背景技术
目前,我国市场上的解酒、醒酒功能饮料种类较多,大致可以分成以下几类:
(1).以中草药浸提物为功效成分的产品
目前解酒产品有些为多种中药材的复合制剂,可有效利用多种中药材中的有效成分,具有疏肝理气、健脾消食、降低转氨酶、解酒的功效。
(2).以肽为功效成分的产品
以肽作为主要功效成分开发的解酒产品,正越来越引起人们的关注。目前,报道比较多的是玉米肽及花生蛋白肽类解酒产品,其作用机理源于玉米肽或花生蛋白肽,可显著提高血清中的丙氨酸及亮氨酸浓度,有助于产生稳定的辅酶NAD+,从而抑制血液中乙醇浓度的升高。产品类型主要为饮料、片剂等。
(3).以蛋白为功效成分的产品
目前,以蛋白为功效成分开发的解酒产品主要是各种解酒乳饮料。其应用的原理是乳制品与酒精混合后,会促使蛋白质凝固沉积,在胃表面形成一层保护膜,隔离酒精在胃内的进一步吸收,减轻醉酒程度。同时乳制品中钙含量丰富,可有效缓解酒后烦躁。

本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种醒酒饮料,包括以下质量份的原料:
白扁豆0-30份,扁豆花0-30份,葛根0-30份,藿香0-30份,沙棘0-30份,鲜芦根0-30份,山楂0-30份,紫苏0-30份,砂仁0-30份,蜂蜜10-300份,白糖50-2000份。
作为优选,该醒酒饮料包括以下质量份的原料:
白扁豆5-25份,扁豆花5-25份,葛根5-25份,藿香5-25份,沙棘5-25份,鲜芦根5-25份,山楂5-25份,紫苏5-25份,砂仁5-25份,蜂蜜20-200份,白糖100-1000份。
更进一步优选,该醒酒饮料包括以下质量的原料:
白扁豆120g,扁豆花120g,葛根120g,藿香60g,沙棘150g,鲜芦根120g,山楂150g,紫苏40g,砂仁120g、蜂蜜50g、白糖150g。
所述醒酒饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、按比例称取各原料,将白扁豆、扁豆花、葛根、藿香、沙棘、鲜芦根、山楂、紫苏和砂仁冲洗干净;
2)、然后按总质量的2-20倍加入水浸泡5-30min后放入常压或加压熬药机中,于沸腾状态维持10-60min,滤出提取液Ⅰ;
3)、再向得到的滤渣中加入2-20倍质量的水进行煮沸,维持微沸10-60min,滤出提取液Ⅱ;
4)、合并提取液Ⅰ和提取液Ⅱ,待提取液温度降至40℃后,分别按5-35g/L和60-100g/L添加蜂蜜和白糖,溶解混匀,过滤后即为该醒酒饮料。

首先按比例称取各原料,将白扁豆、扁豆花、葛根、藿香、沙棘、鲜芦根、山楂、紫苏和砂仁冲洗干净,然后加6L水浸泡30min后放入加压熬药机中,于110℃以上维持30min,滤出提取液Ⅰ;再加入4L水煮沸,维持微沸30min,滤出提取液Ⅱ,并合并提取液Ⅰ和提取液Ⅱ,待提取液温度降至40℃后,添加300g的蜂蜜和1kg的白糖,溶解混匀,过滤后即为该醒酒饮料。
本发明的积极效果体现在:
(一)、精选了药食同源的多味关键中草药,经过科学配伍,采用科学提取和调味后所得到的一种饮料,该饮料液体清澈透明,浅褐色,悦目协调;带有怡人的中药味和特殊的香味,气味舒适;口味酸甜,服用舒适。
(二)、该饮料具有疏肝理气、补中益气、健脾消食等功效,饮酒后饮用不仅能够加速酒精代谢,还能有效的保肝护肝,更能够有效消除口干、口苦,及胃胀、无食欲等症状。
(三)、对于治疗长期过量饮酒之慢性中毒症状有特殊的效果,对于急性的酒精中毒现象也可以缓解,如脸红、心跳过块、头晕、恶心、呕吐等酒后症状。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述,但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于下述实施例。
实施例1:
取白扁豆120g,扁豆花120g,葛根120g,藿香60g,沙棘150g,鲜芦根120g,山楂150g,紫苏40g,砂仁120g。冲洗干净,加6L水浸泡30min后放入加压熬药机中,于110℃以上维持30min,滤出提取液;再向滤渣中加入4L水煮沸,维持微沸30min,滤出提取液并合并(约8L)。待提取液温度降至40℃后,添加300g的蜂蜜和1kg的白糖,溶解混匀。过滤后即为该醒酒饮料,液体清澈透明,浅褐色,悦目协调;带有怡人的中药味和特殊的香味,气味舒适;口味酸甜,服用舒适。
分别随机选取饮用白酒、啤酒、果酒后各20名志愿者,将其随机抽取分成两组。对照组饮用300mL饮用水;实验组饮用300mL醒酒饮料。24小时后分别描述其感受,见表1。
实施例2

Claims (3)
1.一种醒酒饮料,其特征在于包括以下质量份的原料:
白扁豆0-30份,扁豆花0-30份,葛根0-30份,藿香0-30份,沙棘0-30份,鲜芦根0-30份,山楂0-30份,紫苏0-30份,砂仁0-30份,蜂蜜10-300份,白糖50-2000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述醒酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)、按比例称取各原料,将白扁豆、扁豆花、葛根、藿香、沙棘、鲜芦根、山楂、紫苏和砂仁冲洗干净;
2)、然后按总质量的2-20倍加入水浸泡5-30min后放入常压或加压熬药机中,于沸腾状态维持10-60min,滤出提取液Ⅰ;
3)、再向得到的滤渣中加入2-20倍质量的水进行煮沸,维持微沸10-60min,滤出提取液Ⅱ;
4)、合并提取液Ⅰ和提取液Ⅱ,待提取液温度降至40˚C后,分别按5-35g/L和60-100g/L添加蜂蜜和白糖,溶解混匀,过滤后即为该醒酒饮料。
3.根据权利要求2所述醒酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法还包括重复步骤3)0-2次。
