Abstract
本发明公开了一种防滑高光充皮纸的生产方法,包括原充皮底纸的选择、浸渍加工、一次整饰、底涂、一次面涂、二次整饰、二次面涂、上上光油、上防滑光油和压纹;所述的一次面涂和二次面涂均采用凹版满版涂布的方式将面涂水墨涂布在纸面上,其中,干燥温度为110‑120℃,车速为20‑60m/min。本发明生产方过程简单,成本低,制作的充皮纸具有防滑的功能性特点,同时表面光亮度高,既有皮亮感,纸质柔软疏松感,可任意折叠揉搓,光泽漂亮,色泽亮丽,档次高,能使产品保持稳定不滑动,可以很好的吸附在承载物上,同时不反粘。

本发明涉及充皮纸生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种防滑高光充皮纸的生产方法。
背景技术
随着汽车、高铁和飞机的日益普及,速度也越来越快,放置其上的物品较容易出现不稳定易滑落的问题,而现在包装纸用在生活的各个方面,放置稳定性的问题也越来越引起人们的重视。同时在日常生活中也对包装用纸的防滑性要求也日益提高,能在一定斜度的版面上保持稳定不滑落;而现有的纸张其防滑性、耐污和耐水性都不甚理想。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种防滑高光充皮纸的生产方法,其制备方法简单,成本低,得到的充皮纸既有皮质感,柔软疏松感,可任意折叠,又有强烈的金属感和厚重感,光泽漂亮,同时防滑性能好,耐污和耐水性能优异。
本发明提出的一种防滑高光充皮纸的生产方法,包括原充皮底纸的选择、浸渍加工、一次整饰、底涂、一次面涂、二次整饰、二次面涂、上上光油、上防滑光油和压纹;所述的一次面涂和二次面涂均采用凹版满版涂布的方式将面涂水墨涂布在纸面上,其中,干燥温度为110-120℃,车速为20-60m/min。
优选地,所述的原充皮底纸的选择是选用的纤维原料和重量配比为针叶木浆65-75%、化学纤维25-35%,经浆板的疏解处理,处理后的浆料叩解度15-20°SR,然后经配料、浆料的输送、经斜网抄造成型、干燥脱水、分卷卷取而成。
优选地,原充皮底纸的克重为105-130g/m2。
优选地,所述的浸渍加工包括浸渍染色和浸渍胶乳两个同时进行的过程;具体工艺是将原充皮底纸在含有浸渍液的浸渍槽中通过,对原充皮底纸进行染色和软化处理,使其获得所需颜色和皮质的柔软蓬松感;其中,浸渍量为15-25%,浸渍液为丁苯胶乳、蓬松剂、染料及水的混合液,挤压辊压力为2.2-3kg/cm2,干燥温度为120-135℃。
优选地,所述底涂是在一次整饰后的纸张表面用配制好的底涂涂料进行涂布处理,涂布方式为凹版滚涂,底涂涂料为丙烯酸酯涂料。
优选地,所述丙烯酸酯涂料其原料按重量份包括:水性丙烯酸酯乳液30-50份、环氧树脂10-15份、硼酸0.2-0.5份、水溶性硅溶胶3-10份、聚乙烯醇树脂2-5份、水性聚氨酯3-12份、水30-50份、碳酸钠0.5-2份、润湿剂0.2-0.5份、消泡剂0.1-0.5份。
优选地,所述水性丙烯酸酯乳液按照以下工艺进行制备:
S1、按重量份将0.05-0.1份十二烷基硫酸钠、0.05-0.1份烷基酚醚磺基琥珀酸酯钠盐加入50-60份水中搅拌均匀,然后加入20-35份苯乙烯、10-50份丙烯酸正丁酯、3-15份丙烯酸、2-10份甲基丙烯酸-2,2,2-三氟乙酯、1-10份叔碳酸乙烯酯,搅拌3-5h得到物料A;
S2、按重量份将0.1-0.2份碳酸氢钠、0.1-0.5份过硫酸铵加入20-35份水中得到物料B;
S3、在氮气的保护下,按重量份将10-15份物料B加入反应装置中,升温至70-80℃,然后同时加入20-35份物料B、50-80份物料A和0.1-0.5份双丙酮丙烯酰胺,搅拌反应30-80min,静置20-35min,然后再加入5-20份物料B、30-50份物料A和2-10份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,升温至90-98℃搅拌反应20-35min,然后调节体系的pH值为7,降温、出料得到水性丙烯酸酯乳液。
优选地,在上上光油过程中,干燥温度为110-120℃,车速为20-60m/min,所述上光油为丙烯酸树脂、消泡剂、流平剂组成的水性光油。
