Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合牛皮布的生产工艺,包括以下依次进行的步骤:a)一次清理、b)一次防水处理、c)隔热涂料处理、d)防晒涂料处理、e)二次防水处理、f)耐磨涂料处理、g)二次清理、h)粘贴底布、i)检验入库。水刺无纺布粘贴在牛皮布基布的底面,提高了牛皮布的强度,且牛皮布内侧较为柔软;防水抑菌涂料的应用使得牛皮布得到了有效的保护,防止牛皮布的霉变;耐磨涂料的应用使得牛皮布更加耐磨;防水涂料的应用提高了牛皮布的防水性能;防晒涂料的应用使得牛皮布不易被紫外线所损伤,有效的保护了牛皮布;隔热涂料的设置使得牛皮布不易因高温而损伤。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及布料的技术领域,特别是复合牛皮布生产工艺的技术领域。
【背景技术】
牛皮布是一种常用的布料,其具有很好的强度,使用广泛。现有的牛皮布特别是人造牛皮布性能不够优异,容易发霉,且因牛皮布本身的特性而无法使用到某些领域,使用受限。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种复合牛皮布的生产工艺,能够使生产出的牛皮布具有良好的性能
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种复合牛皮布的生产工艺,包括以下依次进行的步骤:
a)一次清理:将作为基布的单层牛皮布进行清理,去除牛皮布基布上的粉尘、碎屑等杂物;
b)一次防水处理:将牛皮布基布放入防水抑菌涂料中浸泡,然后在车速为66-75m/min,温度为155-175℃的定型机上进行定型;
c)隔热涂料处理:将牛皮布基布正面朝上放在车速为61-65m/min,温度为140-150℃的涂层机上涂上隔热涂料,涂层厚度为0.0006-0.0013mm;
d)防晒涂料处理:将牛皮布基布正面朝上放在车速为56-60m/min,温度为120-135℃的涂层机上涂上防晒涂料,涂层厚度为0.0006-0.0013mm;
e)二次防水处理:将牛皮布基布正面朝上放在车速为51-55m/min,温度为115-125℃的涂层机上涂上防水涂料,涂层厚度为0.0006-0.0013mm;
f)耐磨涂料处理:将牛皮布基布正面朝上放在车速为46-50m/min,温度为110-120℃的涂层机上涂上耐磨涂料,涂层厚度为0.0006-0.0013mm;
g)二次清理:将牛皮布基布进行清理,去除牛皮布基布上的粉尘、碎屑等杂物;
h)粘贴底布:将牛皮布基布反面朝上,在牛皮布基布上涂上粘贴剂,然后将底布粘在牛皮布基布上,移入烘箱中进行烘干,制得复合牛皮布;
i)检验入库:将复合牛皮布卷成布卷,然后进行检验并入库。
作为优选,所述烘箱为开放式烘箱,烘箱内的牛皮布保持持续移动,烘箱内的温度为90-105℃,牛皮布的每一个点在烘箱内的停留时间为5-10min。
作为优选,所述步骤h)粘贴底布中底部为水刺无纺布,水刺无纺布在粘在牛皮布基布上后使用刮板进行刮平后再将牛皮布移入到烘箱中。
作为优选,所述隔热涂料、防晒涂料、防水涂料、耐磨涂料均为无溶剂涂料。
作为优选,所述牛皮布基布为人造牛皮布,人造牛皮布是一种以天然牛皮加工过程中产生的边角废料为主料制得的人造牛皮布。
作为优选,所述步骤c)隔热涂料处理、d)防晒涂料处理、e)二次防水处理、f)耐磨涂料处理中的涂层机均可在中途暂停。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将水刺无纺布粘贴在牛皮布基布的底面,提高了牛皮布的强度,且牛皮布内侧较为柔软;防水抑菌涂料的应用使得牛皮布得到了有效的保护,防止牛皮布的霉变;耐磨涂料的应用使得牛皮布更加耐磨;防水涂料的应用提高了牛皮布的防水性能;防晒涂料的应用使得牛皮布不易被紫外线所损伤,有效的保护了牛皮布;隔热涂料的设置使得牛皮布不易因高温而损伤。

【具体实施方式】
本发明一种复合牛皮布的生产工艺,包括以下依次进行的步骤:
a)一次清理:将作为基布的单层牛皮布进行清理,去除牛皮布基布上的粉尘、碎屑等杂物;
b)一次防水处理:将牛皮布基布放入防水抑菌涂料中浸泡,然后在车速为66-75m/min,温度为155-175℃的定型机上进行定型;
c)隔热涂料处理:将牛皮布基布正面朝上放在车速为61-65m/min,温度为140-150℃的涂层机上涂上隔热涂料,涂层厚度为0.0006-0.0013mm;

i)检验入库:将复合牛皮布卷成布卷,然后进行检验并入库。

Claims (6)
1.一种复合牛皮布的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下依次进行的步骤:
a)一次清理:将作为基布的单层牛皮布进行清理,去除牛皮布基布上的粉尘、碎屑等杂物;
b)一次防水处理:将牛皮布基布放入防水抑菌涂料中浸泡,然后在车速为66-75m/min,温度为155-175℃的定型机上进行定型;
c)隔热涂料处理:将牛皮布基布正面朝上放在车速为61-65m/min,温度为140-150℃的涂层机上涂上隔热涂料,涂层厚度为0.0006-0.0013mm;
d)防晒涂料处理:将牛皮布基布正面朝上放在车速为56-60m/min,温度为120-135℃的涂层机上涂上防晒涂料,涂层厚度为0.0006-0.0013mm;
e)二次防水处理:将牛皮布基布正面朝上放在车速为51-55m/min,温度为115-125℃的涂层机上涂上防水涂料,涂层厚度为0.0006-0.0013mm;
f)耐磨涂料处理:将牛皮布基布正面朝上放在车速为46-50m/min,温度为110-120℃的涂层机上涂上耐磨涂料,涂层厚度为0.0006-0.0013mm;
g)二次清理:将牛皮布基布进行清理,去除牛皮布基布上的粉尘、碎屑等杂物;
h)粘贴底布:将牛皮布基布反面朝上,在牛皮布基布上涂上粘贴剂,然后将底布粘在牛皮布基布上,移入烘箱中进行烘干,制得复合牛皮布;
i)检验入库:将复合牛皮布卷成布卷,然后进行检验并入库。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种复合牛皮布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述烘箱为开放式烘箱,烘箱内的牛皮布保持持续移动,烘箱内的温度为90-105℃,牛皮布的每一个点在烘箱内的停留时间为5-10min。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种复合牛皮布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤h)粘贴底布中底部为水刺无纺布,水刺无纺布在粘在牛皮布基布上后使用刮板进行刮平后再将牛皮布移入到烘箱中。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种复合牛皮布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述隔热涂料、防晒涂料、防水涂料、耐磨涂料均为无溶剂涂料。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种复合牛皮布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述牛皮布基布为人造牛皮布,人造牛皮布是一种以天然牛皮加工过程中产生的边角废料为主料制得的人造牛皮布。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种复合牛皮布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤c)隔热涂料处理、d)防晒涂料处理、e)二次防水处理、f)耐磨涂料处理中的涂层机均可在中途暂停。
