背景技术
桔子常是人们生活中最常见的水果之一,果皮可入药。桔子味甘酸、性温,入肺。主要治疗胸隔结气、呕逆少食、胃阴不足、口中干渴、肺热咳嗽及饮酒过度。具有开胃、止渴润肺的功效。桔子营养也十分丰富,一个桔子就几乎满足人体一天中所需的维生素 C 含量。并且桔子中含有 170 余种植物化合物和 60 余种黄酮类化合物,其中的大多数物质均是天然抗氧化剂,有极高的营养价值,但是桔子长期在空气中放置容易变质,为了更长时间保存桔子,人们通常将桔子制成桔子罐头。

本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种桔子罐头,所述桔子罐头的原料每剂配比为:桔子10-20份、蜂蜜1-4份、水20-30份、冰糖2-5份、木糖醇1-4份。
所述桔子罐头的制作方法为:
步骤1:将桔子剥皮,去掉经络,只留下果肉,一瓣一瓣分开,并用牙签将桔子腰间划开;
步骤2:将水加入陶瓷锅煮至沸腾,加入冰糖、木糖醇,继续煮至冰糖融化;
步骤3:将处理完的桔子加入锅中,小火煮,并用筷子不停搅拌,煮至糖水低于桔子后关火,冷却。
步骤4:待冷却到温热后,加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀后,加入罐子,加盖密封。
