本发明公开了一种中空尼龙涤纶混纺轻量化推拉篷涂层布的制备方法,采用尼龙纤维与涤纶纤维并捻丝与中空尼龙纤维进行混纺编织得到基布材料,由于中空尼龙纤维独特的空腔结构,机织出的混纺布料具有良好的隔热性能;然后将基布进行涂层前的防水整理,采用八甲基环四硅氧烷、长碳链三甲氧基硅烷等成分复配制成的有机硅防水剂,可以提高基布表面的拒水性,并为最终产品的耐静水压提供必要的基本,还能防止涂层胶渗透到面料另一面,保证涂层成膜均匀;最后在基布上采用正反两次涂刷的方式进行聚氨酯涂层胶的涂刷,得到柔软、防水的涂层,同时由于涂层中含有一定分量的纳米钛白粉,具有一定的抗紫外线的功效,提高涂层的耐候性。

本发明涉及涂层布技术领域,尤其涉及一种中空尼龙涤纶混纺轻量化推拉篷涂层布的制备方法。
背景技术
涂层布主要是在布料的基础上采用特殊工艺涂布一层具有特殊功能的材料,使布料增加了特殊的功能,所以也称为功能性涂层面料。根据功能可以分为防晒、防水、阻燃等涂层布,由于优异的特点可以广泛用于服装、帐篷、运输、国防等领域。户外推拉篷广泛用于户外活动、商业活动等领域,具有防水、防晒等优势,但是由于笨重导致收纳不方便,这需要对推拉篷的篷布材料进行相应的改性,同时传统的工艺制作出来的篷布不具有隔热的作用,尤其在夏天使用,篷布内的空间会相当的闷热,无法满足人们的生活需求,这就需要对推拉篷篷布的面料以及涂层进行相应的改性以及优化,得到集轻便、抗拉、结实、隔热与一体的涂层布。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种中空尼龙涤纶混纺轻量化推拉篷涂层布的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种中空尼龙涤纶混纺轻量化推拉篷涂层布的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将普通尼龙短纤维与涤纶纤维等质量并捻得到并捻丝待用,然后与中空尼龙纤维按照一定的质量比进行混纺编织,得到平纹机织基布;
(2)将基布浸渍在防水整理剂中20-30分钟,然后将浸渍后的基布采用压力轧光,控制一定的车速以及轧液率,再将轧光后的基布在150-170℃烘干,最后重复进行一次浸渍、轧光、烘干操作,得到涂层前防水基布;
(3)配置好粘度在6000CP左右的聚氨酯涂层胶,首先采用立式涂刷将聚氨酯涂层胶涂刷在涂层前防水基布的正反两面,控制总厚度0.28-0.3mm,在150-160℃干燥10-15分钟后取出进行我卧式涂刷,控制总厚度0.35-0.38mm,最后控制16-18米/分的车速,控温170-175℃进行干燥即可。

