Abstract
本发明公开了一种环境友好不锈钢管冷轧润滑剂组合物,采用质量比66.66%的硬脂酸丁酯(BS)和33.34%的合成酯(Radialube7251)复合做为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:抗氧防腐剂、摩擦改进剂、油性剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、催冷剂。本发明的组合物具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤;提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种环境友好不锈钢管冷轧润滑剂组合物属于金属加工工艺润滑剂领域。
背景技术
钢管一般分为无缝钢管和焊接钢(有缝)两类。钢管是一种中空长条形钢材,大量应用作输送流体的管道,也广泛应用于制造机械零件,工程结构件。通常大规格尺寸的无缝管是通过热轧工艺连续产生;而中小规格尺寸的无缝钢管主要采用热轧穿孔或连铸连轧开胚形成管材,再进行冷拔或冷轧工艺生产。不锈钢冷轧过程中,由于其表面粘性、抗氧化性以及高的变形抗力,导致其表面质量较难控制。因此其冷轧工艺具有不同于其他钢种的特点,主要表现为:1,不锈钢是高合金钢,变形抗力强,必须采用润滑冷却效果好的轧制油进行工艺润滑。2,采用特殊的焊接。3,不锈钢生产中退火是其中重要环节。4,表面质量要求高。5精整有特殊要求。6,其导热性能差,要求轧制油有良好的传热性和比热容。总之,轧制油对冷轧后的退火、酸洗和精制后加工工艺有较大的影响。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤;提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗的环境友好不锈钢管冷轧润滑剂组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种环境友好不锈钢管冷轧润滑剂组合物,采用质量比66.66%的硬脂酸丁酯(BS)和33.34%的合成酯(Radialube7251)复合做为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比总和为100%。
抗氧防腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
摩擦改进剂是乙基棕榈酸酯。
油性剂是质量比50%的棕榈油和50%的工业猪油复合。
极压剂是氯化石蜡T301。
抗磨剂是硫化异丁烯T321。
防锈剂是中碱值合成磺酸钙T105。
抗泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物T912。催冷剂是石油磺酸钠T702。
本发明的显著优点在于:本发明的组合物具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤;提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗。

1.一种环境友好不锈钢管冷轧润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比66.66%的硬脂酸丁酯(BS)和33.34%的合成酯(Radialube7251)复合做为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好不锈钢管冷轧润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧防腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好不锈钢管冷轧润滑剂组合物,其特征在于摩擦改进剂是乙基棕榈酸酯。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好不锈钢管冷轧润滑剂组合物,其特征在于油性剂是质量比50%的棕榈油和50%的工业猪油复合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好不锈钢管冷轧润滑剂组合物,其特征在于极压剂是氯化石蜡T301。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好不锈钢管冷轧润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗磨剂是硫化异丁烯T321。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好不锈钢管冷轧润滑剂组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是中碱值合成磺酸钙T105。
