碰撞时会产生较大减速,因此能够检测汽车1的碰撞。
速度传感器33固定设置在车体上,检测汽车1的速度作为汽车1的行驶状况。
制动操作传感器34设置在乘员室3内,检测乘员踩下制动踏板的操作。由此,能够检测碰撞前的汽车1的减速操作。
角速度传感器35固定设置在车体上,检测汽车1的速度作为汽车1的行驶状况。
安全带张力传感器36例如设置在卷收器14中,检测作用在座椅安全带11上的张力。由此,能够检测追尾时相对地向前移动的乘员身体的动作,或者因其身体的动作而作用在座椅安全带11上的张力。
安全带卷绕量传感器37例如设置在卷收器14中,检测座椅安全带11的卷绕量。
落座传感器38例如设置在座椅5的椅面上,检测乘员在座椅5上落座、落座位置。
计时器39测量时间。
控制部40根据这些传感器的检测信号,控制座椅安全带装置10和安全带气囊装置20进行的乘员保护动作。控制部40例如基于碰撞预测,实施碰撞前控制,基于碰撞检测实施碰撞时控制。
图5是表示图3的乘员保护装置的动作的一例的流程图。
如图3所示,在碰撞前,乘员坐在座椅5上。
控制部40例如根据摄像设备31的图像,周期性地预测碰撞的可能性(步骤ST1)。之后,当存在碰撞的可能性时,控制部40通过预紧动作使座椅安全带装置10工作(步骤ST2)。由此,乘员的上身会以被按压在座椅5上的方式被支撑。
然后,控制部40例如根据加速度传感器32的检测值等检测碰撞(步骤ST3)。
之后,若检测到碰撞,则控制部40使安全气囊展开(步骤ST4)。
当检测到碰撞时,安全带气囊装置20激发充气器,使安全带气囊21展开。安全带方向展开部24和交叉方向展开部25通过来自充气器的高压气体展开,安全带气囊21膨胀为大致V字形。
由此,在碰撞时,乘员的上身会以被按压在座椅5上的方式被座椅安全带11保持。并且,当该状态下头部要向前或旁边移动时,头部的下颌或侧面会碰到展开成大致V字形的安全带气囊21。由此,头部不会再进一步移动。
如上所述,通过本实施方式,在碰撞时安全带气囊21会在座椅安全带11的肩带部26展开。而且,安全带气囊21具有:安全带方向展开部24,其沿着肩带部26延伸展开;以及交叉方向展开部25,其在与肩带部26交叉的方向上延伸展开,其中,安全带方向展开部24和交叉方向展开部25在坐在座椅5上的乘员的头部下侧,以向上侧突出的状态相互连结,形成1个袋体。因此,在碰撞时,在坐在座椅5上的乘员的头部下侧,安全带方向展开部24沿着座椅安全带11的肩带部26展开,同时,交叉方向展开部25在与之交叉的方向上展开。所以,在由三点式座椅安全带11支撑上身的状态下,例如即使头部要向前方或横向移动,下颌也会碰到安全带方向展开部24和交叉方向展开部25中的至少一个,不易继续移动。其结果,能够简易地抑制碰撞时头部、颈部对于上身的触碰。
另外,本实施方式中,安全带方向展开部24沿着肩带部26,以与交叉方向展开部25同等的长度延伸,交叉方向展开部25和安全带方向展开部24的下端彼此连结,形成大致V字形。由此,在乘员的头部下侧,使大致V字形的安全气囊展开,能够抑制头部向前方或横向移动。而且,通过将安全带气囊21设为大致V字形,能够使容量成为最小限度,立即展开。其结果,能够及早进行保护。
上述实施方式为本发明的优选实施方式的示例,但本发明并不限于此,可以在不脱离本发明要旨的范围内进行各种变形或变更。
图6是安全带气囊21的第一变形例的说明图。
图6中,安全带方向展开部24沿着肩带部26,以长于交叉方向展开部25的长度延伸。另外,交叉方向展开部25的下端与细长的所述安全带方向展开部24的中央连结,形成大致y字形。
如此,安全带方向展开部24比V字更向下侧延伸并成为大致y字形,由此,被作用了负荷的V字部分不易从上身的表面脱离。因此,即使在更大的负荷作用时,也能够将V字部分维持在颌下的位置。
图7是安全带气囊21的第二变形例的说明图。
图7中,安全带方向展开部24和交叉方向展开部25双方的中央彼此连结,形成大致X字形。
如此,通过形成为大致X字形,不仅颌下的V字部分不易因负荷而下坠,而且更不易扭曲。因此,即使在较大的负荷例如向着斜下方作用时,也能够将V字部分维持在颌下的位置。
图8是安全带气囊21的第三变形例的说明图。
图8中,在安全带方向展开部24和交叉方向展开部25的连结部分的上侧,形成有填塞安全带方向展开部24与交叉方向展开部25的间隔的填充部27。填充部27例如可以为板状的橡胶材料或布。
由此,通过将安全带方向展开部24和交叉方向展开部25的连结部分的上侧用填充部27填塞,当被作用了负荷时,安全带方向展开部24和交叉方向展开部25形成的V字部分不易张开变形。其结果,安全带气囊21能够切实地承受头部的负荷。

Claims (5)

1.一种车辆的乘员保护装置,包括:
乘坐车辆的乘员落座的座椅;
三点式座椅安全带装置,其在落坐在所述座椅上的乘员的上身前搭设座椅安全带;以及
安全带气囊装置,其相对于所述座椅安全带的从乘员的肩部到腰部的肩带部进行设置,并且具有在碰撞时展开的安全带气囊,
其中,所述安全带气囊具有:
安全带方向展开部,其沿着所述肩带部延伸展开;以及
交叉方向展开部,其在与所述肩带部交叉的方向上延伸展开,
所述安全带方向展开部和所述交叉方向展开部在落坐在座椅上的乘员的头部下侧相互连结,形成1个袋体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的乘员保护装置,其中,所述安全带方向展开部沿着所述肩带部,以与所述交叉方向展开部同等的长度延伸,
所述交叉方向展开部和所述安全带方向展开部双方的下端彼此连结,形成大致V字形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的乘员保护装置,其中,所述安全带方向展开部沿着所述肩带部,以长于所述交叉方向展开部的长度延伸,
所述交叉方向展开部的下端与细长的所述安全带方向展开部的中央连结,形成大致y字形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的乘员保护装置,其中,所述安全带方向展开部和所述交叉方向展开部双方的中央彼此连结,形成大致X字形。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的车辆的乘员保护装置,其中,在所述安全带方向展开部和所述交叉方向展开部的连结部分的上侧,形成有填充部,所述填充部填塞所述安全带方向展开部与所述交叉方向展开部的间隔。
