技术领域
本发明涉及合成革领域,特别涉及一种镜面合成革的生产工艺。
背景技术
聚氨酯人造革和合成革,由于其性能接近真皮皮革,近年来在国内得到了迅猛的发展,提高产品质量、开发新品种,成为各PU革生产厂家努力的方向,关于PU个的生产工艺。
镜面革是指用镜面离型纸生产的PU革,因表面平滑光亮而得名,这种革主要用于女装、鞋和手袋等方面,由于其色泽艳丽而受到女性的青睐。
公开号为102535187A的中国专利公开了一种无折痕超纤镜面合成革的制作方法,其工艺步骤依次为:将超纤底基通过镜面压花辊与热熔胶TPU膜复合,在超纤表面形成一层无折痕皮膜,制得超纤半成品,将镜面离型纸依次通过一号、二号、三号涂布头,在其表面依次涂布一层面料、中层料、底料→将涂有面料、中层料和底料的镜面离型纸进行预热处理,然后将处理过的超纤半成品与涂有面料、中层料及底料的离型纸相结合,再经过烘箱进行烘干处理制得成品。
在上述的生产步骤中,在镜面离型纸上涂覆面料、中料和底料,最后将镜面离型纸与超纤半成品相结合,其中在涂覆每一层浆料时都需要烘干再涂覆下一层,然后在将离型纸和超纤半成品相结合是需要对离型纸和超纤半成品均预热,然后贴合,该种操作工艺在加工时会使得生产工艺路线延长,造成能源的浪费。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种镜面合成革的生产工艺,通过上述工艺生产镜面合成革能够减少工序,节约能源。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种镜面合成革的生产工艺,包括如下步骤的生产工艺;
步骤1:准备基布、配制湿法浆料和干法浆料;
步骤2:基布开卷经储布架到达涂布机上涂覆湿法浆料、凝固槽凝固、水洗、烘干、冷却后收卷生成贝斯;
步骤3:在离型纸上涂覆干法浆料后烘干;
步骤4:步骤3中离型纸烘干后继续复涂干法浆料后烘半干;
步骤5:烘半干后的离型纸与贝斯层贴合,经烘箱干燥;
步骤6:干燥后将离型纸剥离,干法浆料粘贴在贝斯上;
步骤7:收卷。
通过上述技术方案,首先在基布层上涂覆湿法浆料能够生成湿法贝斯,湿法贝斯就能够赋予基布层柔软、抗磨损、耐挠曲性能优异的机械性能,而其与基布能够粘接牢固,然后在凝固槽预凝固能够实现涂覆在基布表面的湿法浆料能够渗透到基布中,能够赋予基布柔软的质感,增强基布的性能,而水洗一方面是用于提高底布的湿度,另一方面能够除去含浸浆料中的部分能溶于水的物质,然后在经过烘干、冷却和收卷的过程则完成了贝斯的生产工艺;而之后再在离型纸上涂覆干法浆料,然后将离型纸上的干法浆料烘干后再继续涂覆一层干法浆料,干法浆料烘半干,烘半干的离型纸上的干法浆料还具备有一定的粘度,将其与贝斯层贴合,然后经烘箱干燥,则贝斯层上的湿法浆料就会熔融,更好的与干法浆料粘合,干燥后的贴合的贝斯和离型纸在分开后,离型纸上的干法浆料就会转移到贝斯层上。通过上述步骤生产出来的镜面合成革由于在涂覆干法浆料时的先烘干、在半烘干,最后在烘干的过程使得镜面离型纸更加透亮,而且耐曲折性优良。
本发明进一步设置为:步骤1中的基布设置为超细纤维基布。
通过上述技术方案,超细纤维由于纤度极细,大大降低了丝的刚度,作成织物手感极为柔软,纤维细还可增加丝的层状结构,增大比表面积和毛细效应,使纤维内部反射光在表面分布更细腻,使之具有真丝般的高雅光泽,并有良好的吸湿散湿性,用超细纤维作成服装,舒适、美观、保暖、透气,有较好的悬垂性和丰满度,在疏水和防污性方面也有明显提高,利用比表面积大及松软特点可以设计不同的组织结构使之更多地吸收阳光热能或更快散失体温起到冬暖夏凉的作用。
本发明进一步设置为:步骤1中的湿法浆料包括有如下重量份数的组分:80~120份的聚氨酯树脂,150~200份的DMF,5~10份的木质粉,5~10份的碳酸钙,3~5份的色浆。
