技术领域
本发明一种铬合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
铬:银白色金属,质极硬,耐腐蚀。密度7.20克/cm3。熔点1857±20℃,沸点2672℃。铬用于制不锈钢,汽车零件,工具,磁带和录像带等。铬镀在金属上可以防锈,也叫可多米,坚固美观。金属铬主要用于与钴、镍、钨等元素冶炼特种合金。这些特种钢和特种合金是航空、宇航、汽车、造船,以及国防工业生产枪炮、导弹、火箭、舰艇等不可缺少的材料。
冷镦加工是利用模具在常温下对金属棒料镦粗(常为局部镦粗)成形的锻造方法。冷镦是另一种形式的镦锻工艺。更具金属型变理论,在常温下对金属坯料施加一定的压力,使之在模腔产生变形。按规定的形状和尺寸成形。冷镦工艺广泛应用于中小零件以及各种类型的标准件。
冷镦工艺的主要特征是无切削加工,材料利用率高,利用率达80~90%,且金属材料流线不会被切断,因此成品强度比切削加工或铸造成型零件强度更高,在一定的批量生产条件下,冷镦加工成本要比其它加工成本低得多,适用于通常需要切削件以及紧固件等形状对称的产品加工。产品的尺寸精度、重量精度及力学性能等都能达到较高的要求。
润滑剂应具有的特点:良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性(不拉毛、拉伤、有效延长冲模的使用寿命)、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤等。提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗。

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明铬合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性(不拉毛、拉伤、有效延长冲模的使用寿命)、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤等。提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗。

1.一种铬合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:采用VHVI 8基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分质量百分比总和为100%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种铬合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧剂是质量比50%的N-苯基-α萘胺T531和50%的硫化烷基酚T504的复合;金属减活剂质量比50%是噻二唑衍生物T561和50%苯三唑衍生物T551的复合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种铬合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于油性剂是棕榈酸。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种铬合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于摩擦改进剂是马来酸三甘醇酯;极压剂是二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸钼T351。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种铬合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T302。
6.如权利要求1所述的铬合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的石油磺酸钠T702和50%的苯骈三氮唑T706的复合物;抗泡剂是丙烯酸与醚共聚物T911。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种铬合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于分散剂是高分子聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺T164A。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种铬合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧抗磨剂是硫磷丁辛基锌盐T202。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种铬合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于吸附剂是聚异丁烯T603;填充剂是62号半精炼石蜡。
