技术领域
本发明涉及面料材料领域,尤其涉及一种石墨烯导电面料及由该面料制成的服装。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,纺织品已经突破了原有的保温和美化的范畴,消费者对服饰的需求不再单一,功能化和智能化的服饰逐渐走进人们的视野,为服装的发展注入了新的活力,在美观的同时带给人们更多的新意和乐趣,可以大大提高产品的附加值。
石墨烯面料便是众多功能性纺织面料中的一种。石墨烯具有非常优良的导电性,从而石墨烯添加制成的面料具有防紫外线、抗静电的特点,是纺织业内关注的焦点。
目前含石墨烯面料的制备方法主要有两种,一种是在制备普通纺织品阶段添加石墨烯,制备石墨烯普通纺织品复合丝,第二种是后整理阶段通过浸轧法在面料上结合石墨烯。在制备普通纺织品阶段添加石墨烯容易导致石墨烯的团聚,石墨烯的难分散易聚合的问题将会难以控制石墨烯在纤维内部和表面的用量,而且其工艺复杂,石墨烯分散均匀性得不到保证,难以量化。浸轧法需要添加有机交联剂,而且面料上结合的石墨烯量较少,结合力较弱,耐洗牢度达不到要求,此为现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种石墨烯导电面料及由该面料制成的服装,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种石墨烯导电面料,包括石墨烯导电膜、粘结层和纺织基布,其特征在于:所述石墨烯导电面料从外到内依次为石墨烯导电膜、粘结层、纺织基布,所述石墨烯导电膜和纺织基布之间通过粘结层辊轧粘合,所述石墨烯导电膜面料的制作步骤为:
a、铺设聚氨酯膜,然后在聚氨酯膜上辊涂石墨烯导电材料,形成厚度均匀的石墨烯涂层;
b、然后将辊涂石墨烯涂层后的聚氨酯膜放入恒温环境中,进行24小时的熟化;
c、经过熟化后取出,形成二合一的石墨烯导电膜;
d、铺设纺织基布,在纺织基布上辊涂粘结层,然后将石墨烯导电膜均匀的压轧在纺织基布上,形成三合一的石墨烯导电面料;
e、将面料放入恒温环境中,进行24小时的熟化,最后取出面料;
所述石墨烯导电材料的规格为平均厚度1-3nm、直径3-5μm、碳含量99.0wt%、硫含量0.5wt%、氧含量0.5wt%、含水量1wt%、金属离子含量100ppm、电导率1000s/cm、热导率3000w/mk、比表面积500m2/g、松装密度0.025g/cm3。
进一步优化地,上述步骤b和步骤e中的恒温环境为27℃。

进一步优化地,所述纺织基布为针织面料或梭织面料。
进一步优化地,石墨烯导电面料制成的服装全部或部分面料采用石墨烯导电面料。

本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明中将石墨烯导电材料印在聚氨酯膜上制成具有导电性能的石墨烯导电膜,再将石墨烯导电膜在与纺织基布粘合在一起形成三合一的石墨烯导电面料,石墨烯导电面料皮膜感较强,膜面滑爽,透湿透气性好,且可以解决静电问题。
2)由本石墨烯导电面料制成服装,再由小于5w石墨烯灯泡做成挂饰,将挂饰装饰在服装上,当石墨烯灯泡的电极碰到服装上的石墨烯面料时灯泡就会发亮,既使服装更加美观,也可以起到照明的作用,带给人们更多的新意和乐趣,可以大大提高产品的附加值。
3)本面料保温效果非常好,适合用作户外运动和防寒防绒的服装面料。
具体实施方式
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,对本发明进行详细阐述。
一种石墨烯导电面料,包括石墨烯导电膜、粘结层和纺织基布,所述石墨烯导电面料从外到内依次为石墨烯导电膜、粘结层、纺织基布,所述石墨烯导电膜和纺织基布之间通过粘结层辊轧粘合,所述石墨烯导电膜面料的制作步骤为:
a、铺设聚氨酯膜,然后在聚氨酯膜上辊涂石墨烯导电材料,形成厚度均匀的石墨烯涂层;
b、然后将辊涂石墨烯涂层后的聚氨酯膜放入恒温环境中,进行24小时的熟化;
c、经过熟化后取出,形成二合一的石墨烯导电膜;
d、铺设经过烫平处理的纺织基布,在纺织基布上辊涂粘结层,然后通过贴膜机将石墨烯导电膜均匀的压轧粘合在纺织基布上,形成三合一的石墨烯导电面料;
e、将面料放入恒温环境中,进行24小时的熟化,最后取出面料,即成品面料;
所述石墨烯导电材料的规格为平均厚度1-3nm、直径3-5μm、碳含量99.0wt%、硫含量0.5wt%、氧含量0.5wt%、含水量1wt%、金属离子含量100ppm、电导率1000s/cm、热导率3000w/mk、比表面积500m2/g、松装密度0.025g/cm3。