优选地,在上防滑光油过程中,干燥温度为105-135℃,车速为5-20m/min,所用防滑光油其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂40-50份、环氧改性丙烯酸树脂20-35份、硅溶胶2-10份、聚乙烯醇树脂2-10份、硼酸2-5份、1,1,2,2-四氢全氟癸基甲基丙烯酸酯4-15份、甲基丙烯酸-3-三甲氧基硅丙酯1-5份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯4-20份、双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯5-15份、对二甲氨基苯甲酸异辛酯0.1-0.5份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯酯化叔胺0.05-0.2份、流平剂0.1-1份、消泡剂0.1-0.5份、二苯甲酮1-4份、纳米碳酸钙2-5份、纳米二氧化钛1-3份。
优选地,所述压纹是将已上防滑光油的纸张经压纹机进行压纹处理,压纹车速为25-40m/min,压力为5-8kg/cm2,压纹温度为25-35℃,最后干燥、卷取成品。
优选地,浸渍过程中,浸渍液中,丁苯胶乳、蓬松剂、染料、水的重量配比为40-60:1-3:4-10:20-40。
防滑光油的原料中,所述三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯酯化叔胺,由三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯与二乙胺,在30-80℃的温度下反应2-6小时制成。
本发明所述防滑高光充皮纸的生产方法,其过程简单,成本低,得到的充皮纸具有防滑的功能性特点,同时表面光亮度高,既有皮亮感,纸质柔软疏松感,可任意折叠揉搓,光泽漂亮,色泽亮丽,档次高,为水性环保型高档充皮纸;被使用在汽车,高铁等高速运动的场合用到的各类高档礼品盒、珠宝盒、首饰盒、书籍、画册的装帧封面、高级酒盒、茶叶盒、笔记本等,使产品保持稳定不滑动,可以很好的吸附在承载物上,同时不反粘;在优选方式中,所述丙烯酸涂料的原料中加入了环氧树脂、硼酸、水溶性硅溶胶、聚乙烯醇树脂、水性聚氨酯对水性丙烯酸酯乳液进行了改性,在涂料制备的过程中,其中的聚乙烯醇树脂与硼酸交联形成网状结构,从而将环氧树脂、水溶性硅溶胶、水性聚氨酯包覆在了体系中,提高了涂料的强度和耐水性,并且对底纸具有优异的封闭性能,在所述水性丙烯酸酯乳液的制备过程中,加入了双丙酮丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,其参与了反应,形成了嵌段的梳形结构,与底纸的纤维表面形成强烈的氢键作用,增强了纸张的表面强度,同时减少掉毛掉粉现象,同时改善纸张的涂布光泽;所用防滑光油的原料中加入了聚乙烯醇树脂和硼酸,形成了网络结构,提高了纸张的强度,同时加入了1,1,2,2-四氢全氟癸基甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸-3-三甲氧基硅丙酯与硅溶胶,在保持光油光泽度、硬度、耐磨性的同时,提高了其耐水性和耐热性,同时提高了其抗菌性耐污性。

实施例1

其中,所述的原充皮底纸的选择是选用的纤维原料和重量配比为针叶木浆65%、化学纤维35%,经浆板的疏解处理,处理后的浆料叩解度15°SR,然后经配料、浆料的输送、经斜网抄造成型、干燥脱水、分卷卷取而成;
原充皮底纸的克重为130g/m2;
所述的浸渍加工包括浸渍染色和浸渍胶乳两个同时进行的过程;具体工艺是将原充皮底纸在含有浸渍液的浸渍槽中通过,对原充皮底纸进行染色和软化处理,使其获得所需颜色和皮质的柔软蓬松感;其中,浸渍量为15%,浸渍液为丁苯胶乳、蓬松剂、染料及水的混合液,挤压辊压力为3kg/cm2,干燥温度为120℃;浸渍液中,丁苯胶乳、蓬松剂、染料、水的重量配比为60:1:10:20;
所述底涂是在一次整饰后的纸张表面用配制好的底涂涂料进行涂布处理,涂布方式为凹版滚涂,底涂涂料为丙烯酸酯涂料;
所述丙烯酸酯涂料其原料按重量份包括:水性丙烯酸酯乳液30份、环氧树脂15份、硼酸0.2份、水溶性硅溶胶10份、聚乙烯醇树脂2份、水性聚氨酯12份、水30份、碳酸钠2份、润湿剂0.2份、消泡剂0.5份;
所述水性丙烯酸酯乳液按照以下工艺进行制备:
S1、按重量份将0.05份十二烷基硫酸钠、0.1份烷基酚醚磺基琥珀酸酯钠盐加入50份水中搅拌均匀,然后加入35份苯乙烯、10份丙烯酸正丁酯、15份丙烯酸、2份甲基丙烯酸-2,2,2-三氟乙酯、10份叔碳酸乙烯酯,搅拌3h得到物料A;
