技术领域
本发明一种哈氏G系列合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
哈氏合金(Hastelloyalloy)主要分为B、C、G三个系列,它主要用于铁基Cr-Ni或Cr-Ni-Mo不锈钢、非金属材料等无法使用的强腐蚀性介质场合。每个牌号都有具体的化学成分,机械性能,各有所长,不能一概而论说哈氏合金有什么特性。哈氏合金板适用于各种含有氧化和还原性介质的化学工业。
G系列主要是G-3(00Cr22Ni48MO7Cu)和G-30(00Cr30Ni48MO7CuO)等。以G-3为例,Ni:21~23.5,Cr:6.0~8.0,MO:18.0~21.0,Fe≤0.015,C≤1.0,Si≤5.0,CO≤1.0,Mn≤0.04,P≤0.03,S≤1.5,W:1.5~2.5,V≤0.50。
冷镦加工是利用模具在常温下对金属棒料镦粗(常为局部镦粗)成形的锻造方法。冷镦是另一种形式的镦锻工艺。更具金属型变理论,在常温下对金属坯料施加一定的压力,使之在模腔产生变形。按规定的形状和尺寸成形。冷镦工艺广泛应用于中小零件以及各种类型的标准件。
冷镦工艺的主要特征是无切削加工,材料利用率高,利用率达80~90%,且金属材料流线不会被切断,因此成品强度比切削加工或铸造成型零件强度更高,在一定的批量生产条件下,冷镦加工成本要比其它加工成本低得多,适用于通常需要切削件以及紧固件等形状对称的产品加工。产品的尺寸精度、重量精度及力学性能等都能达到较高的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤,提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗的哈氏G系列合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种哈氏G系列合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,采用MVI基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

油性剂是硫化猪油。
