Abstract

本发明提供一种立体弹性棉面料,包括棉绒层和月牙形弹性编织面料,具体步骤为:在电脑针织横机上,导纱器的原料为棉纤维,组织结构为双面组织,根据意匠图进行编织,得到双面纬编月牙形弹性面料,然后将双面纬编月牙形弹性面料以月牙形为单位,并列排列,得到弹性编织面料,最后将弹性编织面料的上下表面用棉绒层进行覆盖,将三层织物复合得到立体弹性棉面料。本发明制备的立体弹性棉面料全部经棉纤维制备,但与现有技术的全棉自然弹面料相比,制备工艺更简单,而且很少使用化学试剂处理面料,制备的棉面料更加节能环保,立体和弹性。

一种立体弹性棉面料及其编织方法
技术领域:
本发明属于纺织材料技术领域,具体涉及一种立体弹性棉面料及其编织方法。
背景技术:
棉纤维是一种天然纤维素纤维,它的主要成分是纤维素,棉纤维具有强度高、透气性好、抗皱性和拉升性能差的特征,是目前最主要的纺织品原料。由棉纱制成的织物为棉织物,棉织物是目前最为常用的面料之一,它具备手感柔软、透气吸湿、耐光耐穿、穿着舒适等优点,但棉织物最大的缺点就是弹性较差,容易缩水起皱。
为了改善棉织物的弹性,2006年美国棉花公司提出自然弹面料,既采用纯棉作为原料,不需借助氨纶等弹力纤维,使用特殊的机织方式辅助一定的整理技术在沙线上形成永久性的收缩卷曲,使织物具有良好的弹性功能。但是,自然弹面料在整个生产过程,无论是纺纱工序,还是织造工序都需要在有张力的情况下进行,后整理中还需要进行丝光和预缩工序,还需要优选纱线、组织、合理经纬密设计和特殊的松式后处理方法才能得到复合标准的自然弹面料。
中国专利CN103437024B(公开日2013.12.11)公开的一种全棉自然弹面料的制造方法,原面料经丝光、第一预缩、染色、水洗、松烘和第二预缩得到成品面料,在保证面料光泽的前提下提高了面料经纬向的弹性。中国专利CN2422131Y(公开日2001.3.7)公开的透气透湿弹性棉织物复合面料,该复合面料的内外两层为棉织物,中间层为透气透湿薄膜,三层紧密连成一体,既保证了贴身棉织物的舒适性,又起到防水、透气、透湿的综合作用。由上述现有技术可知,全棉的面料可以经过添加制造工艺或者新材料的方式得到弹性,添加织造工艺较为复杂,添加新材料会不同程度破坏棉织物的手感和色泽。
发明内容:
本发明要解本的技术本本是提供一种立体弹性棉面料及其编织方法,采用棉纤维作为原料,运用纬向编织的方法制备弹性编织面料,将弹性编织面料作为立体弹性面料主要结构,然后对弹性编织面料的表面进行棉绒处理,得到立体弹性棉面料。本方法制备的立体弹性面料手感厚实,经线纬向和竖直方向的弹性都与较优异,而且棉绒感和机械强度好。
为解本上述技术本本,本发明的技术方案是:
一种立体弹性棉面料,其特征在于,所述立体弹性棉面料包括棉绒层和弹性编织面料,所述弹性编织面料采用双面纬向编织的方法制备,所述弹性编织面料的侧面为并列的月牙形,所述棉绒层采用化学方法处理。
优选地,所述立体弹性棉面料的原料为100%的棉。
本发明还提供一种立体弹性棉面料的编织方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在电脑针织横机上,导纱器的原料为棉纤维,组织结构为双面组织,根据意匠图进行编织,得到双面纬编月牙形弹性面料;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的双面纬编月牙形弹性面料以月牙形为单位,并列排列,得到弹性编织面料;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的弹性编织面料的上下表面用棉绒层进行覆盖,将三层织物复合得到立体弹性棉面料。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述步骤(1)中,棉纤维的捻度为350T/m,纤度为36-42D。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述步骤(1)中,电脑针织横机的针数为12针,编织工艺参数为:前针床弯纱深度NP值为9.8,后针床弯纱深度NP值为10.2,主牵拉值WM值为1.2-2.8。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述步骤(1)中,双面纬编月牙形弹性面料中月牙的高度为1.2-1.8cm。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述步骤(2)中,并列排列的间隔为2-3mm。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述步骤(3)中,棉绒层的棉绒值为1.5-2mg。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述步骤(3)中,立体弹性棉面料的压缩率为49-67%,瞬时弹性回复率为78-86%。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述步骤(3)中,立体弹性棉面料可以用于服装、床上用品和装饰材料。
与现有技术与与,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明中含有棉绒层和弹性编织面料,弹性编织面料采用三维双面纬编技术制备的月牙形三维面料,立体有弹性,棉绒层经前处理棉绒值低,手感柔软。弹性编织面料作为面料的主要结构,赋予面料立体感和高回弹性,上下棉绒层亲肤柔软,保证面料的舒适性。
(2)本发明中的月牙形弹性面料可以通过调节月牙形的高度和密度,调整立体弹性棉面料的厚度、立体感和弹性,使之适应各种场合的需要。
(3)本发明制备的立体弹性棉面料全部经棉纤维制备,但与现有技术的全棉自然弹面料与与,制备工艺更简单,而且很少使用化学试剂处理面料,制备的棉面料更加节能环保。

