技术领域
本发明属于金属加工润滑剂领域,特别涉及一种铪及铪合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物。
背景技术
铪的用途:由于它容易发射电子而很有用处(如用作白炽灯的灯丝)。用作X射线管的阴极,铪可作为很多充气系统的吸气剂。铪的用途还有是制作原子核反应堆的控制棒。纯铪具有可塑性、易加工、耐高温抗腐蚀,是原子能工业重要材料。铪的热中子捕获截面大,是较理想的中子吸收体,可作原子反应堆的控制棒和保护装置。铪粉可作火箭的推进器。铪为银灰色的有光泽金属,熔点2227℃,沸点4602℃,密度13.31克/厘米3;金属铪有较高的中子俘获能力。具有良好的抗腐蚀性,不受一般的酸碱侵蚀;易溶于氢氟酸;高温下可与氧、氮等气体直接化合。金属铪强度适中,可作贱金属的表面包膜。
冷镦加工是利用模具在常温下对金属棒料镦粗(常为局部镦粗)成形的锻造方法。冷镦是另一种形式的镦锻工艺。更具金属型变理论,在常温下对金属坯料施加一定的压力,使之在模腔产生变形。按规定的形状和尺寸成形。冷镦工艺广泛应用于中小零件以及各种类型的标准件。
冷镦工艺的主要特征是无切削加工,材料利用率高,利用率达80~90%,且金属材料流线不会被切断,因此成品强度比切削加工或铸造成型零件强度更高,在一定的批量生产条件下,冷镦加工成本要比其它加工成本低得多,适用于通常需要切削件以及紧固件等形状对称的产品加工。产品的尺寸精度、重量精度及力学性能等都能达到较高的要求。
润滑剂要求具有的特点:良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性(不拉毛、拉伤、有效延长冲模的使用寿命)、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤等。提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味,不刺激皮肤,能提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,有良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性,热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗的铪及铪合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物。
