技术领域
本发明涉及药食同源植物饮品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种具有醒酒护肝功能的饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
酒在中华民族这个拥有五千年文明的国度中一直扮演着重要的角色,也是当今社会人际关系沟通的一种主要方式。酒中乙醇对肌体的组织器官有直接影响,其中影响最大的就是肝脏。乙醇是由C、H、O三种元素组成的,在人体内可以氧化供能。适量的饮酒有利于血压降低和保护心肌组织,降低动脉硬化发生率。但是连续过量饮酒能损伤肝细胞,干扰肝脏的正常代谢,进而可致酒精性肝炎及肝硬化。
近年来由于人们生活水平的提高,生活节奏的加快,生活压力的增大,酒在人们生活中所占的角色越来越重要,进而对肝脏的损害也越来越严重,脂肪肝、肝炎、肝硬化的发生率也越来越高;同时,不良的生活习惯、不适应的生活环境及过量的药物服用都会给肝脏带来沉重的负担,进而引发各种问题,因此,如何提供一种能在酒后快速清醒并达到护肝的效果的饮料成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提供一种具有醒酒护肝功能的饮料及其制备方法,此醒酒护肝饮料生产工艺简单、药食同源、饮用方便、无副作用、效果明显。
为达到上述技术目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明提供一种具有醒酒护肝功能的饮料,是由以下重量份的原料制成:荷叶2-6份,菊花2-6份,金银花1-5份,甘草2-4份,罗汉果2-6份,紫苏1-3份,葛根3-8份,重瓣红玫瑰1-3份,淡竹叶1-3份,蒲公英1-3份,山楂0.5-2份,黄精0.2-0.3份,蜂蜜8-11份,玉米肽1-4份,食用葡萄糖70-90份。
其中,优选地,一种具有醒酒护肝功能的饮料,是由以下重量份的原料制成:荷叶4份,菊花4份,金银花3份,甘草3份,罗汉果4份,紫苏2份,葛根5份,重瓣红玫瑰2份,淡竹叶2份,蒲公英2份,山楂0.25份,黄精0.25份,蜂蜜10份,玉米肽3份,食用葡萄糖80份。
本发明并提供了一种具有醒酒护肝功能饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按原料配比称取清洗干净的荷叶、菊花、金银花、甘草、罗汉果、紫苏、葛根、重瓣红玫瑰、淡竹叶、蒲公英、山楂和黄精,放入萃取罐中,加水没过中药,加热蒸煮2-3小时,过滤得到萃取液;
(2)取汁:将步骤(1)萃取好的浓汁过滤,得到滤液和滤渣,将滤液倒入调配罐中;
(3)根据原料配比称取蜂蜜、玉米肽和葡萄糖放入到调配罐中,并加水定容至1000份;
(4)将调配好的料液加热到85℃,搅拌均匀,罐装;
(5)将罐装好的易拉罐在喷淋隧道降温,使易拉罐温度迅速降至常温,装箱打码做成成品。