S2、按重量份将0.2份碳酸氢钠、0.1份过硫酸铵加入35份水中得到物料B;
S3、在氮气的保护下,按重量份将10份物料B加入反应装置中,升温至80℃,然后同时加入20份物料B、80份物料A和0.1份双丙酮丙烯酰胺,搅拌反应80min,静置20min,然后再加入20份物料B、30份物料A和10份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,升温至90℃搅拌反应35min,然后调节体系的pH值为7,降温、出料得到水性丙烯酸酯乳液;
在上上光油过程中,干燥温度为110℃,车速为60m/min,所述上光油为丙烯酸树脂、消泡剂、流平剂组成的水性光油;
在上防滑光油过程中,干燥温度为105℃,车速为20m/min,所用防滑光油其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂40份、环氧改性丙烯酸树脂35份、硅溶胶2份、聚乙烯醇树脂10份、硼酸2份、1,1,2,2-四氢全氟癸基甲基丙烯酸酯4份、甲基丙烯酸-3-三甲氧基硅丙酯1份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯20份、双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯5份、对二甲氨基苯甲酸异辛酯0.5份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯酯化叔胺0.05份、流平剂1份、消泡剂0.1份、二苯甲酮4份、纳米碳酸钙2份、纳米二氧化钛3份;
所述压纹是将已上防滑光油的纸张经压纹机进行压纹处理,压纹车速为25m/min,压力为8kg/cm2,压纹温度为25℃,最后干燥、卷取成品。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种防滑高光充皮纸的生产方法,包括原充皮底纸的选择、浸渍加工、一次整饰、底涂、一次面涂、二次整饰、二次面涂、上上光油、上防滑光油和压纹;所述的一次面涂和二次面涂均采用凹版满版涂布的方式将面涂水墨涂布在纸面上;其中,面涂水墨中色粉含量占10wt%,面涂层涂料总绝干量为5g,干燥温度为113℃,车速为50m/min;
其中,所述的原充皮底纸的选择是选用的纤维原料和重量配比为针叶木浆75%、化学纤维25%,经浆板的疏解处理,处理后的浆料叩解度20°SR,然后经配料、浆料的输送、经斜网抄造成型、干燥脱水、分卷卷取而成;
原充皮底纸的克重为105g/m2;
所述的浸渍加工包括浸渍染色和浸渍胶乳两个同时进行的过程;具体工艺是将原充皮底纸在含有浸渍液的浸渍槽中通过,对原充皮底纸进行染色和软化处理,使其获得所需颜色和皮质的柔软蓬松感;其中,浸渍量为25%,浸渍液为丁苯胶乳、蓬松剂、染料及水的混合液,挤压辊压力为2.2kg/cm2,干燥温度135℃;
浸渍液中,丁苯胶乳、蓬松剂、染料、水的重量配比为40:3:4:40;
所述底涂是在一次整饰后的纸张表面用配制好的底涂涂料进行涂布处理,涂布方式为凹版滚涂,底涂涂料为丙烯酸酯涂料;
所述丙烯酸酯涂料其原料按重量份包括:水性丙烯酸酯乳液50份、环氧树脂10份、硼酸0.5份、水溶性硅溶胶3份、聚乙烯醇树脂5份、水性聚氨酯3份、水50份、碳酸钠0.5份、润湿剂0.5份、消泡剂0.1份;
所述水性丙烯酸酯乳液按照以下工艺进行制备:
S1、按重量份将0.1份十二烷基硫酸钠、0.05份烷基酚醚磺基琥珀酸酯钠盐加入60份水中搅拌均匀,然后加入20份苯乙烯、50份丙烯酸正丁酯、3份丙烯酸、10份甲基丙烯酸-2,2,2-三氟乙酯、1份叔碳酸乙烯酯,搅拌5h得到物料A;
S2、按重量份将0.1份碳酸氢钠、0.5份过硫酸铵加入20份水中得到物料B;
S3、在氮气的保护下,按重量份将15份物料B加入反应装置中,升温至70℃,然后同时加入35份物料B、50份物料A和0.5份双丙酮丙烯酰胺,搅拌反应30min,静置35min,然后再加入5份物料B、50份物料A和2份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,升温至98℃搅拌反应20min,然后调节体系的pH值为7,降温、出料得到水性丙烯酸酯乳液;
在上上光油过程中,干燥温度为120℃,车速为20m/min,所述上光油为丙烯酸树脂、消泡剂、流平剂组成的水性光油;