实施例1:
(1)在12针电脑针织横机上,将350T/m的36D棉纤维喂入导纱器,根据意匠图,采用双面纬向编织的方法,以工艺参数为:前针床弯纱深度NP值为9.8,后针床弯纱深度NP值为10.2,主牵拉值WM值为1.2-2.8,编织得到月牙高度为1.2cm的双面纬编月牙形弹性面料。
(2)将步骤(1)得到的双面纬编月牙形弹性面料以月牙形为单位,以2mm间隔并列排列,得到弹性编织面料。
(3)将步骤(2)得到的弹性编织面料的上下表面用棉绒值为1.5mg的棉绒层进行覆盖,将三层织物复合得到立体弹性棉面料。
实施例2:
(1)在12针电脑针织横机上,将350T/m的38D棉纤维喂入导纱器,根据意匠图,采用双面纬向编织的方法,以工艺参数为:前针床弯纱深度NP值为9.8,后针床弯纱深度NP值为10.2,主牵拉值WM值为1.2-2.8,编织得到月牙高度为1.3cm的双面纬编月牙形弹性面料。
(2)将步骤(1)得到的双面纬编月牙形弹性面料以月牙形为单位,以2.2mm间隔并列排列,得到弹性编织面料。
(3)将步骤(2)得到的弹性编织面料的上下表面用棉绒值为1.8mg的棉绒层进行覆盖,将三层织物复合得到立体弹性棉面料。
实施例3:
(1)在12针电脑针织横机上,将350T/m的40D棉纤维喂入导纱器,根据意匠图,采用双面纬向编织的方法,以工艺参数为:前针床弯纱深度NP值为9.8,后针床弯纱深度NP值为10.2,主牵拉值WM值为1.2-2.8,编织得到月牙高度为1.6cm的双面纬编月牙形弹性面料。
(2)将步骤(1)得到的双面纬编月牙形弹性面料以月牙形为单位,以2.5mm间隔并列排列,得到弹性编织面料。
(3)将步骤(2)得到的弹性编织面料的上下表面用棉绒值为1.8mg的棉绒层进行覆盖,将三层织物复合得到立体弹性棉面料。
实施例4:
(1)在12针电脑针织横机上,将350T/m的42D棉纤维喂入导纱器,根据意匠图,采用双面纬向编织的方法,以工艺参数为:前针床弯纱深度NP值为9.8,后针床弯纱深度NP值为10.2,主牵拉值WM值为1.2-2.8,编织得到月牙高度为1.8cm的双面纬编月牙形弹性面料。
(2)将步骤(1)得到的双面纬编月牙形弹性面料以月牙形为单位,以2.8mm间隔并列排列,得到弹性编织面料。
(3)将步骤(2)得到的弹性编织面料的上下表面用棉绒值为2mg的棉绒层进行覆盖,将三层织物复合得到立体弹性棉面料。
实施例5:
(1)在12针电脑针织横机上,将350T/m的40D棉纤维喂入导纱器,根据意匠图,采用双面纬向编织的方法,以工艺参数为:前针床弯纱深度NP值为9.8,后针床弯纱深度NP值为10.2,主牵拉值WM值为1.2-2.8,编织得到月牙高度为1.8cm的双面纬编月牙形弹性面料。
(2)将步骤(1)得到的双面纬编月牙形弹性面料以月牙形为单位,以2.8mm间隔并列排列,得到弹性编织面料。
(3)将步骤(2)得到的弹性编织面料的上下表面用棉绒值为2mg的棉绒层进行覆盖,将三层织物复合得到立体弹性棉面料。
实施例6:
(1)在12针电脑针织横机上,将350T/m的36D棉纤维喂入导纱器,根据意匠图,采用双面纬向编织的方法,以工艺参数为:前针床弯纱深度NP值为9.8,后针床弯纱深度NP值为10.2,主牵拉值WM值为1.2-2.8,编织得到月牙高度为1.8cm的双面纬编月牙形弹性面料。
(2)将步骤(1)得到的双面纬编月牙形弹性面料以月牙形为单位,以2.6mm间隔并列排列,得到弹性编织面料。
(3)将步骤(2)得到的弹性编织面料的上下表面用棉绒值为1.8mg的棉绒层进行覆盖,将三层织物复合得到立体弹性棉面料。
实施例7:
(1)在12针电脑针织横机上,将350T/m的38D棉纤维喂入导纱器,根据意匠图,采用双面纬向编织的方法,以工艺参数为:前针床弯纱深度NP值为9.8,后针床弯纱深度NP值为10.2,主牵拉值WM值为1.2-2.8,编织得到月牙高度为1.5cm的双面纬编月牙形弹性面料。
(2)将步骤(1)得到的双面纬编月牙形弹性面料以月牙形为单位,以2.8mm间隔并列排列,得到弹性编织面料。
(3)将步骤(2)得到的弹性编织面料的上下表面用棉绒值为1.7mg的棉绒层进行覆盖,将三层织物复合得到立体弹性棉面料。
经检测,实施例1-6制备的立体弹性棉面料以及现有技术的全棉自然弹面料
的压缩率、瞬时弹性回复率和径向和纬向平均伸长率的结果如下所示:
由上表可见,本发明制备的立体弹性棉面料的立体压缩率和瞬时弹性回复率都远高于全棉自然弹面料,而且经纬向的伸长率类似,因此本发明制备的立体弹性棉面料的立体感和弹性优异。