其中,优选地,所述步骤(1)中在萃取罐中的加水量为原料总量的10-15倍。
其中,优选地,所述步骤(2)中过滤浓汁所用的筛网为100-160目。
蜂蜜中含有一种特殊果糖,可以促进酒精的分解、吸收,减轻头痛症状,补充维生素C、维生素B,能增加血糖浓度,缓解酒精对人体的损害;酒后可对肝脏起到保护作用。
玉米肽取自于玉米,是一种小分子多肽营养物质,具有醒酒护肝、降血压、降血脂、增强免疫力的功能。
葛根解酒,在古籍中早有记载。《本草纲目》中这样记载:“葛,性甘、辛、平、无毒,主治:消渴、身大热、呕吐、诸弊,起阴气,解诸毒”。葛根同为卫生部认可的药食兼用植物,已有两千多年的药用历史,葛根能够提高肝细胞的再生能力,恢复正常肝脏机能,促进胆汁分泌,防止脂肪在肝脏堆积,是天然的解酒方。葛根总黄酮是葛根提取物中的主要有效成分,葛根素等则是总黄酮中的活性单体成分,能分解乙醛毒性,阻止酒精对大脑的抑制功能,同时抑制肠胃对酒精的吸收,均具有防醉酒、治醉酒和对抗酒精性肝损伤等作用。葛根总异黄酮能够有效增强肝脏代谢酒精的能力,降低了未代谢酒精进入血液循环系统的量,起到了保护机体的作用。葛根本身就有提升干细胞的再生能力,恢复正常肝脏功能,促进胆汁分泌防止脂肪在肝脏堆积,还有清热、降火、排毒等功效.
罗汉果为卫生部首批公布的药食两用名贵中药材,其所含罗汉果甜甙比蔗糖甜300倍,不产生热量,是饮料、糖果行业的名贵原料,是蔗糖的最佳替代品。常饮罗汉果茶,可防多种疾病,现代医学证明,罗汉果对支气管炎、高血压等疾病有显著疗效,还是起到防治冠心病、血管硬化、肥胖症的作用。营养价值高,有清热解暑、化痰止咳、凉血舒骨、清肺润肠和生津止渴等功效;可治急慢性气管炎、咽喉炎、支气管哮喘、百日咳、胃热、便秘、急性扁桃体炎等症,糖尿病患者亦宜服用。
中医药学认为,罗汉果甘、酸、性凉、有清热凉血、生津止咳、滑肠排毒、嫩肤益颜、润肺化痰等功效,可用于益寿延年、驻颜悦色及治疗痰热咳嗽、咽喉肿痛、大便秘结、消渴烦躁诸症。
古代医学认为,怀菊花得天地之清气,含金水之精英,饱经露霜、备受四气、善清上焦邪热、疏风解毒,清肝明目,安肠胃,调四肢,解渴消毒。久服利血气,轻身耐老,延年益寿。近代临床报道:用开水冲泡作茶饮,对高血压、头痛、失眠等症状有明显疗效。
怀菊花(珍珠菊)味甘苦,性凉,含有约0.13%挥发油、菊甙、腺嘌呤、胆碱、水苏碱、微量维生素A样物质、维生素B、氨基酸和刺槐素等。菊花不但有清香之气,使人神怡,而且可缓解两眼昏糊、头晕、头痛等,有清熟、解毒、祛风、平肝、明目等功效。传统医学认为,菊性寒,历经寒暑,得天地之清气,有清熟、解毒、祛风、平肝、明目等功效。
荷叶用于暑热烦渴,暑湿泄泻,脾虚泄泻。
山楂消食健胃,行气散瘀,化浊降脂。
紫苏叶用于脾胃气滞、胸闷、呕恶。
《本草正文》中道:“玫瑰花,清而不浊,和而不猛,柔肝醒胃,疏气活血,宣通窒滞而绝无辛温刚燥之弊,断推气分药之中,最有捷效而最驯良,芳香诸品,殆无其匹”。

