Abstract
本发明公开了普通碳素结构钢螺纹滚压加工润滑冷却液组合物,采用7号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗氧抗腐剂、抗泡剂、催冷剂、补强剂等。本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性以及热容量大的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于金属加工润滑剂领域,特别涉及普通碳素结构钢螺纹滚压加工润滑冷却液组合物。
背景技术
普通碳素结构钢又称普通碳素钢,对含碳量、性能范围以及磷、硫和其他残余元素含量的限制较宽。在中国和某些国家根据交货的保证条件又分为三类:甲类钢(A类钢)是保证力学性能的钢。乙类钢(B类钢)是保证化学成分的钢。特类钢(C类钢)是既保证力学性能又保证化学成分的钢,常用于制造较重要的结构件。中国目前生产和使用最多的是含碳量在0.20%左右的A3钢(甲类3号钢),主要用于工程结构。
螺纹滚压加工是一种金属成型工艺,材料被重新组合,形成所需要的形状,其特点是按滚轮拉丝模的镜像形成螺纹,而不是通过除去金属而形成所需要的轮廓。适合滚压的材料通常是难以切削。螺纹滚压依赖于基材的塑性,即基材的变形能力,以使永久地将滚轮的形状压在工件的环件中。良好的螺纹滚压取决于相关的参数条件,它包括:滚压螺纹的类型、大径、节距和齿根深度、材料的压延性、冷流动性以及加工中使用的润滑冷却液。润滑冷却液应具有良好的冷却性、润滑性(极压抗磨承载性)、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性以及热容量大的特点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性以及热容量大的普通碳素结构钢螺纹滚压加工润滑冷却液组合物。
本发明采用以下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
普通碳素结构钢螺纹滚压加工润滑冷却液组合物,采用7号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分质量百分比总和等于100%。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的4,4-亚甲基双T511和50%的对,对'二异辛基二苯胺T516复合;金属减活剂是质量比50%的硫基苯并咪唑和50%的噻二唑衍生物T561复合。
油性剂是棕榈油;摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451A。
极压剂是氯化石蜡T301;抗磨剂是硫代磷酸铵盐T307。
防锈剂是质量比50%的烯基丁二酸半酯T747和50%的环烷酸锌T704复合;抗氧抗腐剂是硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐T203。
抗泡剂是2号复合抗泡剂T922;催冷剂是石油磺酸钠。
补强剂是325目二硫化钼粉末。
本发明的显著优点在于:本发明组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性(极压抗磨承载性)、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性以及热容量大的优点。

1.普通碳素结构钢螺纹滚压加工润滑冷却液组合物,其特征在于:采用7号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

2.如权利要求1所述的普通碳素结构钢螺纹滚压加工润滑冷却液组合物,其特征在于抗氧剂是质量比50%的4,4-亚甲基双T511和50%的对,对'二异辛基二苯胺T516复合;金属减活剂是质量比50%的硫基苯并咪唑和50%的噻二唑衍生物T561复合。
3.如权利要求1所述的普通碳素结构钢螺纹滚压加工润滑冷却液组合物,其特征在于油性剂是棕榈油;摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451A。
4.如权利要求1所述的普通碳素结构钢螺纹滚压加工润滑冷却液组合物,其特征在于极压剂是氯化石蜡T301;抗磨剂是硫代磷酸铵盐T307。
5.如权利要求1所述的普通碳素结构钢螺纹滚压加工润滑冷却液组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的烯基丁二酸半酯T747和50%的环烷酸锌T704复合;抗氧抗腐剂是硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐T203。
6.如权利要求1所述的普通碳素结构钢螺纹滚压加工润滑冷却液组合物,其特征在于抗泡剂是2号复合抗泡剂T922;催冷剂是石油磺酸钠。
7.如权利要求1所述的普通碳素结构钢螺纹滚压加工润滑冷却液组合物,其特征在于补强剂是325目二硫化钼粉末。
