技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种服装面料领域的技术,具体是一种银色镜面防水耐水压面料及其通用制造工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上银色面料大概有2种工艺:(1)贴膜工艺;(2)涂层工艺。贴膜工艺存在问题:产品没有防水,没有水压,不耐磨,服装上只能取非贴膜面做正面,没有镜面效果;涂层工艺存在问题:表面效果多毛,镜面效果不理想,产品不耐磨,特别是服装车缝处,经过短时间穿着后,掉银胶严重,且涂层面只能用于服装的里面。
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明由此而来。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的上述不足,提出了一种银色镜面防水耐水压面料及其通用制造工艺,适合采用不同工艺或材料制成的面布,且按照服装设计需要,制得的面料正用与反用均可,产品具有耐磨和镜面效果,同时又拥有防水,耐水压,防雨淋等功能。
本发明设计一种银色镜面防水耐水压面料的通用制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1,对经防泼水处理的面布进行压光,面布上一侧表面形成压光面;
S2,在一定车速下,将底胶浆料匀速刮涂于面布的压光面,焙烘,在面布上形成底胶层;根据面布纱线或成分决定是否对面布上底胶层一侧进行二次压光,二次压光参数与步骤S1中压光参数相同;
S3,在与步骤S2相同车速下,将第一面胶浆料匀速刮涂于底胶层上,焙烘,在底胶层上形成内面胶层;
S4,在与步骤S2相同车速下,将第二面胶浆料匀速刮涂于内面胶层上,焙烘,在内面胶层上形成外面胶层;
S5,通过导管将热溶胶导入料槽,通过一组压力辊和橡胶辊将热熔胶转移到面布上另一侧表面,接着通过另一组压力辊和橡胶辊使面布和底布压紧贴合,在湿度不低于60%的环境下固化得到银色镜面防水耐水压面料,最后落布打卷。
优选地,当面布纱线是全拉伸丝(FDY),无需二次压光;当面布纱线是拉伸变形丝(DTY)或空气变形丝(ATY)或棉时需二次压光,来提升织物的厚实度,减少织物表面毛羽感,从而利于成品的镜面效果;压光参数:150℃~155℃,压力8MPa,压光速度25m/min。
底布采用100%尼龙的20~30D网眼布。
按重量份数,底胶浆料包括100重量份液型聚氨酯胶黏剂,3-4重量份架桥剂,2-3重量份促进剂和2-3重量份涂料助剂,底胶浆料粘度为15000~20000mpa·s;经过前段4节烘箱焙烘,焙烘温度按进布方向分别90℃,110℃,130℃,140℃,车速为25~35m/min,刀型2.0R,增重量控制在20~25g/m2
按重量份数,第一面胶浆料包括100重量份聚氨酯树脂和15-18重量份聚氨酯树脂色浆,第一面胶浆料粘度为6000±1000mpa·s;经过后段4节烘箱焙烘,焙烘温度按进布方向分别130℃,140℃,150℃,160℃,车速为25~35m/min,刀型2.0R,增重量控制在5~8g/m2。优选地,聚氨酯树脂为带氨基甲酸脂基团的溶液性高分析化学物。
按重量份数,第二面胶浆料包括100重量份聚氨酯树脂,2-3重量份有机硅流平剂和1-2重量份滑爽剂,第二面胶浆料粘度为6000±1000mpa·s;经过后段4节烘箱焙烘,焙烘温度按进布方向分别130℃,140℃,150℃,160℃,车速为25~35m/min,刀型2.0R,增重量控制在5~8g/m2。优选地,聚氨酯树脂为带氨基甲酸脂基团的溶液性高分析化学物。

