技术领域
本发明属于伞布技术领域,具体涉及一种抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布的制作方法。
背景技术
涤纶,又称聚酯纤维,具有强度高、弹性好、耐磨性好、耐腐蚀性佳等优点,涤纶的应用极为广泛,被广泛应用于服饰制造、日用品制造及工业制品的制造中。对涤纶基布进行后整理,以赋予其新的特殊功能,是目前改善涤纶面料性能常用的手段。
目前,涤纶因其较低的成本,在伞用面料中的应用较广,其质地较厚实,反光性较强,色彩鲜艳,通常会对涤纶面料进行后处理,将其用作伞布,晴雨两用伞布主要进行防水处理和防紫外线处理,以使涤纶面料具有较稳定的防紫外线性能和防水性能,防水和防紫外线处理主要有两种方式:功能性处理液浸轧处理和涂层处理。但是由于涤纶面料自身具有易出现折痕的特点,折痕不易还原,涂覆在其上的涂层附着力较差,容易脱落,因此现有的涤纶伞布的抗紫外线效果不佳,同时,由于目前对伞用涤纶面料的防水处理不成熟,导致涤纶伞布的防水效果较差;此外防泼水也是雨伞布的一个重要指标,一般还会对雨伞用涤纶面料进行防泼水处理,但其防泼水效果仍较其他较高档次的伞用面料差。
针对上述不足,申请人对涤纶基布的后整理工艺进行了研究,以期得到一种具有优异抗紫外线性能,并同时具有优异防泼水和防水性能的晴雨两用环保伞布。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布的制作方法,该方法制作的涤纶伞布具有优异的抗紫外线性、极强的防水性和防泼水性。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,基布处理:取涤纶基布,除去基布表面的灰尘杂质,水洗后烘干定型;
步骤二,柔软整理:缸内入水,按照水量计,将12.5-14.8g/L柔软剂、30-35g/L乙醇加入水中,以2℃/min的速率升温至50-60℃,搅拌均匀后,再加入4-6g/L柠檬酸,恒温搅拌均匀,冷却,将步骤一所得涤纶基布浸入其中,一浸一轧,轧余率80%;
步骤三,一次烘干定型:将步骤二经过柔软整理的涤纶基布烘干定型;
步骤四,防泼水整理:缸内入水,按照水量计,依次加入50-70g/L全氟防泼水剂、5-9g/L乙酸和15-20g/L脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,混合搅拌均匀,将步骤三经过烘干定型的涤纶基布以20-30m/min的车速入缸,二浸二轧,轧余率75%;
步骤五,二次烘干定型:将步骤四经过防泼水整理的涤纶基布烘干定型;
步骤六,防水抗紫外线处理:按照质量份数计,将60-80份水性聚氨酯乳液、5-9份水性有机硅树脂乳液(可通过东莞俊怡化工科技有限公司购买,型号JY8452)加入100-150份水中,搅拌均匀,再依次加入10-15份防水剂、12-14份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌均匀,得混合液Ⅰ,将4-8份紫外线吸收剂加入10-15份丁酮中,搅拌均匀,得混合液Ⅱ,将混合液Ⅱ加入混合液Ⅰ中,升温至40-50℃,加入5-8份纳米二氧化钛,搅拌均匀,自然冷却,得防水抗紫外线胶,将防水抗紫外线胶刮涂于经过二次烘干定型的涤纶基布的表面,湿涂量20-30g/m2,干燥后即得所述抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布。
更进一步地,步骤二中所述柔软剂为十六烷基磺基甜菜碱(cas号:2281-11-0)。
更进一步地,步骤三中所述一次烘干定型时的温度为120-135℃,车速为30-40m/min,时间1-3min。
更进一步地,步骤四中所述全氟防泼水剂为iHeir-666水性全氟防泼水剂。
更进一步地,步骤五中所述二次烘干定型时的温度为160-170℃,车速为10-20m/min,时间为60-70s。

第二:本发明通过对涤纶基布进行柔软整理和防泼水整理,有效提升了涤纶基布与防水抗紫外线胶层的附着力,不会出现胶层脱落现象,保证了伞布的防水性和抗紫外线性,同时,本发明得到的伞布的耐折性也得到了有效改善升;
第三:本发明在制作过程中使用环保助剂对涤纶基布进行处理,对人体和环境友好,同时本发明的制作方法简便易行,应用前景广阔。