通过上述技术方案,其中DMF用作溶剂溶解聚氨酯树脂,使得聚氨酯树脂溶解而具备一定的粘度,而将聚氨酯树脂涂覆在超细纤维基布的表面能够形成聚氨酯填充纤维的符合材料,聚氨酯以连续发泡的形式包覆在纤维的外部,形成以立体网络结构的聚氨酯树脂包覆的复合立体网络结构,加入木质粉能够降低产品的成本,又能够在凝固的过程中起到骨架的作用,加入碳酸钙不仅能够降低产品的成本,还能够作为消光剂使用,使镜面合成革越来越接近于天然皮革,加入色浆能够使得镜面合成革具有不同的色泽满足消费者的不同需求。
本发明进一步设置为:步骤1中的干法浆料包括有如下重量份数的组分:1~1.5份水性聚氨酯树脂,0.05~0.2份DMF,0.5~1份丙酮,0.5~1份聚四氟乙烯,0.1~0.5份聚丙烯酰胺,0.1~0.2份的芥酸酰胺,0.01~0.05份色浆。
通过上述技术方案,水性聚氨酯树脂是一种阴离子型的水性分散液,柔软性好,具有优异的附着力,镜面效果特别好,耐弯曲性能好,拉伸不断裂,环保无毒害,加入的DMF和丙酮能够使得使得水性聚氨酯树脂具有不同的粘度,加入的聚四氟乙烯能够改善涂覆在离型纸上的干法浆料层的耐磨性能,使得镜面合成革具有优良的耐磨性能,而聚丙烯酰胺是由丙烯酰胺(AM)单体经自由基引发聚合而成的水溶性线性高分子聚合物,具有良好的絮凝性,可以降低液体之间的摩擦阻力,也能降低含浸浆料涂层出现的起层脱皮现象,同时聚丙烯酰胺和聚四氟乙烯间存在复合的作用效果,能够使得合成革的耐磨性和耐折性均有所增强;芥酸酰胺是由单一不饱和C22芥酸制得,不会散发到空气中,组分中加入芥草酰胺或油酸酰胺能够实现合成革性状稳定,使得合成革的表面具有光滑的质感,而色浆能够赋予合成革不同的色泽,满足消费者不同的需求。
本发明进一步设置为:步骤2中凝固槽中的凝固液包括体积比为1:(3~5)的DMF和水。
通过上述技术方案,预凝固在DMF的水溶液,能够加速湿法浆料在底布上的凝固,而且DMF与水的重量分数比为1:(3~5),少量的DMF也能够对湿法浆料起到溶解的作用,能够使得聚氨酯树脂进一步的渗透到基布的中心,产品的性能好。
本发明进一步设置为:步骤2中的烘干温度为170~210℃,烘干时间为5~8min。
通过上述技术方案,由于产品经过水洗的过程,所以需要对其进行烘干,选择温度在该范围内,方面能够快速的除去水分,另一方面也能够出去水洗未洗出的残留的DMF。
本发明进一步设置为:步骤3和步骤4中的干法浆料的涂覆厚度均为0.1~0.2mm。
通过上述技术方案,两次涂覆干法浆料的厚度均为0.1~0.2mm,经过实验验证,厚度保持在该范围内,其干燥后的表面具备较强的光亮度。
本发明进一步设置为:步骤3中的烘干温度为125~145℃,烘干时间为5~8min。
通过上述技术方案,烘干温度设置为125~145℃,能够使得干法浆料与离型纸充分贴合,而且烘干温度较高,也能使得干法浆料熔融时,能够在离型纸的表面涂覆的更加均匀。
本发明进一步设置为:步骤4中的烘半干温度为90~110℃,烘干时间为4~5min。
通过上述技术方案,此时烘干是用于除去干法浆料中的DMF和丙酮,而且烘干温度低,形成半烘干状态,一方面是使得离型纸上的湿法浆料初步凝固,另一方面半烘干的状态则离型纸表面上的干法浆料还具有一定的粘度,则能与贝斯层粘接,而且此时第一次涂覆的干法浆料也会在半烘干的状态下进一步的熔融,并且与第二次涂覆的干法浆料粘接,第一次涂覆的干法浆料经过两次的烘干,耐曲折性会增强。
本发明进一步设置为:步骤5中的烘干温度为120~140℃,烘干时间为5~10min。
通过上述技术方案,烘干的温度设置为120~140℃,则能够使得贝斯层上的聚氨酯树脂也发生熔融,熔融的树脂就能够与离型纸上的半干的干法浆料粘合,粘合的更加紧密,而且在烘干的过程中还能够除去一些未挥发的溶剂。
综上所述,本发明对比于现有技术的有益效果为:
