技术领域
本发明涉及一种帐篷织物,尤其涉及一种防水透湿水性聚氨酯环保涂层帐篷织物。
背景技术
随着现代社会城镇化程度的提高以及人们对健康的注重;户外运动逐渐成为了多数人周末以及节假日首先选择的运动方式,帐篷也成为户外运动装备中的主流。
帐篷,是撑在地上遮蔽风雨﹑日光并供临时居住的棚子。多用帆布做成,连同支撑用的东西,可随时拆下转移。因此帐篷的质量由帐篷织物和支撑用的骨架来体现。
帐篷织物的防水透湿研究在国外非常流行,国内虽然已有企业开展相关研究,但使用较多的是PVC涂层,虽然防水性好,但透湿性较差且不耐低温。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防水透湿水性聚氨酯环保涂层帐篷织物,选用亲水性聚醚多元醇聚氨酯作为底胶和面胶,其上的亲水基团可作为桥梁,使水分子依靠氢键或者其他作用力沿着亲水基团按“吸附-扩散-解吸附”的顺序从高湿度侧传递到低湿度侧,具有优异的透湿透气性;水性聚胺酯树脂重复三次涂层,布面的防水性能(静水压指标)可达到30kPa以上。
本发明的具体技术方案为:一种防水透湿水性聚氨酯环保涂层帐篷织物,基胚经过退浆染色定型之后,采用多次重复涂层的方式,其中涂层整理步骤如下:
(1)聚醚多元醇PU第一次底涂,亲水性聚醚多元醇聚氨酯树脂中添加粉状紫外线屏蔽剂、密胺架桥剂和密胺促进剂,涂层厚度控制在25-30μm,每平米用胶量控制在95-100g/㎡;
(2)聚醚多元醇PU第二次底涂,亲水性聚醚多元醇聚氨酯树脂中添加密胺架桥剂和密胺促进剂,涂层厚度控制在20-25μm,每平米用胶量控制在95-100g/㎡;
(3)聚醚多元醇PU面涂,选用固含量50%左右的亲水性聚氨酯树脂,100份亲水性聚氨酯树脂中添加3份密胺架桥机、2份密胺促进剂和6份耐磨滑爽剂,涂层厚度控制在30-35μm,每平米用胶量控制在100-105g/㎡。
在涂层整理过程中,选用亲水性聚醚多元醇聚氨酯作为底胶和面胶,其上的亲水基团可作为桥梁,使水分子依靠氢键或者其他作用力沿着亲水基团按“吸附-扩散-解吸附”的顺序从高湿度侧传递到低湿度侧,具有优异的透湿透气性,其透湿量高达2000g/(m2·24h)。经过三次水性聚氨酯树脂重复涂层,布面的防水性能(静水压指标)可达到30kPa以上,防水性能提升明显,可以有效避免帐篷面料使用过程中折叠后防水性能下降的问题。选用亲水性聚醚多元醇聚氨酯,利用水代替有机溶剂,可与多种基团反应,与其它多种水性树脂混合程度较好,可通过与其它树脂混合来改进性能,降低生产成本,实现无毒无污染、节能减排的绿色生产。
进一步优选,基胚选用涤纶长丝平纹布,经纬丝规格均为75D/36F,经纬密度要达到192条/英尺以上,将该胚布进行缝头处理。
进一步优选,基胚经过退浆染色之后进行定型防水处理,定型机烘箱温度设定210℃,烘箱停留时间30秒,同时添加氟碳防水剂CPS-L 38G/L,防水处理后的沾水效果检测可达5级以上。
进一步优选,定型之后进行压光整理,采用镜面辊进行压平,控制镜面辊的表面温度为200℃左右,轧点压力控制在130kg/cm2,镜面辊压光行走速度控制50m/min。经过压光整理,使织物组织更紧密,提升涂层面光泽度。