本发明提出的一种防滑高光充皮纸的生产方法,包括原充皮底纸的选择、浸渍加工、一次整饰、底涂、一次面涂、二次整饰、二次面涂、上上光油、上防滑光油和压纹;所述的一次面涂和二次面涂均采用凹版满版涂布的方式将面涂水墨涂布在纸面上;其中,面涂水墨中色粉含量占7.5wt%,面涂层涂料总绝干量为8.3g,干燥温度为117℃,车速为45m/min;
其中,所述的原充皮底纸的选择是选用的纤维原料和重量配比为针叶木浆70%、化学纤维30%,经浆板的疏解处理,处理后的浆料叩解度18°SR,然后经配料、浆料的输送、经斜网抄造成型、干燥脱水、分卷卷取而成;
原充皮底纸的克重为122g/m2;
所述的浸渍加工包括浸渍染色和浸渍胶乳两个同时进行的过程;具体工艺是将原充皮底纸在含有浸渍液的浸渍槽中通过,对原充皮底纸进行染色和软化处理,使其获得所需颜色和皮质的柔软蓬松感;其中,浸渍量为19%,浸渍液为丁苯胶乳、蓬松剂、染料及水的混合液,挤压辊压力为2.7kg/cm2,干燥温度128℃;
浸渍液中,丁苯胶乳、蓬松剂、染料、水的重量配比为55:2:7:31;
所述底涂是在一次整饰后的纸张表面用配制好的底涂涂料进行涂布处理,涂布方式为凹版滚涂,底涂涂料为丙烯酸酯涂料;
所述丙烯酸酯涂料其原料按重量份包括:水性丙烯酸酯乳液36份、环氧树脂12份、硼酸0.28份、水溶性硅溶胶7份、聚乙烯醇树脂3.8份、水性聚氨酯10份、水45份、碳酸钠1.3份、润湿剂0.27份、消泡剂0.25份;
所述水性丙烯酸酯乳液按照以下工艺进行制备:
S1、按重量份将0.06份十二烷基硫酸钠、0.07份烷基酚醚磺基琥珀酸酯钠盐加入55份水中搅拌均匀,然后加入30份苯乙烯、28份丙烯酸正丁酯、11份丙烯酸、7.5份甲基丙烯酸-2,2,2-三氟乙酯、6.3份叔碳酸乙烯酯,搅拌4.2h得到物料A;
S2、按重量份将0.16份碳酸氢钠、0.38份过硫酸铵加入28份水中得到物料B;
S3、在氮气的保护下,按重量份将12份物料B加入反应装置中,升温至78℃,然后同时加入28份物料B、70份物料A和0.35份双丙酮丙烯酰胺,搅拌反应50min,静置27min,然后再加入12份物料B、38份物料A和7.8份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,升温至93℃搅拌反应30min,然后调节体系的pH值为7,降温、出料得到水性丙烯酸酯乳液;
在上上光油过程中,干燥温度为112℃,车速为47m/min,所述上光油为丙烯酸树脂、消泡剂、流平剂组成的水性光油;
在上防滑光油过程中,干燥温度为130℃,车速为12m/min,所用防滑光油其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂47份、环氧改性丙烯酸树脂28份、硅溶胶6.3份、聚乙烯醇树脂5.8份、硼酸3.7份、1,1,2,2-四氢全氟癸基甲基丙烯酸酯9份、甲基丙烯酸-3-三甲氧基硅丙酯3.8份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯16份、双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯12份、对二甲氨基苯甲酸异辛酯0.18份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯酯化叔胺0.015份、流平剂0.75份、消泡剂0.37份、二苯甲酮3.8份、纳米碳酸钙3.2份、纳米二氧化钛2.7份;
所述压纹是将已上防滑光油的纸张经压纹机进行压纹处理,压纹车速为31m/min,压力为6.2kg/cm2,压纹温度为28℃,最后干燥、卷取成品。

2.根据权利要求1所述防滑高光充皮纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的原充皮底纸的选择是选用的纤维原料和重量配比为针叶木浆65-75%、化学纤维25-35%,经浆板的疏解处理,处理后的浆料叩解度15-20°SR,然后经配料、浆料的输送、经斜网抄造成型、干燥脱水、分卷卷取而成。

