Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于冷轧钢板的平整防锈油及其制备方法,该平整防锈油包括以下重量份数的原料组分:三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯300‑500份、多效防锈剂200‑400份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚‑9 10‑30份、石蜡基基础油450‑650份、硫化烯烃棉籽油40‑60份、聚异丁烯10‑30份、抗氧化剂5‑10份。本发明的平整防锈油具有较好的润滑及防锈性能,应用于平整工艺中能降低冷轧钢板表面粗糙度,降低轧制压力,缩短生产周期。

技术领域
本发明属于化工材料技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种用于冷轧钢板的平整防锈油及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着电子产品的发展,需要用合金材料或者涂镀材料替代某些导电性能好的材料,但是,目前现有的工艺水平及加工方法不能满足生产需要。
普碳钢板的平整是金属加工中的一个重要环节。传统的普碳钢板平整采用的平整剂常为水或者平整液(水剂产品),然而此类平整剂在平整钢板时存在润滑不足、出现断带、钢板残留水印、平整液斑等问题,即使是提高产品的使用浓度也不能解决以上问题。
此外,为解决水剂产品带来的缺陷,目前大多数钢铁企业使用干平整剂平整钢板,然而干平整剂平整钢板时平整轧制压力大,会造成钢板的板型不好、加工精度不高、表面的粗糙度等不能满足客户的要求,同时后工序仍需要涂覆防锈油产品,导致企业生产成本升高,生产周期较长。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于冷轧钢板的平整防锈油及其制备方法,该平整防锈油具有较好的润滑及防锈性能,应用于平整工艺中能降低冷轧钢板表面粗糙度、降低轧制压力,缩短生产周期。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种用于冷轧钢板的平整防锈油,包括以下重量份数的原料组分:

本发明还提供了一种用于冷轧钢板的平整防锈油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):向三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯中加入抗氧化剂,并于60-70℃下加热搅拌溶解,再加入石蜡基基础油、多效防锈剂、硫化烯烃棉籽油、聚异丁烯混合搅拌30-45min得到混合液;
步骤(2):将所述混合液降温至45-50℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9,混合搅拌30-45min即得平整防锈油。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明的平整防锈油应用于平整机中,对钢板具有较好的润滑及防锈性能,与轧制油具有相当的润滑能力,同时又具有防锈油相当的防锈性能,是一种合二为一的多功能产品;且具有适宜的皂化值,可以满足平整轧机大压下率情况下对油品的润滑要求。
(2)硫化烯烃棉籽油在平整防锈油中主要作为一种极压润滑剂能保证在高温高压下仍具有较好的润滑性能,同时降低钢板表面的粗糙度;多效防锈剂在平整防锈油中主要起到良好的防锈作用,能延长钢板长时间封存下的钢板防锈周期;石蜡基基础油主要起到良好的抗氧化性能,高粘度指数(HVI≥100)的石蜡基基础油同时还具有较好的密封性,能改善钢板表面粗糙度、降低气泡的产生;聚异丁烯具有优异的气密性、耐老化性和耐酸碱腐蚀性,其添加能极大的提高钢板的防锈性能和抗拉强度;本发明的平整防锈油在各种组分的协同作用下,在高温高压下仍具有良好的防锈性能和润滑性能,可延长油品的使用寿命,同时能有效改善冷轧钢板表面的粗糙度并降低轧制压力、提高钢板表面的平整度、光亮度和耐磨性能,其粗糙度Ra能够控制在0.05-0.08μm范围内,使钢板达到镜面钢板的要求。

步骤(1):向三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯中加入抗氧化剂,并于60-70℃下加热搅拌溶解,再加入石蜡基基础油、多效防锈剂、硫化烯烃棉籽油、聚异丁烯混合搅拌30-45min得到混合液;
步骤(2):将所述混合液降温至45-50℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9,混合搅拌30-45min即得平整防锈油。

该平整防锈油的制备方法为:向改性合成酯中加入抗氧化剂,并于60-70℃下加热搅拌溶解,再加入石蜡基基础油、多效防锈剂、极压润滑剂、光亮剂混合搅拌30-45min得到混合液;将所述混合液降温至45-50℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9,混合搅拌30-45min即得平整防锈油。

由表1可知,本发明的平整防锈油,其性能指标均达到质量指标要求,安全性高、挥发损失小,油品使用寿命长,其具有良好的防锈性能和润滑性能,可改善冷轧钢板表面的粗糙度并提高钢板表面的平整度、光亮度和耐磨性能。

步骤(1):向三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯中加入抗氧化剂,并于60-70℃下加热搅拌溶解,再加入石蜡基基础油、多效防锈剂、硫化烯烃棉籽油、聚异丁烯混合搅拌30-45min得到混合液;
步骤(2):将所述混合液降温至45-50℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9,混合搅拌30-45min即得平整防锈油。