本发明的优点是:本发明首先采用尼龙纤维与涤纶纤维并捻丝与中空尼龙纤维进行混纺编织得到基布材料,由于中空尼龙纤维独特的空腔结构,内部储存静止空气,机织出的混纺布料与普通机织布相比,其单位面积质量为相同厚度的 70%,且其表面积大,具有良好的隔热性能;然后将基布进行涂层前的防水整理,采用八甲基环四硅氧烷、长碳链三甲氧基硅烷等成分复配制成的有机硅防水剂,可以提高基布表面的拒水性,并为最终产品的耐静水压提供必要的基本,还能防止涂层胶渗透到面料另一面,保证涂层成膜均匀;最后在基布上采用正反两次涂刷的方式进行聚氨酯涂层胶的涂刷,通过控制聚氨酯涂层胶的粘度、涂层厚度、车速、烘烤温度等参数,得到柔软、防水的涂层,同时由于涂层中含有一定分量的纳米钛白粉,具有一定的抗紫外线的功效,提高涂层的耐候性。
本发明一种中空尼龙涤纶混纺轻量化推拉篷涂层布的制备方法,制得的产品与普通推拉篷涂层布相比,更薄、更轻,方便收纳,且不会因为轻薄影响其撕裂、断裂强度,同时具有良好的隔热性,能够维持推拉篷下适宜的温度。
具体实施方式
一种中空尼龙涤纶混纺轻量化推拉篷涂层布的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将普通尼龙短纤维与涤纶纤维等质量并捻得到并捻丝待用,然后与中空尼龙纤维按照1:2的质量比进行混纺编织,得到平纹机织基布;
(2)将基布浸渍在防水整理剂中20分钟,然后将浸渍后的基布采用压力轧光,控制10m/min的速度,轧液率30%,再将轧光后的基布在150℃烘干,最后重复进行一次浸渍、轧光、烘干操作,得到涂层前防水基布;
(3)配置好粘度在6000CP左右的聚氨酯涂层胶,首先采用立式涂刷将聚氨酯涂层胶涂刷在涂层前防水基布的正反两面,控制总厚度0.28mm,在150℃干燥10分钟后取出进行我卧式涂刷,控制总厚度0.35mm,最后控制16米/分的车速,控温170℃进行干燥即可。
所述的一种中空尼龙涤纶混纺轻量化推拉篷涂层布的制备方法,步骤(2)中所述的防水整理剂是指通过一定工艺制成的有机硅防水剂,具体制备工艺如下:(1)将八甲基环四硅氧烷以及0.1%的四甲基氢氧化铵混合均匀后加入总量2倍量的去离子水,加热至90℃,搅拌反应90分钟后降温至60℃,加入八甲基环四硅氧烷质量2%的乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷,2.5%的长碳链三甲氧基硅烷,继续升温至110℃,反应60分钟后抽真空30分钟,加入总反应物质量30%的异丙醇,继续搅拌20分钟,即得有机硅复合物;(2)将适量的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1305与有机硅复合物混合,得到固含量为25%的防水整理剂。

Claims (5)
1.一种中空尼龙涤纶混纺轻量化推拉篷涂层布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将普通尼龙短纤维与涤纶纤维等质量并捻得到并捻丝待用,然后与中空尼龙纤维按照一定的质量比进行混纺编织,得到平纹机织基布;
(2)将基布浸渍在防水整理剂中20-30分钟,然后将浸渍后的基布采用压力轧光,控制一定的车速以及轧液率,再将轧光后的基布在150-170℃烘干,最后重复进行一次浸渍、轧光、烘干操作,得到涂层前防水基布;
(3)配置好粘度在6000CP左右的聚氨酯涂层胶,首先采用立式涂刷将聚氨酯涂层胶涂刷在涂层前防水基布的正反两面,控制总厚度0.28-0.3mm,在150-160℃干燥10-15分钟后取出进行我卧式涂刷,控制总厚度0.35-0.38mm,最后控制16-18米/分的车速,控温170-175℃进行干燥即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空尼龙涤纶混纺轻量化推拉篷涂层布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的并捻丝与中空尼龙纤维按照一定的质量比进行混纺编织,是指按照并捻丝:中空尼龙纤维1:2的比例进行混合编织。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空尼龙涤纶混纺轻量化推拉篷涂层布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的控制一定的车速以及轧液率具体是指以10m/min的速度,轧液率控制在30-35%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空尼龙涤纶混纺轻量化推拉篷涂层布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的防水整理剂是指通过一定工艺制成的有机硅防水剂,具体制备工艺如下:(1)将八甲基环四硅氧烷以及0.1-0.15%的四甲基氢氧化铵混合均匀后加入总量2-2.5倍量的去离子水,加热至90-95℃,搅拌反应90-120分钟后降温至60-65℃,加入八甲基环四硅氧烷质量2-3%的乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷,2.5-3%的长碳链三甲氧基硅烷,继续升温至110-120℃,反应60-90分钟后抽真空30-40分钟,加入总反应物质量30-40%的异丙醇,继续搅拌20-30分钟,即得有机硅复合物;(2)将适量的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1305与有机硅复合物混合,得到固含量为25-28%的防水整理剂。