4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述防滑高光充皮纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的浸渍加工包括浸渍染色和浸渍胶乳两个同时进行的过程;具体工艺是将原充皮底纸在含有浸渍液的浸渍槽中通过,对原充皮底纸进行染色和软化处理,使其获得所需颜色和皮质的柔软蓬松感;其中,浸渍量为15-25%,浸渍液为丁苯胶乳、蓬松剂、染料及水的混合液,挤压辊压力为2.2-3kg/cm2,干燥温度为120-135℃。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述防滑高光充皮纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述底涂是在一次整饰后的纸张表面用配制好的底涂涂料进行涂布处理,涂布方式为凹版滚涂,底涂涂料为丙烯酸酯涂料。
6.根据权利要求5所述防滑高光充皮纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸酯涂料其原料按重量份包括:水性丙烯酸酯乳液30-50份、环氧树脂10-15份、硼酸0.2-0.5份、水溶性硅溶胶3-10份、聚乙烯醇树脂2-5份、水性聚氨酯3-12份、水30-50份、碳酸钠0.5-2份、润湿剂0.2-0.5份、消泡剂0.1-0.5份。
7.根据权利要求6所述防滑高光充皮纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述水性丙烯酸酯乳液按照以下工艺进行制备:
S1、按重量份将0.05-0.1份十二烷基硫酸钠、0.05-0.1份烷基酚醚磺基琥珀酸酯钠盐加入50-60份水中搅拌均匀,然后加入20-35份苯乙烯、10-50份丙烯酸正丁酯、3-15份丙烯酸、2-10份甲基丙烯酸-2,2,2-三氟乙酯、1-10份叔碳酸乙烯酯,搅拌3-5h得到物料A;
S2、按重量份将0.1-0.2份碳酸氢钠、0.1-0.5份过硫酸铵加入20-35份水中得到物料B;
S3、在氮气的保护下,按重量份将10-15份物料B加入反应装置中,升温至70-80℃,然后同时加入20-35份物料B、50-80份物料A和0.1-0.5份双丙酮丙烯酰胺,搅拌反应30-80min,静置20-35min,然后再加入5-20份物料B、30-50份物料A和2-10份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,升温至90-98℃搅拌反应20-35min,然后调节体系的pH值为7,降温、出料得到水性丙烯酸酯乳液。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述防滑高光充皮纸的生产方法,其特征在于,在上上光油过程中,干燥温度为110-120℃,车速为20-60m/min,所述上光油为丙烯酸树脂、消泡剂、流平剂组成的水性光油。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述防滑高光充皮纸的生产方法,其特征在于,在上防滑光油过程中,干燥温度为105-135℃,车速为5-20m/min,所用防滑光油其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂40-50份、环氧改性丙烯酸树脂20-35份、硅溶胶2-10份、聚乙烯醇树脂2-10份、硼酸2-5份、1,1,2,2-四氢全氟癸基甲基丙烯酸酯4-15份、甲基丙烯酸-3-三甲氧基硅丙酯1-5份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯4-20份、双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯5-15份、对二甲氨基苯甲酸异辛酯0.1-0.5份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯酯化叔胺0.05-0.2份、流平剂0.1-1份、消泡剂0.1-0.5份、二苯甲酮1-4份、纳米碳酸钙2-5份、纳米二氧化钛1-3份。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述防滑高光充皮纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述压纹是将已上防滑光油的纸张经压纹机进行压纹处理,压纹车速为25-40m/min,压力为5-8kg/cm2,压纹温度为25-35℃,最后干燥、卷取成品。