Claims (10)

1.一种立体弹性棉面料,其特征在于:所述立体弹性棉面料包括棉绒层和弹性编织面料,所述弹性编织面料采用双面纬向编织的方法制备,所述弹性编织面料的侧面为并列的月牙形,所述棉绒层采用化学方法处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种立体弹性棉面料,其特征在于,所述立体弹性棉面料的原料为100%的棉。
3.一种立体弹性棉面料的编织方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在电脑针织横机上,导纱器的原料为棉纤维,组织结构为双面组织,根据意匠图进行编织,得到双面纬编月牙形弹性面料;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的双面纬编月牙形弹性面料以月牙形为单位,并列排列,得到弹性编织面料;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的弹性编织面料的上下表面用棉绒层进行覆盖,将三层织物复合得到立体弹性棉面料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种立体弹性棉面料的编织方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,棉纤维的捻度为350T/m,纤度为36-42D。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种立体弹性棉面料的编织方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,电脑针织横机的针数为12针,编织工艺参数为:前针床弯纱深度NP值为9.8,后针床弯纱深度NP值为10.2,主牵拉值WM值为1.2-2.8。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种立体弹性棉面料的编织方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,双面纬编月牙形弹性面料中月牙的高度为1.2-1.8cm。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种立体弹性棉面料的编织方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中,并列排列的间隔为2-3mm。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种立体弹性棉面料的编织方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,棉绒层的棉绒值为1.5-2mg。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种立体弹性棉面料的编织方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,立体弹性棉面料的压缩率为49-67%,瞬时弹性回复率为78-86%。
10.根据权利要求3所述的一种立体弹性棉面料的编织方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,立体弹性棉面料可以用于服装、床上用品和装饰材料。
