本发明涉及纺织加工领域,具体涉及一种衬布的生产工艺。
背景技术
现在随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对着装的要求,档次、品质、款式、舒适性、美观性等功能越来越高。服装离不开衬布,衬布是为了衬托面料,改善服装性能,对服装优美的外观起很大作用,促使服装具有完美的造型,衬布与面料有机的接触融为一体,可弥补面料所不足的性能。衬布不仅能赋于服装优美的造型,还有保型作用,并使服装有很好的耐穿性。目前的衬布仅起到承托面料,改善服装面料的性能,赋予服装“轻、薄、硬、挺、弹”的性能,然而其稳定性差,衬布于面料在长期储存后衬布的硬挺度降低,甚至会出现剥离的现象。
发明内容
基于上述背景,本发明公布一种衬布的生产工艺,步骤如下:
(1)预处理:将无纺布浸泡在温度为50°-70°,0.6%wt的中性洗涤液热水中,浸泡30min后,烘干备用,其中烘干温度与热水温度相同,减小无纺布的缩水率,防止变形;
(2)上浆:将调好的浆液涂在无纺胚布上,浆点附着量为3-5g/㎡;
(3)撒粉:采用撒粉机将胶粉撒在胚布的表面,胶粉为共聚酯胶粉与共聚酰胺胶粉,胶粉中混有硬挺整理剂,上胶量控制在5-8g/㎡,使胶粉和基布融合为整体;
(4)吸粉:通过吸粉装置将没有和底浆粘合的点与点间多余胶粉吸走;
(5)烘烤:将吸粉后的基布通过烘箱红外烘干烧结,烘干烧结温度控制在150℃~180℃,车速控制在25m/min~35m/min;
(6)冷却:冷却装置冷却,冷却之后采用拉幅定型机进行拉幅定型;
(7)收卷:将拉幅定型后的基布采用冷却装置冷却,卷布架卷取。
进一步地,步骤(2)中的浆液采用ATB-BOD ACD无粉底浆(德国波美化工助剂公司)。
进一步地,步骤(3)中的硬挺整理剂包括丙烯酸丁酯:甲基丙烯酸甲酯:苯乙烯:丙烯酸=48:27:12:3,乳化剂4%,过硫酸铵0.4%、碳酸氢钠0.4%、十二烷基硫酸5%、阴非离子乳化剂质量比3:1,在80℃-100℃的温度下聚合而成;该硬挺整理剂分别以丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯为主软单体和硬单体,以丙烯酸为功能体,优化硬挺整理剂的合成成分,并在在上述反应条件下合成,能够使衬布的抗弯强度显著提高。
进一步地,步骤(3)中的硬挺整理剂为比例为1:3的脲醛树脂胶和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂胶混合物,硬挺整理剂中还混有5.0%-7.0%的甲醛吸收剂。
进一步地,所述甲醛吸收剂包括多元醇32%-40%、有机过氧化物15%-20%、氨基磺酸盐18%、双氧水2%-5%、稳定剂15%、杂醇油2%-18%,该甲醛吸收剂不影响衬布的性能,储存6个月后粘度降低11%,仍在使用要求的范围内,无浑浊、凝胶化现象,能够消除产品中残存的甲醛,而且能够吸收存储过程中进一步释放的甲醛。
进一步地,所述稳定剂采用MIRAPLAST LSF24(滑爽剂,德国波美化工助剂公司),稳定剂MIRAPLAST LSF24具有假塑弾性和粘弹性以及内润滑作用,能够很容易地融入图层浆料内,使涂层浆料更滑,减少浆料与机器设备之间的摩擦。
根据上述任一项所述的浆液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:丙烯酸丁脂40%-50%、甲基丙烯酸酯甲酯4%、苯乙烯4%、聚氨酯16%、反应性有机硅6%、交联剂2%、中和反应乳化剂2%、过硫酸铵10%、丙烯酸3%、活性剂1%、去离子水,在50°的恒温条件下搅拌20min,自然冷却备用。
进一步地,所述浆液中还混有4%-6%的稳定剂MIRAPLAST LSF24(滑爽剂,德国波美化工助剂公司)。
本发明优化衬布的生产工艺,调整硬挺整理剂的合成成分,优化整理效果,增强衬布的硬挺度和弹性。

预处理:将无纺布浸泡在温度为50°-70°,0.6%wt的中性洗涤液热水中,浸泡30min后,烘干备用,其中烘干温度与热水温度相同,减小无纺布的缩水率,防止变形;
上浆:将调好的浆液涂在无纺胚布上,浆点附着量为3-5g/㎡;
撒粉:采用撒粉机将胶粉撒在胚布的表面,胶粉为共聚酯胶粉与共聚酰胺胶粉,胶粉中混有硬挺整理剂,上胶量控制在5-8g/㎡,使胶粉和基布融合为整体;
吸粉:通过吸粉装置将没有和底浆粘合的点与点间多余胶粉吸走;
烘烤:将吸粉后的基布通过烘箱红外烘干烧结,烘干烧结温度控制在150℃~180℃,车速控制在25m/min~35m/min;
冷却:冷却装置冷却,冷却之后采用拉幅定型机进行拉幅定型;
收卷:将拉幅定型后的基布采用冷却装置冷却,卷布架卷取。

7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的浆液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:丙烯酸丁脂40%-50%、甲基丙烯酸酯甲酯4%、苯乙烯4%、聚氨酯16%、反应性有机硅6%、交联剂2%、中和反应乳化剂2%、过硫酸铵10%、丙烯酸3%、活性剂1%、去离子水,在50°的恒温条件下搅拌20min,自然冷却备用。
8.根据权利要求8所述的浆液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浆液中还混有4%-6%的稳定剂MIRAPLAST LSF24(滑爽剂,德国波美化工助剂公司)。
