技术领域
本发明涉及汽车、电车等车辆等中使用的防振橡胶组合物,详细而言涉及用于抑制汽车等的发动机的支撑功能和振动传递的发动机安装件等中使用的防振橡胶组合物。
背景技术
一般,汽车中,为了降低振动、噪音,使用有防振橡胶组合物。上述防振橡胶组合物中,作为除了防振以外的特性,例如有时要求阻燃性。对于橡胶的阻燃化,添加卤素系阻燃剂、磷系阻燃剂、金属氢氧化物等阻燃剂的方法是一般的(例如参照专利文献1~3)。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
然而,通过上述那样的阻燃剂的添加,频繁可见橡胶物性、耐久性降低之类的现象。因此,存在提高阻燃效果而不破坏作为防振橡胶的物性在实际上非常难的问题。
本发明是鉴于这样的情况而作出的,其目的在于,提供:橡胶物性、耐久性等防振橡胶特性优异、且阻燃性优异的防振橡胶组合物。
用于解决问题的方案
为了达成上述目的,本发明的防振橡胶组合物采用如下构成:与下述(A)成分一起含有下述(B)成分和(C)成分,且相对于(A)成分100重量份,(B)成分的配混量为15~60重量份的范围,(C)成分的配混量为50~150重量份的范围。
(A)二烯系橡胶。
(B)熔点为150℃以下的卤素系阻燃剂。
(C)平均粒径为0.75μm以下的氢氧化铝。
本发明人等为了解决前述课题而反复深入研究。获得如下见解:该研究过程中,以往在橡胶领域中大量使用的阻燃剂由于其熔点高,因此在橡胶(硫化物)中以数μm尺寸存在,其变为橡胶破坏的起点,成为橡胶物性、耐久性降低的因素。因此,本发明人等重复各种实验,结果发现:将低熔点(熔点150℃以下)的卤素系阻燃剂和平均粒径为0.75μm以下的氢氧化铝以特定量配混在二烯系橡胶中时,可以全部解决上述问题,可以达成期望的目的,从而完成了本发明。
通过上述构成可以解决本发明的课题的理由认为如下。即,熔点150℃以下的卤素系阻燃剂在橡胶组合物混炼时容易熔融,因此,没有成为橡胶破坏的起点的担心,进而,阻燃效率也优异。另外,通过这样的低熔点阻燃剂的使用,橡胶组合物整体的门尼粘度降低,因此即使为进行小粒径化而增大表面积的氢氧化铝,也可以均匀地分散于橡胶组合物中。以往的防振橡胶组合物中,无法使如此小粒径化了的氢氧化铝均匀地分散,因此使用粒径大的氢氧化铝,但本发明中,可以打破该技术常识,其结果认为,在基于上述阻燃剂的阻燃性、耐久性等的提高效果的基础上,也可以良好地得到基于平均粒径0.75μm以下的小粒径化氢氧化铝的均匀分散的橡胶物性的提高效果。

如此,本发明的防振橡胶组合物是与二烯系橡胶(A成分)一起以特定量配混熔点为150℃以下的卤素系阻燃剂(B成分)和平均粒径为0.75μm以下的氢氧化铝(C成分)而成的。因此,本发明的防振橡胶组合物发挥橡胶物性、耐久性等防振橡胶特性优异,并且阻燃性优异的效果。而且,本发明的防振橡胶组合物可以适合作为要求阻燃性的防振橡胶构件,例如,汽车的车辆等中使用的发动机安装件、稳定器衬套、悬架轴衬等、建筑·住宅领域中的防振橡胶构件的材料使用。
具体实施方式
接着,对本发明的实施方式进行详细说明。
本发明的防振橡胶组合物是将二烯系橡胶(A成分)、熔点为150℃以下的卤素系阻燃剂(B成分)和平均粒径为0.75μm以下的氢氧化铝(C成分)以特定的比例配混而成的。需要说明的是,上述氢氧化铝的平均粒径为体积平均粒径,例如可以如下导出:使用从母集团任意抽出的试样,使用激光衍射散射式粒度分布测定装置进行测定,从而导出。另外,后述的实施例中使用的氢氧化铝的平均粒径也如此测定。
