Abstract
本发明公开了环境友好合金钢精密丝杆车削液组合物,采用10号工业白油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,它们包拈:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗氧抗腐剂、抗泡剂、催冷剂等。本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性,降低被加工件的温度,减小热变形,且可以提高刀具的使用寿命和螺纹表面的光洁度,还具有良好的扩散性、渗透性、极压抗磨性、抗氧抗腐性、防锈性、清洁性、抗泡性以及漆料相容性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于金属加工润滑剂领域,特别涉及环境友好合金钢精密丝杆车削液组合物。
背景技术
在机床制造过程中,经常要车削精密的丝杆,其材质是合金钢。由于丝杆是刚性较差的细长轴,加上其结构的形状交杂,车削精度和表面光洁度的要求很高。因此,精密丝杆的车削比普通螺纹的车削要困难得多。为了确保精密丝杆的精度要求,工艺上必须采用相应的技术手段来解决车削加工中遇到的困难。这些措施包括:车刀的形状和几何角度、切削用量的选择、膜的材料、车刀的总长以及车削冷却液的选择。而切削冷却液应具有良好的冷却性,降低被加工件的温低,减小热变形,且可以提高刀具的使用寿合和螺纹表面的光洁度,还具有良好的扩散性、渗透性、极压抗磨性、抗氧抗腐性、防锈性、清洁性、抗泡性以及漆料相容性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却性,降低被加工件的温度,减小热变形,且可以提高刀具的使用寿命和螺纹表面的光洁度,还具有良好的扩散性、渗透性、极压抗磨性、抗氧抗腐性、防锈性、清洁性、抗泡性以及漆料相容性的环境友好合金钢精密丝杆车削液组合物。
本发明采用以下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
环境友好合金钢精密丝杆车削液组合物,采用10号工业白油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

以上各组分质量百分比总和为100%。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502A和50%二烷基二苯胺T534复合;金属减活剂是质量比50%的噻重氮和50%苯三唑衍生物T551复合。
油性剂是硫化棉籽油T404;摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451A。
极压剂是氯化石蜡T302。
抗磨剂是硫化异丁烯T321;防锈剂是质量比50%的石油磺酸钠T701和50%烷基磷酸咪唑啉盐T708复合。
抗氧抗腐剂是硫磷丁辛基锌盐T202;抗泡剂是1号复合抗泡剂T921。
催冷剂是石油磺酸钠45#。
本发明的环境友好合金钢精密丝杆车削液组合物的显著优点:具有良好的冷却性,降低被加工件的温度,减小热变形,且可以提高刀具的使用寿命和螺纹表面的光洁度,还具有良好的扩散性、渗透性、极压抗磨性、抗氧抗腐性、防锈性、清洁性、抗泡性以及漆料相容性。

1.环境友好合金钢精密丝杆车削液组合物,其特征在于:采用10号工业白油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分质量百分比总和为100%。
2.如权利要求1所述的环境友好合金钢精密丝杆车削液组合物,其特征在于抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502A和50%二烷基二苯胺T534复合;金属减活剂是质量比50%的噻重氮和50%苯三唑衍生物T551复合。
3.如权利要求1所述的环境友好合金钢精密丝杆车削液组合物,其特征在于油性剂是硫化棉籽油T404;摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451A。
4.如权利要求1所述的环境友好合金钢精密丝杆车削液组合物,其特征在于极压剂是氯化石蜡T302。
5.如权利要求1所述的环境友好合金钢精密丝杆车削液组合物,其特征在于抗磨剂是硫化异丁烯T321;防锈剂是质量比50%的石油磺酸钠T701和50%烷基磷酸咪唑啉盐T708复合。
6.如权利要求1所述的环境友好合金钢精密丝杆车削液组合物,其特征在于抗氧抗腐剂是硫磷丁辛基锌盐T202;抗泡剂是1号复合抗泡剂T921。
7.如权利要求1所述的环境友好合金钢精密丝杆车削液组合物,其特征在于催冷剂是石油磺酸钠45#。
