Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌聚氨酯合成革的生产方法,先将合成革基布在苯胺的氨水溶液中充分浸渍,然后加入过硫酸铵溶液继续浸渍处理,在合成革基布上原位生成聚苯胺,再将合成革基布先在硝酸银溶液中浸渍处理,然后在葡萄糖溶液中浸渍处理,在合成革基布上负载纳米银,将合成革基布取出并洗涤、烘干得到预处理基布,将水性聚氨酯浆料采用刮涂法涂覆于预处理基布表面,烘干后经过表面处理,得到抗菌聚氨酯合成革。本发明生产方法得到的抗菌聚氨酯合成革具有长期抗菌性能优良的特点,能有效延长抗菌聚氨酯合成革的使用寿命。

一种抗菌聚氨酯合成革的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及合成革技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌聚氨酯合成革的生产方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯合成革具有光泽柔和、自然,手感柔软,真皮感强的外观,具有与基材粘接性能优异、抗磨损、耐挠曲、抗老化等优异的机械性能,同时还具备耐寒性好、透气、可洗涤、加工方便、价格优廉等优点,性能比PVC革优良,是代替天然皮革较为理想的仿革制品,广泛应用于服装、制鞋、箱包、家具等行业。随着技术不断进步,普通的聚氨酯合成革已经不能满足人们的需要,开发适合市场需求的高性能多功能聚氨酯合成革,如抗菌聚氨酯合成革等已经成为现阶段的主流发展方向。
目前,生产抗菌聚氨酯合成革的主要方法是在合成革浆料中添加具有抗菌性能的添加剂,如化学抗菌剂、纳米抗菌剂等。由于这些抗菌剂在聚氨酯合成革内部的结合不够牢固,随着聚氨酯合成革的使用以及磨损,其极易发生失效或者流失,导致抗菌效果下降,影响了聚氨酯合成革的长期抗菌性能。因此,有必要对现有抗菌聚氨酯合成革的生产方法作出改进。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种长期抗菌性能好的抗菌聚氨酯合成革的生产方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗菌聚氨酯合成革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将100-120重量份水性聚氨酯、5-15重量份填料、2-5重量份水性色浆和0.2-0.5重量份消泡剂混合均匀,得到水性聚氨酯浆料;
(2)先向氨水溶液中加入相当于氨水溶液重量1-2%的苯胺单体混合均匀得到混合液,将基布在所述混合液浸渍1-2h,然后向混合液中加入相当于所述混合液体积5-10%的过硫酸铵溶液,继续将基布于25-30℃浸渍12-24h,然后将基布取出并洗涤、烘干,先在0.05-0.1mol/L的硝酸银溶液中浸渍处理12-24h,然后在0.01-0.05mol/L的葡萄糖溶液中于30-40℃浸渍处理0.5-1h,再次洗涤、烘干后得到预处理基布;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的水性聚氨酯浆料采用刮涂法涂覆于步骤(2)得到的预处理基布表面,烘干后经过表面处理,得到抗菌聚氨酯合成革。
所述水性聚氨酯的固含量为40-50%。
所述填料为碳酸钙或者白炭黑。
所述的氨水溶液浓度为0.1-0.15mol/L。
所述的过硫酸铵溶液浓度为10-15%。
所述步骤(3)中水性聚氨酯浆料在预处理基布表面的涂覆量为200-400g/m2
本发明的优点是:
本发明先将合成革基布在苯胺的氨水溶液中充分浸渍,然后加入过硫酸铵溶液继续浸渍处理,以过硫酸铵作为氧化剂,通过苯胺单体反应在合成革基布上原位生成聚苯胺,再将合成革基布先在硝酸银溶液中浸渍处理,利用聚苯胺对银离子的络合效应,在合成革基布上负载银离子,然后在葡萄糖溶液中浸渍处理,以葡萄糖为还原剂,将合成革基布上负载的银离子还原成纳米银,将合成革基布取出并洗涤、烘干得到预处理基布,将水性聚氨酯浆料采用刮涂法涂覆于预处理基布表面,烘干后经过表面处理,得到抗菌聚氨酯合成革。本发明通过在合成革基布上原位结合聚苯胺,既能提高合成革基布的化学稳定性以及对外界腐蚀的抵抗能力,又能通过络合以及还原反应,使纳米银稳定、牢固地结合在合成革基布上,在基布表面复合聚氨酯层后能很大程度上减少纳米银的流失,从而提高聚氨酯合成革的长期抗菌性能。本发明生产方法得到的抗菌聚氨酯合成革具有长期抗菌性能优良的特点,能有效延长抗菌聚氨酯合成革的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
一种抗菌聚氨酯合成革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将100重量份水性聚氨酯、5重量份填料、2重量份水性色浆和0.2重量份消泡剂混合均匀,得到水性聚氨酯浆料;
(2)先向氨水溶液中加入相当于氨水溶液重量1%的苯胺单体混合均匀得到混合液,将基布在所述混合液浸渍1h,然后向混合液中加入相当于所述混合液体积5%的过硫酸铵溶液,继续将基布于25℃浸渍12h,然后将基布取出并洗涤、烘干,先在0.05mol/L的硝酸银溶液中浸渍处理12h,然后在0.01mol/L的葡萄糖溶液中于30℃浸渍处理0.5h,再次洗涤、烘干后得到预处理基布;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的水性聚氨酯浆料采用刮涂法涂覆于步骤(2)得到的预处理基布表面,烘干后经过表面处理,得到抗菌聚氨酯合成革。
所述水性聚氨酯的固含量为40%。
所述填料为碳酸钙。
所述的氨水溶液浓度为0.1mol/L。
所述的过硫酸铵溶液浓度为10%。
所述步骤(3)中水性聚氨酯浆料在预处理基布表面的涂覆量为200g/m2

Claims (6)

1.一种抗菌聚氨酯合成革的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将100-120重量份水性聚氨酯、5-15重量份填料、2-5重量份水性色浆和0.2-0.5重量份消泡剂混合均匀,得到水性聚氨酯浆料;
(2)先向氨水溶液中加入相当于氨水溶液重量1-2%的苯胺单体混合均匀得到混合液,将基布在所述混合液浸渍1-2h,然后向混合液中加入相当于所述混合液体积5-10%的过硫酸铵溶液,继续将基布于25-30℃浸渍12-24h,然后将基布取出并洗涤、烘干,先在0.05-0.1mol/L的硝酸银溶液中浸渍处理12-24h,然后在0.01-0.05mol/L的葡萄糖溶液中于30-40℃浸渍处理0.5-1h,再次洗涤、烘干后得到预处理基布;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的水性聚氨酯浆料采用刮涂法涂覆于步骤(2)得到的
预处理基布表面,烘干后经过表面处理,得到抗菌聚氨酯合成革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌聚氨酯合成革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述水性聚氨酯的固含量为40-50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌聚氨酯合成革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述填料为碳酸钙或者白炭黑。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌聚氨酯合成革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的氨水溶液浓度为0.1-0.15mol/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌聚氨酯合成革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的过硫酸铵溶液浓度为10-15%。