作为上述二烯系橡胶(A成分),例如可以举出:天然橡胶(NR)、异戊二烯橡胶(IR)、丁二烯橡胶(BR)、丁苯橡胶(SBR)、丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶(NBR)、乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶(EPDM)等。它们可以单独使用或组合两种以上使用。其中,从强度、低动倍率化的方面出发,适合使用天然橡胶。
接着,作为与上述二烯系橡胶(A成分)一起使用的、低熔点卤素系阻燃剂(B成分),使用其熔点为150℃以下、优选为120℃以下的卤素系阻燃剂。作为这样的低熔点卤素系阻燃剂,例如可以举出:如上述那样低熔点的溴系阻燃剂、氯系阻燃剂等。它们可以单独使用或组合两种以上使用。
作为上述低熔点溴系阻燃剂,例如可以举出:双(二溴丙基)四溴双酚A(DBP-TBBA)、双(二溴丙基)四溴双酚S(DBP-TBBS)、三(二溴丙基)异氰脲酸酯(TDBPIC)、三(三溴新戊基)磷酸酯(TTBNPP)等脂肪族系溴系阻燃剂、溴化环氧树脂(TBBA环氧)等芳香族系溴系阻燃剂等。
另外,作为上述低熔点氯系阻燃剂,例如可以举出:氯化链烷烃、氯化聚乙烯等。
上述特定的卤素系阻燃剂(B成分)的配混量相对于上述二烯系橡胶(A成分)100重量份(以下,简称为“份”)为15~60份的范围。即,这是由于,上述特定的卤素系阻燃剂(B成分)的配混量过少时,无法得到期望的阻燃效果等,相反地配混量过多时,由于燃烧而产生黑烟,产生由其导致的透光性的恶化,另外,也引起物性的降低。
接着,作为与上述二烯系橡胶(A成分)、特定的卤素系阻燃剂(B成分)一起使用的、氢氧化铝(C成分),使用平均粒径为0.75μm以下、优选平均粒径0.5μm以下的氢氧化铝。即,通过使如此小粒径化了的、表面积大的氢氧化铝均匀地分散,可以得到更优异的橡胶物性。需要说明的是,上述氢氧化铝的平均粒径如上所述为体积平均粒径,例如,使用从母集团任意抽出的试样,利用激光衍射散射式粒度分布测定装置测定,从而可以导出。
上述特定的氢氧化铝(C成分)的配混量相对于上述二烯系橡胶(A成分)100份为50~150份的范围,优选为70~100份的范围。即,这是由于,上述特定的氢氧化铝(C成分)的配混量过少时,无法得到期望的阻燃效果,相反地配混量过多时,引起橡胶物性降低。
需要说明的是,本发明的防振橡胶组合物中,与上述A~C成分一起根据需要也可以适当配混锑系阻燃剂、强化剂、硅烷偶联剂、硫化剂、硫化促进剂、硫化助剂、防老剂、工作油等。特别是,配混硅烷偶联剂时,由于与上述特定的氢氧化铝(C成分)的协同效果,因此橡胶物性变牢固,故优选。
作为上述锑系阻燃剂,例如可以举出三氧化锑等,从阻燃效果和橡胶物性的观点出发,优选粒径为0.5μm以下的锑系阻燃剂。
作为上述强化剂,可以举出炭黑、二氧化硅、滑石等。它们可以单独使用或组合两种以上使用。
上述强化剂的配混量相对于上述二烯系橡胶(A成分)100份优选为10~100份的范围,特别优选为20~70份的范围。即,这是由于,上述配混量过少时,无法满足一定水准的强化性,相反地上述配混量过多时,产生动倍率变高,或粘度上升而加工性恶化的问题。
