本发明提供了高牢度弹力牛仔贴合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:面布处理的步骤为:整经、染色、织造、烧毛、长车退浆、丝光、整理;底布的处理步骤:坯布、退浆、染色、清水定型;面布预缩,预缩处理采用松式烘干机,在纬向没有任何张力的情况下过水烘干,退去纬向的缩率;将面布和TPE膜压紧贴合;将贴合后的面布和TPE膜蒸发固化;将贴合TPE膜的面布与底布贴合;将贴合后的面布和底布蒸发固化;泼水处理,采用带液率30%‑50%之间的防水剂进行泼水面布处理,进行第一阶段烘干和进行第二阶段烘焙。本发明提高面料贴合牢度、增加耐水压、泼水等功能性。

高牢度弹力牛仔贴合面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于面料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种高牢度弹力牛仔贴合面料的制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上牛仔夹克主要是单层的无弹牛仔面料,该面料缺乏弹力;而作为夹克用面料,穿着的舒适度较差,其次单层牛仔面料无贴膜处理,整体面料手感较硬,缺乏弹性和包裹力,没有防水,耐水压,防雨淋等功能;单层牛仔面料的贴合牢度较差,水洗之后TPU膜和面料的缩率差别较大,会出现膜脱落,面料起泡问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种高牢度弹力牛仔贴合面料的制备方法,从而实现提高贴合牢度、增加耐水压、泼水等功能性。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现上述目的:
高牢度弹力牛仔贴合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,面料和底布的初处理,面布处理的步骤为:整经、染色、织造、烧毛、长车退浆、丝光、整理;底布的处理步骤:坯布、退浆、染色、清水定型;
S2,面布预缩,预缩处理采用松式烘干机,在纬向没有任何张力的情况下过水烘干,退去纬向的缩率;
S3,贴合,通过导管将热熔胶水导入至料槽,通过雕花辊将热熔胶转移到面布上;通过橡胶压辊将面布和TPE膜压紧贴合,后续落布打卷,使得整个布面保持平整;
S4,蒸发固化,将贴合后的面布和TPE膜蒸发固化40-48h;
S5,再次贴合,将贴合TPE膜的面布与底布贴合,同S3步骤中热熔胶涂覆于面布步骤,将热熔胶涂覆于已与面布贴合的TPE膜面,通过橡胶压辊将底布与面布压紧贴合,后续落布打卷,使得整个布面保持平整;
S6,再次蒸发固化,将贴合后的面布和底布蒸发固化40-48h;
S7,泼水处理,采用带液率30%-50%之间的防水剂进行泼水面布处理,进行第一阶段烘干和进行第二阶段烘焙。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:面料处理中长车退浆步骤,改变了传统牛仔生产工艺;面布的浆料退浆充分,贴合的过程中只有很少量浆料粘附在毛羽上,提高了热熔胶的上胶量,提高了贴合的牢度;面布用松式烘干机进行浸轧过水烘干,面布的纬向没有针板来控制,零张力过水烘干,极大的降低了纬向的缩率,有利于贴合牢度的控制;以及方便了成衣生产中放缩的顺利进行,提高了工人的效率;面料采用TPE膜来做贴合,贴合后的面料能够耐160-170℃的高温,再通过浸轧-烘干来做泼水处理,面料具有能耐水压、泼水、耐雨淋等功能性;成品为三层贴合面料,挺括性好,相较于现有的牛仔单层面料,可以更广泛的应用与夹克服的生产中。

以下便结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详述,以使本发明技术方案更易于理解、掌握,但本发明并不局限于此。下述实施例中所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;所述试剂和材料,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径获得。
实施例1:
高牢度弹力牛仔贴合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,面料和底布的初处理,提供的面料采用95%棉和2%氨纶牛仔混合而成。该面料经纱纱支为18S的精梳棉竹节纱,经向密度为115根每英寸,纬纱纱支为21S,纬向密度为70根每英寸。面布处理的步骤为:整经、染色、织造、烧毛、长车退浆、丝光、整理。提供底布采用100%尼龙的20D网眼布。初步处理中的染色染料为酸性染料。底布的处理步骤:坯布、退浆、染色、清水定型。
S2,面布预缩,预缩处理采用松式烘干机,在纬向没有任何压力的情况下过水烘干,退去纬向的缩率。缩率控制在径向小于5%,纬向小于5%。
S3,贴合,通过导管将热熔胶水导入至料槽,通过雕花辊将热熔胶转移到面布上;通过橡胶压辊将面布和TPE膜压紧贴合,后续落布打卷,使得整个布面保持平整。橡胶压辊的压力在2Mpa之间,车速在10m/min。
S4,蒸发固化,将贴合后的面布和TPE膜蒸发固化40h。
S5,再次贴合,将贴合TPE膜的面布与底布贴合,同S3步骤中热熔胶涂覆于面布步骤,将热熔胶涂覆于已与面布贴合的TPE膜面,通过橡胶压辊将底布与面布压紧贴合,后续落布打卷,使得整个布面保持平整。橡胶压辊的压力在2Mpa之间,车速在10m/min。
S6,再次蒸发固化,将贴合后的面布和底布蒸发固化40h。
S7,泼水处理,采用氟碳类、丙烯酸酯类或无氟类的防水剂,带液率30%之间,进行第一阶段烘干,温度控制100℃,时间为20s;进行第二阶段烘焙,温度控制140℃,时间为1min。
实施例2:
高牢度弹力牛仔贴合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,面料和底布的初处理,提供的面料采用97%棉和4%氨纶牛仔混合而成。该面料经纱纱支为19S的精梳棉竹节纱,经向密度为116根每英寸,纬纱纱支为23S,纬向密度为71根每英寸。面布处理的步骤为:整经、染色、织造、烧毛、长车退浆、丝光、整理。提供底布采用100%尼龙的21D网眼布。初步处理中的染色染料为酸性染料。底布的处理步骤:坯布、退浆、染色、清水定型。
S2,面布预缩,预缩处理采用松式烘干机,在纬向没有任何压力的情况下过水烘干,退去纬向的缩率。缩率控制在径向4%,纬向4%。