技术效果
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下技术效果:
1)对于不同纱线、成分制成的面布,只需调整压光工序,工艺通用性好;
2)通过两道面胶涂层工艺制成的成品在9kPa、5000转下表现出可视性外观变化,相对于一道面胶涂层工艺织物在9kPa、2000转下即表现出可视性外观变化,具有更好的耐磨性能;且成品在具有优异耐磨性能的同时,还具有良好的泼水、耐水压和吸湿透气等功能,另外成品外观光滑,手感柔软,丰满紧实;
3)面布和底布贴合作为独立产品,未与底部贴合的面布也可以作为独立产品;按照服装设计需要,面布和底布贴合成的产品正用与反用均可。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。实施例中未注明具体条件的,按照常规条件进行。
实施例1
本实施例涉及一种银色镜面防水耐水压面料的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
1),面布防泼水处理;2),压光;3),涂覆底胶;4),涂覆面胶—第一遍;5),涂覆面胶—第二遍;6),面布与底布贴合。
步骤1,将面布浸渍在防水剂、防水剂配套交联剂和润湿剂混合液中,经8节烘箱焙烘烘干,焙烘温度为140℃~150℃,车速为25~30m/min,得到防水处理面料。
优选地,面布采用100%PA平纹,进一步采用100%平纹格子,经纬是30D/34F FDFDY或40D/34F SD FDY,经纱70D/48F FDY*160D/96F ATY;或者面布采用46%PA 54%CTN平纹,70D/24F SD*32S。
优选地,混合液中防水剂的浓度为40~60/L,防水剂配套交联剂的浓度为10~20/L,润湿剂的浓度为5~10g/L,混合液的pH为4~5;带液率为30%~65%。
步骤2,选用小型压光机将防水处理后的面料压光,在面布一侧表面形成压光面;压光机的参数:150℃~155℃,压力8MPa,压光速度25m/min。
步骤3,车速为25~35m/min,将底胶浆料匀速刮涂于面布的压光面,焙烘,在面布上形成底胶层。
优选地,底胶浆料由100重量份液型聚氨酯胶黏剂,4重量份架桥剂,2重量份促进剂,2重量份涂料助剂制造而成,底胶粘度为15000~20000mpa·s;经过前段4节烘箱焙烘,焙烘温度按进布方向分别90℃,110℃,130℃,140℃,车速为25~35m/min,刀型2.0R,增重量控制在20~25g/m2
步骤4,在与步骤3相同车速下,将第一面胶浆料匀速刮涂于底胶层上,焙烘,在底胶层上形成内面胶层。

耐磨,按照ISO12947/2,9kPa标准,5000转可视性外观可接受。

S3,在与步骤S2相同车速下,将第一面胶浆料匀速刮涂于底胶层上,焙烘,在底胶层上形成内面胶层;
S4,在与步骤S2相同车速下,将第二面胶浆料匀速刮涂于内面胶层上,焙烘,在内面胶层上形成外面胶层;
S5,通过导管将热溶胶导入料槽,通过一组压力辊和橡胶辊将热熔胶转移到面布上另一侧表面,接着通过另一组压力辊和橡胶辊使面布和底布压紧贴合,在湿度不低于60%的环境下固化得到银色镜面防水耐水压面料,最后落布打卷。

6.根据权利要求1所述银色镜面防水耐水压面料的通用制造工艺,其特征是,步骤S5中,贴合前加热打开40%,超喂0.4%,热溶胶温度96℃,雕花轮温度100℃,雕花轮间隙为悬空,贴合轮间隙为悬空,刮刀板压力2-4kg,S上胶轮压力2-4kg,贴合压力2-4kg,橡胶辊的压力2-4kg,车速9.6~10m/min。
7.根据权利要求1所述银色镜面防水耐水压面料的通用制造工艺,其特征是,所述防泼水处理过程如下:将面布浸渍在防水剂、防水剂配套交联剂和润湿剂混合液中,经8节烘箱烘干;混合液中防水剂的浓度为40~60/L,防水剂配套交联剂的浓度10~20g/L,润湿剂的浓度为5~10g/L,混合液的pH为4~5,防水剂采用氟碳类,丙烯酸酯类或无氟类;带液率为30%~65%,烘箱温度140℃~150℃,车速为25~30m/min。
8.一种银色镜面防水耐水压面料,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-7任一项所述通用制造工艺制成。