作为一种优选的实施方式,所述粘结层为热熔胶,本面料生产过程中采用的均为美国富乐牌的热熔胶,环保无污染。

由上述方法制成的石墨烯导电面料,皮膜感较强,膜面滑爽,透湿透气性好,可以解决静电问题,而且面料的耐折牢度好。
作为一种优选的实施方式,石墨烯导电面料制成的服装全部或部分面料采用石墨烯导电面料,所述服装上设有若干个挂饰,所述挂饰采用小于5w的石墨烯灯泡制成,当石墨烯灯泡的电极碰到服装上的石墨烯面料时灯泡就会发亮,既使服装更加美观,也可以起到照明的作用,带给人们更多的新意和乐趣,可以大大提高产品的附加值。
实施例1:
生产石墨烯导电面料时,首先铺设聚氨酯膜,然后在聚氨酯膜上辊涂石墨烯导电材料,直到形成厚度均匀的石墨烯涂层,涂层厚度约为0.03mm;然后将辊涂石墨烯涂层后的聚氨酯膜放入27℃的恒温环境中,进行24小时的熟化;经过熟化后取出,形成二合一的石墨烯导电膜;铺设经过烫平处理的纺织基布,在纺织基布上辊涂热熔胶,然后通过贴膜机将石墨烯导电膜均匀的压轧粘合在纺织基布上,形成三合一的石墨烯导电面料;再将面料放入27℃恒温环境中,进行24小时的熟化,最后取出面料,即成品面料。
本面料除了抗静电外保温效果、耐折牢度也非常好,适合用作户外运动和防寒防绒的服装面料。参照《QB/T 2714-2005皮革物理和机械试验耐折牢度的测定》标准对面料进行检测,零下30℃时弯折8000次,面料膜面无明显明显开裂现象。
实施例2:
采用上述的石墨烯导电面料制作服装,再将小于5w的石墨烯灯泡进行安全、美化处理,制成服装挂饰,然后将这些挂饰装在石墨烯面料制成的服装上,当石墨烯灯泡的电极碰到服装上的石墨烯面料时灯泡就会发亮,既使服装更加美观,还可以在特殊情况下起到照明的作用,带给人们更多的新意和乐趣,可以大大提高产品的附加值。

a、铺设聚氨酯膜,然后在聚氨酯膜上辊涂石墨烯导电材料,形成厚度均匀的石墨烯涂层;
b、然后将辊涂石墨烯涂层后的聚氨酯膜放入恒温环境中,进行24小时的熟化;
c、经过熟化后取出,形成二合一的石墨烯导电膜;
d、铺设纺织基布,在纺织基布上辊涂粘结层,然后将石墨烯导电膜均匀的压轧粘合在纺织基布上,形成三合一的石墨烯导电面料;
e、将面料放入恒温环境中,进行24小时的熟化,最后取出面料;
所述石墨烯导电材料的规格为平均厚度1-3nm、直径3-5μm、碳含量99.0wt%、硫含量0.5wt%、氧含量0.5wt%、含水量1wt%、金属离子含量100ppm、电导率1000s/cm、热导率3000w/mk、比表面积500m2/g、松装密度0.025g/cm3。