作为上述硅烷偶联剂,使用硫醚系、巯基系、氨基系、环氧丙氧基系、硝基系、氯系的硅烷偶联剂。特别优选与橡胶的反应性高的硫醚系、巯基系。具体而言,可以举出:双(3-三乙氧基甲硅烷基丙基)四硫醚、双(2-三乙氧基甲硅烷基乙基)四硫醚、双(4-三乙氧基甲硅烷基丁基)四硫醚、双(3-三甲氧基甲硅烷基丙基)四硫醚、双(2-三甲氧基甲硅烷基乙基)四硫醚、双(4-三甲氧基甲硅烷基丁基)四硫醚、双(3-三乙氧基甲硅烷基丙基)三硫醚、双(2-三乙氧基甲硅烷基乙基)三硫醚、双(4-三乙氧基甲硅烷基丁基)三硫醚、双(3-三甲氧基甲硅烷基丙基)三硫醚、双(2-三甲氧基甲硅烷基乙基)三硫醚、双(4-三甲氧基甲硅烷基丁基)三硫醚、双(3-三乙氧基甲硅烷基丙基)二硫醚、双(2-三乙氧基甲硅烷基乙基)二硫醚、双(4-三乙氧基甲硅烷基丁基)二硫醚、双(3-三甲氧基甲硅烷基丙基)二硫醚、双(2-三甲氧基甲硅烷基乙基)二硫醚、双(4-三甲氧基甲硅烷基丁基)二硫醚、3-三甲氧基甲硅烷基丙基-N,N-二甲基硫代氨基甲酰基四硫醚、3-三乙氧基甲硅烷基丙基-N,N-二甲基硫代氨基甲酰基四硫醚、2-三乙氧基甲硅烷基乙基-N,N-二甲基硫代氨基甲酰基四硫醚、2-三甲氧基甲硅烷基乙基-N,N-二甲基硫代氨基甲酰基四硫醚、3-三甲氧基甲硅烷基丙基苯并噻唑基四硫醚、3-三乙氧基甲硅烷基丙基苯并噻唑四硫醚、3-三乙氧基甲硅烷基丙基甲基丙烯酸酯单硫醚、3-三甲氧基甲硅烷基丙基甲基丙烯酸酯单硫醚等硫醚系、3-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-巯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、2-巯基乙基三甲氧基硅烷、2-巯基乙基三乙氧基硅烷等巯基系、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷等乙烯基系、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-(2-氨基乙基)氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3-(2-氨基乙基)氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷等氨基系、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷等环氧丙氧基系、3-硝基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-硝基丙基三乙氧基硅烷等硝基系、3-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷、2-氯乙基三甲氧基硅烷、2-氯乙基三乙氧基硅烷等氯系等。
另外,上述硅烷偶联剂的配混量相对于上述二烯系橡胶(A成分)100份优选为0.2~20份的范围,更优选为0.5~10份的范围。
需要说明的是,前述特定的氢氧化铝(C成分)是用上述硅烷偶联剂处理过的,从混炼时的加工性变良好、橡胶物性提高的观点出发,为优选。
作为上述硫化剂,例如可以举出:硫(粉末硫、沉降硫、不溶性硫)等。它们可以单独使用或组合两种以上使用。
上述硫化剂的配混量相对于上述二烯系橡胶(A成分)100份优选为0.3~7份的范围,特别优选为1~5份的范围。即,这是由于,上述硫化剂的配混量过少时,无法得到充分的交联结构,可见动倍率、耐流挂性恶化的倾向,相反地硫化剂的配混量过多时,可见耐热性降低的倾向。
作为上述硫化促进剂,例如可以举出:噻唑系、次磺酰胺系、秋兰姆系、乙醛氨系、乙醛胺系、胍系、硫脲系等硫化促进剂。它们可以单独使用或组合两种以上使用。其中,从交联反应性优异的方面出发,优选次磺酰胺系硫化促进剂。
另外,上述硫化促进剂的配混量相对于上述二烯系橡胶(A成分)100份优选为0.5~7份的范围,特别优选为0.5~5份的范围。