1、使用该方法生产镜面合成革,工艺中只需要在离型纸上涂覆两层干法浆料就能够产生出较为优良的镜面合成革,镜面合成革具有高透亮,耐曲折的特点;
2、工艺路线简单,贝斯层与离型纸之间贴合紧密,生成的镜面合成革的表面平整;
3、干法浆料组分中的聚丙烯酰胺和聚四氟乙烯之间存在的符合的作用效果,使得合成革的耐磨性,耐折性优异,合成革质量优质。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1~5和对比例1~2中的水性聚氨酯树脂是由聚醚多元醇、脂肪族异氰酸酯、水组成。
步骤3和步骤4中的干法浆料的涂覆厚度均为0.15mm。
一种镜面合成革的生产工艺
实施例1
步骤1:准备基布、配制湿法浆料和干法浆料,其中湿法浆料包括有如下重量份的组分,80份的聚氨酯树脂,150份的DMF,5份的木质粉,5份的碳酸钙,3份的色浆,干法浆料包括有如下重量份的组分,100份水性聚氨酯树脂,5份DMF,5份丙酮,5聚四氟乙烯,1份聚丙烯酰胺,1份的芥酸酰胺,1份色浆;
步骤2:基布开卷经储布架到达涂布机上涂覆湿法浆料、体积比为1:3的DMF和水的混合液的凝固槽凝固、水洗、170℃下烘5min、冷却后收卷生成贝斯;
步骤3:在离型纸上涂覆干法浆料后125℃下烘5min;
步骤4:烘干后继续复涂干法浆料后90℃下烘4min呈半干;
步骤5:烘半干后的离型纸与贝斯层贴合,经烘箱120℃下烘5min;
步骤6:干燥后将离型纸剥离,干法浆料粘贴在贝斯上;
步骤7:收卷。
实施例2
步骤1:准备基布、配制湿法浆料和干法浆料,其中湿法浆料包括有如下重量份的组分,90份的聚氨酯树脂,160份的DMF,6份的木质粉,6份的碳酸钙,4份的色浆,干法浆料包括有如下重量份的组分,110份水性聚氨酯树脂,7份DMF,6份丙酮,6聚四氟乙烯,2份聚丙烯酰胺,2份的芥酸酰胺,2份色浆;
步骤2:基布开卷经储布架到达涂布机上涂覆湿法浆料、体积比为1:4的DMF和水的混合液的凝固槽凝固、水洗、180℃下烘6min、冷却后收卷生成贝斯;
步骤3:在离型纸上涂覆干法浆料后130℃下烘6min;
步骤4:烘干后继续复涂干法浆料后95℃下烘5min呈半干;
步骤5:烘半干后的离型纸与贝斯层贴合,经烘箱130℃下烘6min;
步骤6:干燥后将离型纸剥离,干法浆料粘贴在贝斯上;
步骤7:收卷。
实施例3
步骤1:准备基布、配制湿法浆料和干法浆料,其中湿法浆料包括有如下重量份的组分,100份的聚氨酯树脂,175份的DMF,7.5份的木质粉,7.5份的碳酸钙,5份的色浆,干法浆料包括有如下重量份的组分,125份水性聚氨酯树脂,10份DMF,7.5份丙酮,7.5聚四氟乙烯,3份聚丙烯酰胺,1份的芥酸酰胺,3份色浆;
步骤2:基布开卷经储布架到达涂布机上涂覆湿法浆料、体积比为1:5的DMF和水的混合液的凝固槽凝固、水洗、190℃下烘7min、冷却后收卷生成贝斯;
步骤3:在离型纸上涂覆干法浆料后135℃下烘7min;
步骤4:烘干后继续复涂干法浆料后100℃下烘4min呈半干;
步骤5:烘半干后的离型纸与贝斯层贴合,经烘箱140℃下烘7.5min;
步骤6:干燥后将离型纸剥离,干法浆料粘贴在贝斯上;
步骤7:收卷。
实施例4
步骤1:准备基布、配制湿法浆料和干法浆料,其中湿法浆料包括有如下重量份的组分,110份的聚氨酯树脂,190份的DMF,9份的木质粉,9份的碳酸钙,4份的色浆,干法浆料包括有如下重量份的组分,140份水性聚氨酯树脂,15份DMF,9份丙酮,9份聚四氟乙烯,4份聚丙烯酰胺,1份的芥酸酰胺,4份色浆;步骤2:基布开卷经储布架到达涂布机上涂覆湿法浆料、体积比为1:4的DMF和水的混合液的凝固槽凝固、水洗、200℃下烘8min、冷却后收卷生成贝斯;
步骤3:在离型纸上涂覆干法浆料后140℃下烘8min;
步骤4:烘干后继续复涂干法浆料后105℃下烘5min呈半干;
