Abstract
本发明公开了一种青铜合金冲压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用100号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、增粘剂、填充剂等。本发明的组合物具有润滑性能优良、分散、浸润、清洗能力强、冷却性、极压性、抗磨性、减摩性、热氧化性、剪切安定性好、表面光洁度高、抗腐蚀和使用周期长,操作方便、有利于提高生产效率,延长模具使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种青铜合金冲压加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
青铜是是金属冶铸史上最早的合金,在纯铜(红铜)中加入锡或铅的合金,有特殊重要性和历史意义。青铜是现代人给予的名字,古时青铜是黄色偏红,而埋在土里后颜色因氧化而青灰,称为青铜。与纯铜(红铜)相比,青铜强度高且熔点低(25%的锡冶炼青铜,熔点就会降低到800℃。纯铜(红铜)的熔点为1083℃)。青铜铸造性好,耐磨且化学性质稳定。
冲压加工时金属塑性加工的一种。它是通过模具对板材料施加外力,是之分离或产生塑性变形,从而获得一定几何尺寸、形状结构和性能的零部件加工方法。通常也称之为板材冲压加工或板材成型加工。而厚度较小的板材冲压一般在常温下进行,也称为冷冲压。冲压件在形状和尺寸精度方面互换性好,可以满足一般的装配和使用性能的要求。因为加工中冲压件经历过金属的塑性变形,其内部晶粒细化,所以金属的金相结构发生变化,内部组织得到不同程度的改善,材料机械性能得到改善。这就是的冲压件具有重量轻、刚度好、精度高、余差配合好和外表光滑等特点;且冲压加工生产效率高。冲压润滑剂在冲压加工过程中起到非常重要的作用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的粘温特性、扩散性、流动性、润滑性、冷却性、清晰性、极压性、承载性、抗磨性、氧化安定性、抗剪切性、可脱脂性的青铜合金冲压加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种青铜合金冲压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用100号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比总和是100%。
抗氧剂是环烷酸铜;金属减活剂是质量比50%的噻重氮和50%的苯三唑衍生物T551复合。
油性剂是质量比50%的大豆油和50%的工业猪油复合;
摩擦改进剂是烷基磷酸酯。极压剂是硼酸三丁酯;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T502。
防锈剂是质量比50%的甲基苯并三氮唑和50%的羊毛脂复合;
抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901。增粘剂是乙丙共聚物T613B;填充剂是全精炼石蜡68号。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的组合物具有良好的粘温特性、扩散性、流动性、润滑性、冷却性、清晰性、极压性、承载性、抗磨性、氧化安定性、抗剪切性、可脱脂性。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种青铜合金冲压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于油性剂是质量比50%的大豆油和50%的工业猪油复合;摩擦改进剂是烷基磷酸酯。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种青铜合金冲压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于极压剂是硼酸三丁酯;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T502。