进一步优选,聚醚多元醇PU第一次底涂时,100份亲水性聚醚多元醇聚氨酯树脂中添加0.3-0.7份粉状紫外线屏蔽剂、5份密胺架桥剂和2份密胺促进剂。底涂使用亲水性聚醚多元醇聚氨酯树脂,织物的透湿性能最好,并且同基胚的粘接牢度最佳。粉状紫外线屏蔽剂添加量控制在3-7%时,易溶解易分散且不会影响抗紫外线性能。添加粉状紫外线屏蔽剂之后,底涂层的透射率大于顶涂层的透射率,同时使得紫外线在穿过涂层的连接面时发生反射和折射,避免了更多的紫外线达到印花浆层,通过物理方法避免了单次使用中过多的紫外线接触到变色印花浆,大大提高了防水透湿水性聚氨酯环保涂层帐篷织物的使用寿命。
进一步优选,聚醚多元醇PU第二次底涂时,100份亲水性聚醚多元醇聚氨酯树脂中添加6份密胺架桥剂和3份密胺促进剂。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例:
一种防水透湿水性聚氨酯环保涂层帐篷织物,采用以下步骤制得:
一、基胚准备:
选用涤纶长丝平纹布,经纬丝规格均为75D/36F,经纬密度要达到192条/英尺以上,将该胚布进行缝头处理。
二、退浆染色:
将接好的基胚投入到溢流染色机内进行退浆并染色,对色后进行还原清洗,色牢度为4级以上。
三、定型防水:
基胚经过退浆染色之后进行定型防水处理,定型机烘箱温度设定210℃,烘箱停留时间30秒,同时添加氟碳防水剂CPS-L 38G/L,防水处理后的沾水效果检测可达5级以上。
四、压光整理:
定型之后进行压光整理,采用镜面辊进行压平,控制镜面辊的表面温度为200℃左右,轧点压力控制在130kg/cm2,镜面辊压光行走速度控制50m/min。
五、涂层整理:
(1)聚醚多元醇PU第一次底涂,亲水性聚醚多元醇聚氨酯树脂中添加粉状紫外线屏蔽剂、密胺架桥剂和密胺促进剂,涂层厚度控制在25-30μm,每平米用胶量控制在95-100g/㎡;100份亲水性聚醚多元醇聚氨酯树脂中添加0.3份粉状紫外线屏蔽剂、5份密胺架桥剂和2份密胺促进剂;
(2)聚醚多元醇PU第二次底涂,亲水性聚醚多元醇聚氨酯树脂中添加密胺架桥剂和密胺促进剂,涂层厚度控制在20-25μm,每平米用胶量控制在95-100g/㎡;100份亲水性聚醚多元醇聚氨酯树脂中添加6份密胺架桥剂和3份密胺促进剂;
(3)聚醚多元醇PU面涂,选用固含量50%左右的亲水性聚氨酯树脂,100份亲水性聚氨酯树脂中添加3份密胺架桥机、2份密胺促进剂和6份耐磨滑爽剂,涂层厚度控制在30-35μm,每平米用胶量控制在100-105g/㎡。

(1)聚醚多元醇PU第一次底涂,亲水性聚醚多元醇聚氨酯树脂中添加粉状紫外线屏蔽剂、密胺架桥剂和密胺促进剂,涂层厚度控制在25-30μm,每平米用胶量控制在95-100g/㎡;
(2)聚醚多元醇PU第二次底涂,亲水性聚醚多元醇聚氨酯树脂中添加密胺架桥剂和密胺促进剂,涂层厚度控制在20-25μm,每平米用胶量控制在95-100g/㎡;
(3)聚醚多元醇PU面涂,选用固含量50%左右的亲水性聚氨酯树脂,100份亲水性聚氨酯树脂中添加3份密胺架桥机、2份密胺促进剂和6份耐磨滑爽剂,涂层厚度控制在30-35μm,每平米用胶量控制在100-105g/㎡。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透湿水性聚氨酯环保涂层帐篷织物,其特征在于,聚醚多元醇PU第二次底涂时,100份亲水性聚醚多元醇聚氨酯树脂中添加6份密胺架桥剂和3份密胺促进剂。
