一种桔子罐头,所述桔子罐头的原料每剂配比为:桔子10-20份、蜂蜜1-4份、水20-30份、冰糖2-5份、木糖醇1-4份。

步骤1:将桔子剥皮,去掉经络,只留下果肉,一瓣一瓣分开,并用牙签将桔子腰间划开;
步骤2:将水加入陶瓷锅煮至沸腾,加入冰糖、木糖醇,继续煮至冰糖融化;
步骤3:将处理完的桔子加入锅中,小火煮,并用筷子不停搅拌,煮至糖水低于桔子后关火,冷却。
步骤4:待冷却到温热后,加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀后,加入罐子,加盖密封。