(1)按原料配比称取清洗干净的荷叶、菊花、金银花、甘草、罗汉果、紫苏、葛根、重瓣红玫瑰、淡竹叶、蒲公英、山楂和黄精,放入萃取罐中,加水没过中药,加热蒸煮2.5小时,过滤得到萃取液;

(3)根据原料配比称取蜂蜜、玉米肽和葡萄糖放入到调配罐中,并加水定容至1000份;
(4)将调配好的料液加热到85℃,搅拌均匀,罐装;
(5)将罐装好的易拉罐在喷淋隧道降温,使易拉罐温度迅速降至常温,装箱打码做成成品。

本发明并提供了一种具有醒酒护肝功能饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按原料配比称取清洗干净的荷叶、菊花、金银花、甘草、罗汉果、紫苏、葛根、重瓣红玫瑰、淡竹叶、蒲公英、山楂和黄精,放入萃取罐中,加水没过中药,加热蒸煮3小时,过滤得到萃取液;
(2)取汁:将步骤(1)萃取好的浓汁过滤,得到滤液和滤渣,将滤液倒入调配罐中;

本发明以实施例1给出的一种醒酒护肝功能饮料,做效果观察:
实验对象:发明人自2017年开始连续6个月测试成年人500个。
用法用量:酒前服用,可提前在肝、胃形成保护膜,起到护肝养胃,增大酒量作用;酒中饮用,抗醉;酒后饮用,快速解酒护肝。
疗效标准:
本发明的醒酒护肝饮料酒前服用,可提前在肝、胃形成保护膜,起到护肝养胃,增大酒量作用;酒中饮用,抗醉;酒后饮用,快速解酒护肝。
1、饮酒前:酒量明显增加1-3倍。
2、饮酒中:饮酒中的头痛,胃不舒服的症状明显改善。
3、饮酒后:饮酒后的头痛呕吐症状消失。
结果:饮酒后的不适现象减轻的有474例,其中效果显著的有306例,效果一般的136例,效果不明显或无效的25例。同时也可看出酒后效果显著地有125例,在饮酒中身体感觉不适时及时饮用本饮料效果显著的有190例,说明本醒酒方便饮料对酒后、酒中不适有显著效果。同时也说明,本饮料在酒前、酒中、酒后均可饮用,当然是在感觉饮酒过量时饮用效果最佳。
典型案例:
张某,男,18岁,学生,平时饮酒100mL即出现脸红、头痛、眩晕症状,饮酒前饮用本发明实施例2中的饮料两罐,饮酒300mL后仍无明显不适现象。
王某,男,32岁,企业职员,饮酒中饮用本发明实施例2中的饮料一罐,胃部不舒服症状明显减轻,且酒量增加。
陈某,男,49岁,经商个体,饮酒后饮用本发明实施例2中的饮料两罐,头疼症状及胃部不适显现均基本消失,头脑恢复清醒。

1.一种具有醒酒护肝功能的饮料,其特征是由以下重量份的原料制成:荷叶2-6份,菊花2-6份,金银花1-5份,甘草2-4份,罗汉果2-6份,紫苏1-3份,葛根3-8份,重瓣红玫瑰1-3份,淡竹叶1-3份,蒲公英1-3份,山楂0.5-2份,黄精0.2-0.3份,蜂蜜8-11份,玉米肽1-4份,食用葡萄糖70-90份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有醒酒护肝功能的饮料,其特征是由以下重量份的原料制成:荷叶4份,菊花4份,金银花3份,甘草3份,罗汉果4份,紫苏2份,葛根5份,重瓣红玫瑰2份,淡竹叶2份,蒲公英2份,山楂0.25份,黄精0.25份,蜂蜜10份,玉米肽3份,食用葡萄糖80份。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的具有醒酒护肝功能饮料的制备方法,其特征是包括以下步骤:
(1)按原料配比称取清洗干净的荷叶、菊花、金银花、甘草、罗汉果、紫苏、葛根、重瓣红玫瑰、淡竹叶、蒲公英、山楂和黄精,放入萃取罐中,加水没过中药,加热蒸煮2-3小时,过滤得到萃取液;
(2)取汁:将步骤(1)萃取好的浓汁过滤,得到滤液和滤渣,将滤液倒入调配罐中;
(3)根据原料配比称取蜂蜜、玉米肽和葡萄糖放入到调配罐中,并加水定容至1000份;
(4)将调配好的料液加热到85℃,搅拌均匀,罐装;
(5)将罐装好的易拉罐在喷淋隧道降温,使易拉罐温度迅速降至常温,装箱打码做成成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有醒酒护肝功能饮料的制备方法,其特征是:所述步骤(1)中在萃取罐中的加水量为原料总量的10-15倍。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有醒酒护肝功能饮料的制备方法,其特征是:所述步骤(2)中过滤浓汁所用的筛网为100-160目。