作为上述噻唑系硫化促进剂,例如可以举出:二苯并噻唑基二硫醚(MBTS)、2-巯基苯并噻唑(MBT)、2-巯基苯并噻唑钠盐(NaMBT)、2-巯基苯并噻唑锌盐(ZnMBT)等。它们可以单独使用或组合两种以上使用。其中,从交联反应性优异的方面出发,特别适合使用二苯并噻唑基二硫醚(MBTS)、2-巯基苯并噻唑(MBT)。
作为上述次磺酰胺系硫化促进剂,例如可以举出:N-氧化二乙烯-2-苯并噻唑基次磺酰胺(NOBS)、N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑基次磺酰胺(CBS)、N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑基次磺酰胺(BBS)、N,N′-二环己基-2-苯并噻唑基次磺酰胺等。
作为上述秋兰姆系硫化促进剂,例如可以举出:四甲基秋兰姆二硫醚(TMTD)、四乙基秋兰姆二硫醚(TETD)、四丁基秋兰姆二硫醚(TBTD)、四(2-乙基己基)秋兰姆二硫醚(TOT)、四苄基秋兰姆二硫醚(TBzTD)等。
作为上述硫化助剂,例如可以举出:锌华(ZnO)、硬脂酸、氧化镁等。它们可以单独使用或组合两种以上使用。
另外,上述硫化助剂的配混量相对于上述二烯系橡胶(A成分)100份优选为1~25份的范围,特别优选为3~10份的范围。
作为上述防老剂,例如可以举出:氨基甲酸酯系防老剂、苯二胺系防老剂、酚系防老剂、二苯基胺系防老剂、喹啉系防老剂、咪唑系防老剂、蜡类等。它们可以单独使用或组合两种以上使用。
另外,上述防老剂的配混量相对于上述二烯系橡胶(A成分)100份优选为1~10份的范围,特别优选为2~5份的范围。
作为上述工作油,例如可以举出:环烷烃系油、链烷烃系油、芳香系油等。它们可以单独使用或组合两种以上使用。
另外,上述工作油的配混量相对于上述二烯系橡胶(A成分)100份优选为1~50份的范围,特别优选为3~30份的范围。
本发明的防振橡胶组合物例如可以如下制备。即,将上述二烯系橡胶(A成分)、特定的卤素系阻燃剂(B成分)、特定的氢氧化铝(C成分)和根据需要的强化剂、硅烷偶联剂、防老剂、工作油等适当配混,将它们使用班伯里密炼机等,从约50℃的温度起开始混炼,在100~160℃下,进行3~5分钟左右的混炼。接着,在其中适当配混硫化剂、硫化促进剂等,使用开炼机,在规定条件(例如,60℃×5分钟)下进行混炼,从而可以制备防振橡胶组合物。之后,将所得防振橡胶组合物在高温(150~170℃)下进行5~60分钟的硫化,从而可以得到防振橡胶(硫化物)。
而且,作为防振橡胶的材料,如上述那样通过使用本发明的防振橡胶组合物,可以得到橡胶物性、耐久性等防振橡胶特性优异、且阻燃性优异的效果。由此,上述那样制备的本发明的防振橡胶组合物可以适合作为要求阻燃性的防振橡胶构件,例如,汽车的车辆等中使用的发动机安装件、稳定器衬套、悬架轴衬等、建筑·住宅领域中的防振橡胶构件的材料使用。
实施例
接着,关于实施例,与比较例一起组合说明。但是,本发明不限定于这些实施例。
首先,先于实施例和比较例地准备下述所示的材料。

轻井泽精炼所株式会社制造
〔实施例1〕
将NR100份、ZnO5份、硬脂酸2份、胺系防老剂1.5份、蜡2份、氢氧化铝(i)80部、炭黑40份、卤素系阻燃剂20份、三氧化锑8份和环烷烃油5份配混,将它们通过班伯里密炼机以140℃进行5分钟混炼。接着,在其中配混硫2.3份和硫化促进剂1.2份,使用开炼机,以60℃进行5分钟混炼,从而制备防振橡胶组合物。
