Abstract

本发明涉及一种抗菌防水的牛仔面料，包括外层和内层，外层通过胶水粘贴在内层的上面，所述外层为绒面牛仔面料，内层为纱布层，其特征为内层的底面上设有一层混合有抗菌剂和防水剂的PU膜；本发明所具有的优点是：在内层的底面上设有一层混合有抗菌剂和防水剂的PU膜；从而使牛仔面料具有了抗菌防水的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装领域，特别涉及一种抗菌防水的牛仔面料。
背景技术
现有的一种牛仔面料，包括外层和内层，所述的外层为耐磨层，内层为柔软层，外层与内层之间还设有透气夹层：所述的耐磨层为锦纶和丙纶按一定比例混纺而成：柔软层为腈纶制成。这种结构的牛仔面料不具备防水的效果，而且易滋生细菌。 
发明内容
针对上述缺点，本发明目的在于提供一种具有防水和抗菌功能的牛仔面料。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种抗菌防水的牛仔面料，包括外层和内层，外层通过胶水粘贴在内层的上面，所述外层为绒面牛仔面料，内层为纱布层，其特征为内层的底面上设有一层混合有抗菌剂和防水剂的PU膜；
  其中抗菌剂为抗菌整理剂ATB9800（上海赫特化工有限公司）；防水剂为织物防水剂SINO-700(厦门中思诺化工有限公司)。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点是：在内层的底面上设有一层混合有抗菌剂和防水剂的PU膜；从而使牛仔面料具有了抗菌防水的效果。

如图1所示，一种抗菌防水的牛仔面料，包括外层1和内层2，外层1通过胶水粘贴在内层2的上面，所述外层1为绒面牛仔面料，内层2为纱布层，其特征在于，内层2的底面上设有一层混合有抗菌剂和防水剂的PU膜3；
其中抗菌剂为抗菌整理剂ATB9800（上海赫特化工有限公司）；防水剂为织物防水剂SINO-700(厦门中思诺化工有限公司)。

1.一种抗菌防水的牛仔面料，包括外层（1）和内层（2），外层（1）通过胶水粘贴在内层（2）的上面，所述外层（1）为绒面牛仔面料，内层（2）为纱布层，其特征在于，内层（2）的底面上设有一层混合有抗菌剂和防水剂的PU膜（3）；
  其中抗菌剂为抗菌整理剂ATB9800；防水剂为织物防水剂SINO-700。
