本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体为一种高弹抗菌纺织材料及制备方法。
背景技术
现有纺织材料具有弹性的普遍使用的都是添加有氨纶的面料,此类面料在后期布料上色的过程中很难使得布料着色,而且布料整体柔性不高,单层或者双层的布料在拉扯力较大时,会对勒紧皮肤造成不适,而且纺织材料很难起到防菌效果。为此,我们提出一种高弹抗菌纺织材料及制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高弹抗菌纺织材料及制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高弹抗菌纺织材料,包括如下步骤:
选用面料与底布,对面料与底布进行初次加工,面料采用95%的纯棉与3%的PPT聚酯纤维,聚酯纤维在面料编织的过程中通过添纱的方式加入面料中,从而得到具有弹性的针织面料;
制造加工面料的过程中,步骤包括:坯布检验,翻布打印,缝头,烧毛,退浆,煮练,氧漂,酸洗,水洗,开轧烘,丝光,复漂,烘干,轧光,拉幅,进行漂白及抗菌处理,最后进行后整理工序,后整理工序中包括增白,柔软,防皱处理。
底布选用100%尼龙的20D网眼布,对底布初步处理过程中可以使用酸性染料对底布进行染料,加工步骤为:退浆、染色与清水定型;
预缩处理,在面料与底布纬向无压力的情况下过水烘干,除去面料与底布纬向的缩率,同样的远离对面料与底布退去径向的缩率,在预缩机上进行预缩处理,保证面料与底布的缩水率控制在-2.5%;
预定型,对布料与底布进行预定型,温度为160~200℃,车速10~30米/min,风量为50%~100%;
贴合,选用棉绒值为1.5mg的棉绒层,在棉绒层的上下表面压紧贴合TPE膜;
覆合,在预定型的面料上下表面均覆盖棉绒层,然后将底布覆盖在棉绒层的上下表面,从而得到整体的弹性针织面料;
泼水处理,采氟碳类、丙烯酸酯类或无氟类的防水剂,带液率30%之间,进行第一阶段烘干,温度控制100℃,时间为20s;进行第二阶段烘焙,温度控制140℃,时间为1min;
扎揉,对得到整体的弹性针织面料进行扎揉,轧柔溶液温度90~140℃,且轧柔溶液中添加有抗菌助剂。
进一步的,抗菌助剂包括ATB9800助剂与TPM9007助剂,ATB9800助剂浓度为5~35g/L,TPM9007助剂浓度为5~35g/L。
进一步的,扎揉车速为5~20米/min,风量为50%~100%,超喂10~55%,轧柔溶液中还添加有渗透剂、抗静电助剂。
进一步的,面料包括Z捻棉纱与带有PTT聚酯纤维的S捻,且Z捻棉纱与带有PTT聚酯纤维的S捻通过Z捻合股加工合成面料。
进一步的,Z捻棉纱为32~40支的棉纱;所述Z捻棉纱或带有PTT聚酯纤维的S捻的横密度为60~90纵行/5cm,纵密度为45~70横列/5cm。
进一步的,Z捻棉纱占整个布料或制品总体质量的百分比为96%-98%wt。
进一步的,底布选用100%尼龙的20D网眼布,且底部的表面均设置1060B材质的防水透气膜。
进一步的,棉绒层的表面设置防腐蚀层,且防腐蚀层为耐腐蚀塑料薄膜。
进一步的,面料中包裹有金属丝,且金属丝为软性不锈钢丝。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明针织弹性面料的上下表面均粘接带有TPE膜的棉绒层,然后通过底布将其整体包覆形成布料,在保证了布料具有较高弹性的情况下,还具有一定的柔软度,保证其舒适度;
2.本发明在布料加工的过程中添加抗菌助剂,抗菌助剂可以有效的保证布料具有一定的抗菌性能,从而更好的提高了布料的使用性能,满足人们对布料使用的需求。

泼水处理,采氟碳类、丙烯酸酯类或无氟类的防水剂,带液率30%之内,进行第一阶段烘干,温度控制100℃,时间为20s;进行第二阶段烘焙,温度控制140℃,时间为1min;
扎揉,对得到整体的弹性针织面料进行扎揉,轧柔溶液温度110℃,且轧柔溶液中添加有抗菌助剂
实施例三:
选用面料与底布,对面料与底布进行初次加工,面料采用95%的纯棉与3%的PPT聚酯纤维,聚酯纤维在面料编织的过程中通过添纱的方式加入面料中,从而得到具有弹性的针织面料;
制造加工面料的过程中,步骤包括:坯布检验,翻布打印,缝头,烧毛,退浆,煮练,氧漂,酸洗,水洗,开轧烘,丝光,复漂,烘干,轧光,拉幅,进行漂白及抗菌处理,最后进行后整理工序,后整理工序中包括增白,柔软,防皱处理。