〔实施例2~6,比较例1~3〕
如后述的表1所示,改变各成分的配混量等,除此之外,依据实施例1,制备防振橡胶组合物。
使用如此得到的实施例和比较例的防振橡胶组合物,按照下述基准,进行各特性评价。将其结果合并示于后述的表1中。
[哑铃疲劳试验]
将各防振橡胶组合物在150℃×20分钟的条件下进行加压成型(硫化),制作厚度2mm的橡胶片。然后,从该橡胶片冲裁JIS3号哑铃,使用该哑铃,依据JIS K6260进行哑铃疲劳试验(拉伸试验)。然后,将该断裂时的拉伸次数(断裂时次数)为5万次以上的情况评价为“○”,将2万次以上且小于5万次的情况评价为“△”,将小于2万次的情况评价为“×”。
[透光性试验]
将各防振橡胶组合物在150℃×60分钟的条件下进行加压成型(硫化),制作76.2mm见方、厚度25.4mm的橡胶块。然后,为了评价该橡胶块的阻燃性,依据ASTM E662,测定该橡胶片燃烧时产生的烟的透光度。即,将非弗莱明或弗莱明试验中的加热开始4分钟后的烟的Ds值(比光学密度)小于200的情况评价为“○”,将200以上且小于300的情况评价为“△”,将300以上的情况评价为“×”。
[氧指数]
将各防振橡胶组合物在150℃×20分钟的条件下进行加压成型(硫化),制作厚度2mm的橡胶片。然后,为了评价该橡胶片的燃烧的容易性,依据JIS K7201,测定该橡胶片的燃烧持续所需的最低氧浓度(体积%)。然后,将氧指数为21以上的情况评价为“○”,将小于21的情况评价为“×”。
[防振性能]
将各防振橡胶组合物在150℃×30分钟的条件下进行加压成型(硫化),制作圆柱形状(直径50mm,高度25mm)的试验片,在其上表面和下表面分别安装圆形模具(直径60mm,厚度6mm),依据JIS K 6394分别测定动弹簧常数(Kd100)和静弹簧常数(Ks)。基于该值,算出动倍率(Kd100/Ks)。然后,作为防振性能,将动倍率为5以下的情况评价为“○”,将动倍率超过5的情况评价为“×”。

由上述结果可知,实施例的橡胶组合物与比较例的橡胶组合物相比,防振特性、耐久性(哑铃疲劳试验)优异,且阻燃评价(透光性试验、氧指数)中可以得到优异的效果。
需要说明的是,上述实施例中,示出了本发明中的具体方式,但上述实施例只不过是单纯的示例,不做限定性解释。当然对于本领域技术人来说显而易见的各种变形在本发明的范围内。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的防振橡胶组合物可以得到橡胶物性、耐久性等防振橡胶特性优异、且阻燃性优异的效果。由此,本发明的防振橡胶组合物可以适合作为要求阻燃性的防振橡胶构件,例如,汽车的车辆等中使用的发动机安装件、稳定器衬套、悬架轴衬等、建筑·住宅领域中的防振橡胶构件的材料使用。
Claims (3)
1.一种防振橡胶组合物,其特征在于,与下述(A)成分一起含有下述(B)成分和(C)成分,相对于(A)成分100重量份,(B)成分的配混量为15~60重量份的范围,(C)成分的配混量为70~100重量份的范围,
(A)二烯系橡胶、
(B)熔点为150℃以下的卤素系阻燃剂、
(C)平均粒径为0.75μm以下的氢氧化铝,
所述防振橡胶组合物还含有粒径为0.5μm以下的锑系阻燃剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防振橡胶组合物,其还含有硅烷偶联剂。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的防振橡胶组合物的硫化物。
