技术领域
本发明一种普通黄铜合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
普通黄铜是由铜和锌组成的合金。当含锌量小于35%时,锌能溶于铜内形成单相a,称单相黄铜,塑性好,适于冷热加压加工。当含锌量为36%~46%时,有a单相还有以铜锌为基的β固溶体,称双相黄铜,β相使黄铜塑性减小而抗拉强度上升,只适于热压力加工。
冷镦加工是利用模具在常温下对金属棒料镦粗(常为局部镦粗)成形的锻造方法。冷镦是另一种形式的镦锻工艺。更具金属型变理论,在常温下对金属坯料施加一定的压力,使之在模腔产生变形。按规定的形状和尺寸成形。冷镦工艺广泛应用于中小零件以及各种类型的标准件。
冷镦工艺的主要特征是无切削加工,材料利用率高,利用率达80~90%,且金属材料流线不会被切断,因此成品强度比切削加工或铸造成型零件强度更高,在一定的批量生产条件下,冷镦加工成本要比其它加工成本低得多,适用于通常需要切削件以及紧固件等形状对称的产品加工。产品的尺寸精度、重量精度及力学性能等都能达到较高的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤;提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗的普通黄铜合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种普通黄铜合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,采用HVI基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比总和是100%。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6二叔丁基对甲酚T501和50%的二烷基二苯胺T534复合。
金属减活剂是质量比50%的环烷酸铜和50%的苯三唑衍生物T551复合。
油性剂是菜籽油。抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。极压剂是酸性磷酸酯胺盐T304。
摩擦改进剂是苯三唑脂肪酸胺盐T406。
防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706和50%的羊毛脂复合。
增粘剂是乙丙共聚物T613。抗泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物T912。
分散剂是聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺T154。抗氧抗腐剂是脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯。
