随着工业的高度发展,越来越多的高新科技产品问世,然而,工业发展过程中,产生了大量不可避免的废气,且随着人们生活水平的提高,汽车数量越来越多,尾气排放量越来越大,以上种种原因,导致全球气候的恶性变化,其中,臭氧空洞的出现,臭氧层稀薄,紫外线照射强度越来越大,其所带来的危害可想而知。
在户外活动的人越来越注意防晒,各种防晒品齐上阵,而服装是保护皮肤面积最大的防晒品,而抗紫外线面料也就应运而生,而如何提高面料的抗紫外线性能是亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有抗紫外线性能,柔软度高的抗紫外线涤纶面料。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
抗紫外线涤纶面料的制作方法包括如下步骤:退浆、水洗、染色、后处理,其中,后处理包括柔软处理、固色、烘干定型和包装。
抗紫外线涤纶面料的制作方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一、退浆:
将涤纶面料进行退浆处理,得退浆面料,退浆过程中加入了退浆助剂,退浆温度为80~95℃;
步骤二、水洗:
将步骤一所得退浆面料进行水洗,得水洗面料,水洗温度为60~70℃,水洗时间为40~50min;
步骤三、染色:
将步骤二所得水洗面料进行染色,得染色面料,所述染色过程时添加了染色助剂,所述染色时先升温至60~70℃,然后以1~1.2℃/min升温速率,升温至110~125℃,保温30~60min,然后1~1.2℃/min降温至60~70℃;
步骤四、柔软处理:
采用柔软剂对步骤三所得染料面料进行柔软处理,得柔软面料;
步骤五、烘干定型:
采用定型剂对步骤四所得柔软面料进行定型处理,并进行烘干,经包装后得抗紫外线面料。
进一步的,步骤一所述退浆助剂包括按照水量计的如下组分:亚溴酸钠8~11g/L,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚13~15g/L。

本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
第一、本发明的在退浆过程中,采用具有退浆性能的亚溴酸钠,采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚作为表面活性剂,提高退浆效果,从而提高染色效率,提高色牢度;
第二、在进行染色前,先通过果胶酶对面料进行清洗,通过异构醇聚氧乙烯醚作为渗透剂,促进果胶酶对面料的酶解效果,进一步去除面料杂质,而下一步的染色做好充分准备;
第三、有了前面几个对面料的处理,在染色过程中采用碳酸二甲酯作为表面活性剂,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍作为光稳定剂,同时加入冰醋酸和元明粉,进一步提高染色效果,制得的面料色牢度高,且添加了二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍,有助于提高光照色牢度;
第四、定型过程中,采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮作为表面活性剂,以脂肪酰二乙醇胺作为润滑剂,配合具有柔软效果的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和抗紫外线整理剂DM-30911,提高面料的抗紫外线性能,并通过添加硫代乙酰胺,进一步提高面料的色牢度,起到固色效果。

抗紫外线涤纶面料的制作方法的具体步骤如下:
步骤一、退浆:
将涤纶面料进行退浆处理,得退浆面料,退浆过程中加入了退浆助剂,所述退浆助剂包括按照水量计的如下组分:亚溴酸钠11g/L,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15g/L,退浆温度为95℃;
步骤二、水洗:
将步骤一所得退浆面料进行水洗,得水洗面料,所述水洗过程中加入按照水量计的如下组分:果胶酶3g/L和异构醇聚氧乙烯醚3g/L,水洗温度为70℃,水洗时间为50min;
步骤三、染色:
将步骤二所得水洗面料进行染色,得染色面料,所述染色过程时添加了染色助剂,所述染色时先升温至70℃,然后以1.2℃/min升温速率,升温至125℃,保温60min,然后1.2℃/min降温至70℃;
所述染色助剂包括按照水量计的如下组分:冰醋酸3g/,元明粉6g/,碳酸二甲酯11g/,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍7g/L;
步骤四、柔软处理:
采用柔软剂对步骤三所得染料面料进行柔软处理,得柔软面料;
步骤五、烘干定型:
采用定型剂对步骤四所得柔软面料进行定型处理,所述定型过程中,加入了按照水量计的如下定型助剂:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯16g/L,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8g/L,硫代乙酰胺13g/L,脂肪酰二乙醇胺8g/L,21g/L抗紫外线整理剂DM-30911;之后进行烘干,经包装后得抗紫外线面料。

从表1中可知,实施例1~4制得的抗紫外线面料具有较高的UPF值,UVA透过率小,具有优异的抗紫外线性能,其光照色牢度达到4级,具有优异的色牢度。

Claims (1)

1.抗紫外线涤纶面料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:退浆、水洗、染色、后处理,其中,后处理包括柔软处理、固色、烘干定型和包装;
具体步骤如下:
步骤一、退浆:
将涤纶面料进行退浆处理,得退浆面料,退浆过程中加入了退浆助剂,退浆温度为80~95℃;
所述退浆助剂包括按照水量计的如下组分:亚溴酸钠8~11g/L,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚13~15g/L;
步骤二、水洗:
将步骤一所得退浆面料进行水洗,得水洗面料,水洗温度为60~70℃,水洗时间为40~50min;
所述水洗过程中加入按照水量计的如下组分:果胶酶1~3g/L和异构醇聚氧乙烯醚2~3g/L;
步骤三、染色:
将步骤二所得水洗面料进行染色,得染色面料,所述染色过程时添加了染色助剂,所述染色时先升温至60~70℃,然后以1~1.2℃/min升温速率,升温至110~125℃,保温30~60min,然后1~1.2℃/min降温至60~70℃;
所述染色助剂包括按照水量计的如下组分:冰醋酸2~3 g/,元明粉4~6 g/,碳酸二甲酯8~11 g/,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍4~7g/L;
步骤四、柔软处理:
采用柔软剂对步骤三所得染料面料进行柔软处理,得柔软面料;
步骤五、烘干定型:
采用定型剂对步骤四所得柔软面料进行定型处理,并进行烘干,经包装后得抗紫外线面料;
所述定型过程中,加入了按照水量计的如下定型助剂:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯11~16 g/L,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4~8 g/L,硫代乙酰胺11~13 g/L,脂肪酰二乙醇胺7~8 g/L,7~21g/L抗紫外线整理剂DM-30911。
