本发明公开了一种哈氏C系列合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,采用HVIS基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、分散剂、抗泡剂、增粘剂、填充剂等。本发明组合物具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤,提高光洁度,保护模具和零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,流动性、扩散性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化安定性、剪切安定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗。

技术领域
本发明一种哈氏C系列合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
哈氏合金(Hastelloyalloy)主要分为B、C、G三个系列,它主要用于铁基Cr-Ni或Cr-Ni-Mo不锈钢、非金属材料等无法使用的强腐蚀性介质场合。每个牌号都有具体的化学成分,机械性能,各有所长,不能一概而论说哈氏合金有什么特性。哈氏合金板适用于各种含有氧化和还原性介质的化学工业。
哈氏C系列主要是C-276(00Cr16MO16W4)、C-4(00Cr16MO16)、C-22(00Cr22MO13W3)、C-2000(00Cr20MO16)等。以C-276为例,N:14.5~16.5,Cr:15~17,MO:4.0~7.0,Fe≤0.01,C≤0.08,Si≤2.5,CO≤1.0,Mn≤0.04,P≤0.03,S:3.0~4.5,W≤0.035。
冷镦加工是利用模具在常温下对金属棒料镦粗(常为局部镦粗)成形的锻造方法。冷镦是另一种形式的镦锻工艺。更具金属型变理论,在常温下对金属坯料施加一定的压力,使之在模腔产生变形。按规定的形状和尺寸成形。冷镦工艺广泛应用于中小零件以及各种类型的标准件。
冷镦工艺的主要特征是无切削加工,材料利用率高,利用率达80~90%,且金属材料流线不会被切断,因此成品强度比切削加工或铸造成型零件强度更高,在一定的批量生产条件下,冷镦加工成本要比其它加工成本低得多,适用于通常需要切削件以及紧固件等形状对称的产品加工。产品的尺寸精度、重量精度及力学性能等都能达到较高的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤,提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗的哈氏C系列合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种哈氏C系列合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,采用HVIS基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

抗氧剂是质量比50%的混合多环酚Hitec 4762和50%的二壬基二苯胺T558复合;
金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯三唑衍生物T551和50%的杂环化合物T553复合。
油性剂是硫化猪油;摩擦改进剂是油酸乙二醇酯T403B。
极压剂是硼酸三丁酯;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T502。
防锈剂是质量比30%的合成石油磺酸钡T701A和30%的羊毛脂和40%的苯并三氮唑T706复合;分散剂是高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺T615A。
抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901;增粘剂是乙丙共聚物T613A。
填充剂是85号微晶蜡。
本发明的显著优点:本发明组合物具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性(不拉毛、拉伤、有效延长冲模的使用寿命)、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤等。提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种哈氏C系列合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于油性剂是硫化猪油;摩擦改进剂是油酸乙二醇酯T403B。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种哈氏C系列合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于极压剂是硼酸三丁酯;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T502。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种哈氏C系列合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比30%的合成石油磺酸钡T701A和30%的羊毛脂和40%的苯并三氮唑T706复合;分散剂是高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺T615A。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种哈氏C系列合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901;增粘剂是乙丙共聚物T613A。