覆合,在预定型的面料上下表面均覆盖棉绒层,然后将底布覆盖在棉绒层的上下表面,从而得到整体的弹性针织面料;
泼水处理,采氟碳类、丙烯酸酯类或无氟类的防水剂,带液率30%之内,进行第一阶段烘干,温度控制100℃,时间为20s;进行第二阶段烘焙,温度控制140℃,时间为1min;
扎揉,对得到整体的弹性针织面料进行扎揉,轧柔溶液温度140℃,且轧柔溶液中添加有抗菌助剂。
综上所述,通过三种实施例加工制成不同的纺织材料,同时对纺织材料的数据进行对比,从而直观的得到纺织材料不同的对比数据:

本申请所用聚酯纤维:有高强型和高模型,密度各为1.41和1.37g/cm3,拉伸强度各为22.9和19.4cN/dtex,断裂伸长率各为3.8和2.4%,模量各为528和774cN/dtex,分解温度>400℃,吸水性小,抗蠕变和耐磨性好;
常见纺织材料使用的氨纶,断裂强度在所有纺织纤维中是最低的,只有0.44~0.88CN/dtex,吸湿范围较小,一般为0.3-1.2%,耐热性视品种不同而有较大差异,大多数纤维在90~150℃范围内短时间存放,纤维不会受到损伤,安全熨烫温度为150℃以下;
本申请面料采用95%的纯棉与3%的PPT聚酯纤维,聚酯纤维在面料编织的过程中通过添纱的方式加入面料中,替换传统在面料中加入的氨纶,使得面料具有更好的抗断裂强度,增强面料吸湿范围,及提高面料抗热性能,使得面料可以在高温下更好的着色,针织弹性面料的上下表面均粘接带有TPE膜的棉绒层,然后通过底布将其整体包覆形成布料,在保证了布料具有较高弹性的情况下,还具有一定的柔软度,保证其舒适度,在布料加工的过程中添加抗菌助剂,抗菌助剂可以有效的保证布料具有一定的抗菌性能,从而更好的提高了布料的使用性能,满足人们对布料使用的需求。通过以上特殊的比列配对,然后进行加工制造布料,使得制备后的高弹抗菌纺织材料具备以往纺织材料所不具备的优良性能。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (9)

1.一种高弹抗菌纺织材料,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
选用面料与底布,对面料与底布进行初次加工,面料采用95%的纯棉与3%的PPT聚酯纤维,聚酯纤维在面料编织的过程中通过添纱的方式加入面料中,从而得到具有弹性的针织面料;
预缩处理,在面料与底布纬向无压力的情况下过水烘干,除去面料与底布纬向的缩率,同样的远离对面料与底布退去径向的缩率;
预定型,对布料与底布进行预定型,温度为160~200℃,车速10~30米/min,风量为50%~100%;
贴合,选用棉绒值为1.5mg的棉绒层,在棉绒层的上下表面压紧贴合TPE膜;
覆合,在预定型的面料上下表面均覆盖棉绒层,然后将底布覆盖在棉绒层的上下表面,从而得到整体的弹性针织面料;
泼水处理,采氟碳类、丙烯酸酯类或无氟类的防水剂,带液率30%之内,进行第一阶段烘干,温度控制100℃,时间为20s;进行第二阶段烘焙,温度控制140℃,时间为1min;
扎揉,对得到整体的弹性针织面料进行扎揉,轧柔溶液温度90~140℃,且轧柔溶液中添加有抗菌助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹抗菌纺织材料,其特征在于:抗菌助剂包括ATB9800助剂与TPM9007助剂,ATB9800助剂浓度为5~35g/L,TPM9007助剂浓度为5~35g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹抗菌纺织材料,其特征在于:扎揉车速为5~20米/min,风量为50%~100%,超喂10~55%,轧柔溶液中还添加有渗透剂、抗静电助剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹抗菌纺织材料,其特征在于:面料包括Z捻棉纱与带有PTT聚酯纤维的S捻,且Z捻棉纱与带有PTT聚酯纤维的S捻通过Z捻合股加工合成面料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高弹抗菌纺织材料,其特征在于:Z捻棉纱为32~40支的棉纱,Z捻棉纱或带有PTT聚酯纤维的S捻的横密度为60~90纵行/5cm,纵密度为45~70横列/5cm。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种高弹抗菌纺织材料,其特征在于:Z捻棉纱占整个布料或制品总体质量的百分比为96%-98%wt。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种高弹抗菌纺织材料,其特征在于:底布选用100%尼龙的20D网眼布,且底部的表面均设置1060B材质的防水透气膜。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种高弹抗菌纺织材料,其特征在于:棉绒层的表面设置防腐蚀层,且防腐蚀层为耐腐蚀塑料薄膜。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种高弹抗菌纺织材料,其特征在于:面料中包裹有金属丝,且金属丝为软性不锈钢丝。