步骤5:烘半干后的离型纸与贝斯层贴合,经烘箱135℃下烘9min;
步骤6:干燥后将离型纸剥离,干法浆料粘贴在贝斯上;
步骤7:收卷。
实施例5
步骤1:准备基布、配制湿法浆料和干法浆料,其中湿法浆料包括有如下重量份的组分,120份的聚氨酯树脂,200份的DMF,10份的木质粉,10份的碳酸钙,
3份的色浆,干法浆料包括有如下重量份的组分,150份水性聚氨酯树脂,20份DMF,10份丙酮,10份聚四氟乙烯,5份聚丙烯酰胺,2份的芥酸酰胺,5份色浆;
步骤2:基布开卷经储布架到达涂布机上涂覆湿法浆料、体积比为1:3的DMF和水的混合液的凝固槽凝固、水洗、210℃下烘7min、冷却后收卷生成贝斯;
步骤3:在离型纸上涂覆干法浆料后145℃下烘7min;
步骤4:烘干后继续复涂干法浆料后110℃下烘4min呈半干;
步骤5:烘半干后的离型纸与贝斯层贴合,经烘箱125℃下烘10min;
步骤6:干燥后将离型纸剥离,干法浆料粘贴在贝斯上;
步骤7:收卷。
实验检测
参照国家标准GB/T8949-2008,对本发明产品的耐折、撕裂、剥离、耐水解性能进行测定;
根据GB/T21196-2007对本发明产品的耐磨性进行测定;
实验方法:将一定尺寸的测试样在规定压力下与标准磨料互相接触,并使试样以李莎茹轨迹相对于磨料运动,使测试样受到多方向的均匀磨损。
外观测试:通过观察和人手接触。

上表中耐磨性的表示中+越多,则表示耐磨性能越优异。
通过上述表格,对比实施例1-5的实验结果,在厚度相同的条件,改变湿法浆料和干法浆料的投料量、烘干的时间及温度,随着投料量的增加及温度和时间的改变,生成的镜面合成革的各方面的性能就呈现出先增强然后趋于稳定的状态,所以申请人能够推理出,随着投料量的增加、同时烘干温度也增加就会造成镜面合成革的
对比例1
对比例1与实施例3的区别在于对比例1中的干法浆料一次性涂覆在离型纸上烘半干,然后将离型纸和贝斯贴合。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例3的区别在于对比例2中的步骤4中的复涂干法浆料完全烘干,然后在对离型纸和贝斯进行预热,然后贴合,其他均与实施例3保持一致。
对比例3
对比例3与实施例3的区别在于干法浆料的组分中不含有聚四氟乙烯,其他均与实施例3保持一致。
对比例4
对比例4与实施例3的区别在于干法浆料的组分中不含有聚丙烯酰胺,其他均与实施例3保持一致。
对比例5
对比例5与实施例3的区别在于干法浆料的组分中同时不含有聚四氟乙烯和聚丙烯酰胺,其他均与实施例3保持一致。
实验检测,按照实施例1-5的检测方法测定对比例1-5的性能

通过分析表2中的实验数据,对比对比例1和实施例3的实验结果,对比例1与实施例3的差距仅在对比例1中的干法浆料一次性涂覆在离型纸上烘半干,其他条件均与实施例3保持一致,对比实验结果,发现在各项性能上均存在差异,申请人分析,一次的完全涂覆烘半干后与贝斯贴合,虽然也能够实现贴合,但是在耐曲折方面则性能就会比较差,所以涂覆两次,靠近离型纸的一侧加热两次能够增加镜面合成革的耐曲折性,而且一次的涂覆对镜面合成革的透亮性也会造成影响,申请人分析,一次的涂覆会造成在半烘干时干法浆料中的溶剂不能完全蒸发,从而影响到镜面合成革的透亮性;对比对比例2与实施例3的实验结果,对比例2与实施例3的差距仅在于对比例2中的步骤4中的复涂干法浆料完全烘干,然后在对离型纸和贝斯进行预热,然后贴合,其他均与实施例3保持一致时,合成的镜面合成革的性能和透亮度均保持在相当的水平,所以申请人能够推测处,复涂布的半烘干一方面能节约能源,另一方面并不会影响到镜面合成革的性能;对比对比例3与实施例3的实验结果,对比例3与实施例3的差距仅在于干法浆料的组分中不含有聚四氟乙烯,其他均与实施例3保持一致,对比实验结果材料的耐折性能和耐磨性能均改变