S5,再次贴合,将贴合TPE膜的面布与底布贴合,同S3步骤中热熔胶涂覆于面布步骤,将热熔胶涂覆于已与面布贴合的TPE膜面,通过橡胶压辊将底布与面布压紧贴合,后续落布打卷,使得整个布面保持平整。橡胶压辊的压力在3Mpa之间,车速在20m/min。
S6,再次蒸发固化,将贴合后的面布和底布蒸发固化45h。
S7,泼水处理,采用氟碳类、丙烯酸酯类或无氟类的防水剂,带液率40%之间,进行第一阶段烘干,温度控制110℃,时间为30s;进行第二阶段烘焙,温度控制150℃,时间为2min。
实施例3:
高牢度弹力牛仔贴合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,面料和底布的初处理,提供的面料采用98%棉和5%氨纶牛仔混合而成。该面料经纱纱支为20S的精梳棉竹节纱,经向密度为117根每英寸,纬纱纱支为25S,纬向密度为72根每英寸。面布处理的步骤为:整经、染色、织造、烧毛、长车退浆、丝光、整理。提供底布采用100%尼龙的22D网眼布。初步处理中的染色染料为酸性染料。底布的处理步骤:坯布、退浆、染色、清水定型。
S2,面布预缩,预缩处理采用松式烘干机,在纬向没有任何压力的情况下过水烘干,退去纬向的缩率。缩率控制在径向3%,纬向3%。
S3,贴合,通过导管将热熔胶水导入至料槽,通过雕花辊将热熔胶转移到面布上;通过橡胶压辊将面布和TPE膜压紧贴合,后续落布打卷,使得整个布面保持平整。橡胶压辊的压力在5Mpa之间,车速在30m/min。
S4,蒸发固化,将贴合后的面布和TPE膜蒸发固化48h。
S5,再次贴合,将贴合TPE膜的面布与底布贴合,同S3步骤中热熔胶涂覆于面布步骤,将热熔胶涂覆于已与面布贴合的TPE膜面,通过橡胶压辊将底布与面布压紧贴合,后续落布打卷,使得整个布面保持平整。橡胶压辊的压力在5Mpa之间,车速在30m/min。
S6,再次蒸发固化,将贴合后的面布和底布蒸发固化48h。
S7,泼水处理,采用氟碳类、丙烯酸酯类或无氟类的防水剂,带液率50%之间,进行第一阶段烘干,温度控制120℃,时间为40s;进行第二阶段烘焙,温度控制160℃,时间为3min。
以上实施例面料处理中长车退浆步骤,改变了传统牛仔生产工艺;面布的浆料退浆充分,贴合的过程中只有很少量浆料粘附在毛羽上,提高了热熔胶的上胶量,提高了贴合的牢度;面布用松式烘干机进行浸轧过水烘干,面布的纬向没有针板来控制,零张力过水烘干,极大的降低了纬向的缩率,有利于贴合牢度的控制;以及方便了成衣生产中放缩的顺利进行,提高了工人的效率;面料采用TPE膜来做贴合,贴合后的面料能够耐160-170℃的高温,再通过浸轧-烘干来做泼水处理,面料具有能耐水压、泼水、耐雨淋等功能性;成品为三层贴合面料,挺括性好,相较于现有的牛仔单层面料,可以更广泛的应用与夹克服的生产中。

S4,蒸发固化,将贴合后的面布和TPE膜蒸发固化40-48h;
S5,再次贴合,将贴合TPE膜的面布与底布贴合,同S3步骤中热熔胶涂覆于面布步骤,将热熔胶涂覆于已与面布贴合的TPE膜面,通过橡胶压辊将底布与面布压紧贴合,后续落布打卷,使得整个布面保持平整;
S6,再次蒸发固化,将贴合后的面布和底布蒸发固化40-48h;