步骤一,基布处理:取涤纶基布,除去基布表面的灰尘杂质,水洗后烘干定型;
步骤二,柔软整理:缸内入水,按照水量计,将13.2g/L十六烷基磺基甜菜碱、33g/L乙醇加入水中,以2℃/min的速率升温至55℃,于250r/min下搅拌均匀后,再加入5g/L柠檬酸,于250r/min下恒温搅拌均匀,冷却,将步骤一所得涤纶基布浸入其中,一浸一轧,轧余率80%;
步骤三,一次烘干定型:将步骤二经过柔软整理的涤纶基布于温度130℃,车速35m/min下烘干定型2min;
步骤四,防泼水整理:缸内入水,按照水量计,依次加入60g/L iHeir-666水性全氟防泼水剂、7g/L乙酸和18g/L脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,于250r/min下混合搅拌均匀,将步骤三经过烘干定型的涤纶基布以25m/min的车速入缸,二浸二轧,轧余率75%;
步骤五,二次烘干定型:将步骤四经过防泼水整理的涤纶基布于温度165℃,车速15m/min下时间烘干定型65s;
步骤六,防水抗紫外线处理:按照质量份数计,将70份水性聚氨酯乳液、7份水性有机硅树脂乳液加入125份水中,于150r/min下搅拌均匀,再依次加入12份十六烷基三乙氧基硅烷、13份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,于150r/min下搅拌均匀,得混合液Ⅰ,将6份紫外线吸收剂HTUV160加入12份丁酮中,于150r/mi n下搅拌均匀,得混合液Ⅱ,将混合液Ⅱ加入混合液Ⅰ中,升温至45℃,加入6.5份纳米二氧化钛,于150r/min下搅拌均匀,自然冷却,得防水抗紫外线胶,将防水抗紫外线胶刮涂于经过二次烘干定型的涤纶基布的表面,湿涂量25g/m2,干燥后即得所述抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布。
实施例2
抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,基布处理:取涤纶基布,除去基布表面的灰尘杂质,水洗后烘干定型;
步骤二,柔软整理:缸内入水,按照水量计,将12.5g/L十六烷基磺基甜菜碱、30g/L乙醇加入水中,以2℃/min的速率升温至50℃,于200r/min下搅拌均匀后,再加入4g/L柠檬酸,于200r/min下恒温搅拌均匀,冷却,将步骤一所得涤纶基布浸入其中,一浸一轧,轧余率80%;
步骤三,一次烘干定型:将步骤二经过柔软整理的涤纶基布于温度120℃,车速30m/min下烘干定型1min;
步骤四,防泼水整理:缸内入水,按照水量计,依次加入50g/L iHeir-666水性全氟防泼水剂、5g/L乙酸和15g/L脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,于200r/min下混合搅拌均匀,将步骤三经过烘干定型的涤纶基布以20m/min的车速入缸,二浸二轧,轧余率75%;
步骤五,二次烘干定型:将步骤四经过防泼水整理的涤纶基布于温度160℃,车速10m/min下时间烘干定型60s;
步骤六,防水抗紫外线处理:按照质量份数计,将60份水性聚氨酯乳液、5份水性有机硅树脂乳液加入100份水中,于100r/min下搅拌均匀,再依次加入10份十六烷基三乙氧基硅烷、12份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,于100r/min下搅拌均匀,得混合液Ⅰ,将4份紫外线吸收剂HTUV160加入10份丁酮中,于100r/mi n下搅拌均匀,得混合液Ⅱ,将混合液Ⅱ加入混合液Ⅰ中,升温至40℃,加入5份纳米二氧化钛,于100r/min下搅拌均匀,自然冷却,得防水抗紫外线胶,将防水抗紫外线胶刮涂于经过二次烘干定型的涤纶基布的表面,湿涂量20g/m2,干燥后即得所述抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布。
实施例3
抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,基布处理:取涤纶基布,除去基布表面的灰尘杂质,水洗后烘干定型;
步骤二,柔软整理:缸内入水,按照水量计,将14.8g/L十六烷基磺基甜菜碱、35g/L乙醇加入水中,以2℃/min的速率升温至60℃,于300r/min下搅拌均匀后,再加入6g/L柠檬酸,于300r/min下恒温搅拌均匀,冷却,将步骤一所得涤纶基布浸入其中,一浸一轧,轧余率80%;
步骤三,一次烘干定型:将步骤二经过柔软整理的涤纶基布于温度135℃,车速40m/min下烘干定型3min;
步骤四,防泼水整理:缸内入水,按照水量计,依次加入70g/L iHeir-666水性全氟防泼水剂、9g/L乙酸和20g/L脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,于300r/min下混合搅拌均匀,将步骤三经过烘干定型的涤纶基布以30m/min的车速入缸,二浸二轧,轧余率75%;
步骤五,二次烘干定型:将步骤四经过防泼水整理的涤纶基布于温度170℃,车速20m/min下时间烘干定型70s;
步骤六,防水抗紫外线处理:按照质量份数计,将80份水性聚氨酯乳液、9份水性有机硅树脂乳液加入150份水中,于200r/min下搅拌均匀,再依次加入15份十六烷基三乙氧基硅烷、14份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,于200r/min下搅拌均匀,得混合液Ⅰ,将8份紫外线吸收剂HTUV160加入15份丁酮中,于200r/mi n下搅拌均匀,得混合液Ⅱ,将混合液Ⅱ加入混合液Ⅰ中,升温至50℃,加入8份纳米二氧化钛,于200r/min下搅拌均匀,自然冷却,得防水抗紫外线胶,将防水抗紫外线胶刮涂于经过二次烘干定型的涤纶基布的表面,湿涂量30g/m2,干燥后即得所述抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布。

该对照例与实施例1的区别为:涤纶基布未经过柔软整理,其余步骤相同。
对照例2
该对照例与实施例1的区别为:涤纶基布未经过防泼水整理,其余步骤相同。
对照例3
该对照例与实施例1的区别为:涤纶基布既未经过柔软整理,也未经过防泼水整理,其余步骤相同。
对照例4
以市售某品牌晴雨两用伞的伞布作为对照。
将本发明实施例1至3制得的伞布进行性能测试,同时测试对照例1至4的伞布的性能,并对胶层附着力进行测试,结果如下表1所示:

Claims (9)

1.抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布的制作方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一,基布处理:取涤纶基布,除去基布表面的灰尘杂质,水洗后烘干定型;
步骤二,柔软整理:缸内入水,按照水量计,将12.5-14.8g/L柔软剂、30-35g/L乙醇加入水中,以2℃/min的速率升温至50-60℃,搅拌均匀后,再加入4-6g/L柠檬酸,恒温搅拌均匀,冷却,将步骤一所得涤纶基布浸入其中,一浸一轧,轧余率80%;
步骤三,一次烘干定型:将步骤二经过柔软整理的涤纶基布烘干定型;
步骤四,防泼水整理:缸内入水,按照水量计,依次加入50-70g/L全氟防泼水剂、5-9g/L乙酸和15-20g/L脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,混合搅拌均匀,将步骤三经过烘干定型的涤纶基布以20-30m/min的车速入缸,二浸二轧,轧余率75%;
步骤五,二次烘干定型:将步骤四经过防泼水整理的涤纶基布烘干定型;
步骤六,防水抗紫外线处理:按照质量份数计,将60-80份水性聚氨酯乳液、5-9份水性有机硅树脂乳液加入100-150份水中,搅拌均匀,再依次加入10-15份防水剂、12-14份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌均匀,得混合液Ⅰ,将4-8份紫外线吸收剂加入10-15份丁酮中,搅拌均匀,得混合液Ⅱ,将混合液Ⅱ加入混合液Ⅰ中,升温至40-50℃,加入5-8份纳米二氧化钛,搅拌均匀,自然冷却,得防水抗紫外线胶,将防水抗紫外线胶刮涂于经过二次烘干定型的涤纶基布的表面,湿涂量20-30g/m2,干燥后即得所述抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤二中所述柔软剂为十六烷基磺基甜菜碱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤三中所述一次烘干定型时的温度为120-135℃,车速为30-40m/min,时间1-3min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤四中所述全氟防泼水剂为 iHeir-666水性全氟防泼水剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤五中所述二次烘干定型时的温度为160-170℃,车速为10-20m/min,时间为60-70s。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤六中所述紫外线吸收剂为苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤六中所述紫外线吸收剂为紫外线吸收剂HTUV160。
8.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤六中所述防水剂为十六烷基三乙氧基硅烷。
9.根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的抗紫外线防泼水环保伞布的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤二中所述搅拌的速度为200-300r/min,步骤四中所述搅拌的速度为200-300r/min,步骤五中所述搅拌的速度为100-200r/min。