,则说明聚四氟乙烯会对材料的耐磨性、耐折性造成一定的影响;对比对比例3与实施例3的实验结果,对比例4与实施例3的差距仅在于干法浆料的组分中不含有聚丙烯酰胺,比实验结果材料的耐折性能和耐磨性能均改变,则说明聚丙烯酰胺会对材料的耐磨性、耐折性造成一定的影响;而再对比对比例5和实施例3的实验结果,在耐折性和耐磨性上存在较大的差距,而且比对比例3和对比例4的任意一个的效果都要差,而且实施例3的效果也要比对比例3和对比例4的叠加的效果要强,则说明聚四氟乙烯和聚丙烯酰胺之间存在配合的作用效果,聚丙烯酰胺是丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺聚合交联而成,呈联网状结构的多聚体,聚四氟乙烯以碳原子为骨架,氟原子对称而均匀地分布在它的周围,构成螺旋构想,螺旋形的结构和网状结构间存在交联的倾向,能材料的耐磨性,耐折性均有所增强,使镜面合成革的性能更加优异。

Claims (10)
1.一种镜面合成革的生产工艺,其特征是:包括如下步骤的生产工艺;
步骤1:准备基布、配制湿法浆料和干法浆料;
步骤2:基布开卷经储布架到达涂布机上涂覆湿法浆料、凝固槽凝固、水洗、烘干、冷却后收卷生成贝斯;
步骤3:在离型纸上涂覆干法浆料后烘干;
步骤4:步骤3中离型纸烘干后继续复涂干法浆料后烘半干;
步骤5:烘半干后的离型纸与贝斯层贴合,经烘箱干燥;
步骤6:干燥后将离型纸剥离,干法浆料粘贴在贝斯上;
步骤7:收卷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种镜面合成革的生产工艺,其特征是:步骤1中的基布设置为超细纤维基布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种镜面合成革的生产工艺,其特征是:步骤1中的湿法浆料包括有如下重量份数的组分:80~120份的聚氨酯树脂,150~200份的DMF,5~10份的木质粉,5~10份的碳酸钙,3~5份的色浆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种镜面合成革的生产工艺,其特征是:步骤1中的干法浆料包括有如下重量份数的组分:100~150份水性聚氨酯树脂, 5~20份DMF, 5~10份丙酮,5~10份聚四氟乙烯,1~5份聚丙烯酰胺,1~2份的芥酸酰胺,1~5份色浆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种镜面合成革的生产工艺,其特征是:步骤2中凝固槽中的凝固液包括体积比为1:(3~5)的DMF和水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种镜面合成革的生产工艺,其特征是:步骤2中的烘干温度为170~210℃,烘干时间为5~8min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种镜面合成革的生产工艺,其特征是:步骤3和步骤4中的干法浆料的涂覆厚度均为0.1~0.2mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种镜面合成革的生产工艺,其特征是:步骤3中的烘干温度为125~145℃,烘干时间为5~8min。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种镜面合成革的生产工艺,其特征是:步骤4中的烘半干温度为90~110℃,烘干时间为4~5min。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种镜面合成革的生产工艺,其特征是:步骤5中的烘干温度为120~140℃,烘干时间为5~10min。
