技术领域
本发明涉及冷轧用润滑油品,特别涉及一种带钢轧制油及其生产方法。
背景技术
冷轧薄板具有良好的韧性和机械加工性能,是生产马口铁基板、镀锌基板、家电板、冲压板的重要产品,因此也称为极薄冷轧薄板。近年来,随着国民经济的发展,对冷轧极薄钢板的需求量急剧增加,轧制时需要苛刻的润滑性和清洁性。冷轧过程是利用材质硬度更大的工作辊对金属表面碾压,使其产生塑性变形,工作辊、支撑辊与被加工的金属之间产生摩擦。摩擦分为两种形式:一是金属塑性变形,金属质点间的分子内摩擦;二是金属与工作辊、工作辊和支撑辊之间的外摩擦。前者引起变形抗力可用金属的退火处理使分子内摩擦大大减少,后者需要在轧制时使用轧制油以达到在润滑和冷却两个方面来解决外摩擦的问题。
目前冷轧薄钢板的生产多采用规模较大的多机架连轧方式,具有更薄规格带钢的生产和高速、高产的特点,目前,随着产品的更新,对冷轧薄板要求越来越苛刻,对轧制液的技术性能要求也越来越高。轧制油的使用方法是将其溶于水中配制成乳化液循环使用,要求乳化液具有:(1)润滑性能优越,确保有效的油膜强度,尽可能的减小轧辊辊面与钢板之间的摩擦系数,同时还要避免辊板之间打滑;(2)防锈性能好,不会对轧辊、轧板及其它设备部件造成锈蚀;(3)抗泡性能好,要求在循环使用过程中不起泡沫;(4)很好的抗菌防腐性能,能够长期使用而不变质发臭;(5)退火清净性强,轧板经退火处理后不留斑痕。其中,良好的退火清净性保证不锈钢带钢轧制后及退火后表面清洁、光亮、无碳化物污染等现象,是影响轧制过程钢板表面质量的重要因素,退火清净性与轧制油中的多种组分密切相关,但现有技术中对轧制油退火清净性的研究主要集中在基础油的选择上,因此退火清净性的提高程度较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带钢轧制油,具有良好的退火清净性,处理的带钢表面质量高。

基础油45~75份:包括加氢精制矿物油、蓖麻油、季戊四醇四辛酯中的至少一种;油性剂5~10份:包括季戊四醇、聚氧乙烯烷基醚磷酸酯中的至少一种;
乳化剂5~10份:包括高分子型非离子表面活性剂、低分子表面活性剂中的至少一种;
极压抗磨剂3~6份:包括含磷极压剂、含硫极压剂中的至少一种;
抗氧剂1~5份:包括噻二唑衍生物、烷基二苯胺中的至少一种;
防锈剂3~5份:包括油溶性磺酸盐防锈剂、苯并三氮唑、二烯基丁二酸酯中的至少一种;
抗泡剂1~3份:硅油。
通过采用上述技术方案,①基础油在润滑剂中占有绝大部分比重,它不但能满足润滑剂基本的润滑性能,而且还能为油性剂、防锈剂、极压剂等添加剂提供载体。通常,不锈钢轧制油所使用的基础油有植物油、动物油、矿物油和合成脂,由于动物油挥发性差,带钢退火时在表面产生残碳,无法保证带钢表面的清洁性;合成酯是一种优良的润滑剂基础油,其氧化安定性和抗磨损极压性也较好,能够改善带钢退火过程中的挥发性,从而提高带钢的清洁度;植物油为天然油脂,其本身润滑性较好,具有较高的皂化值和油膜强度,同时,由于其具有良好的挥发性,在带钢退火时能够完全燃烧,带钢表面质量较好;基础油中加入一定比例的矿物油,能够调和轧制油的皂化值,并作为基础油脂的载体。因此,本发明选用矿物油、植物油和合成酯作为基础油,葵二酸二辛脂运动黏度、酸值、油膜强度指标较好,季戊四醇四辛酯具有优异的热稳定性、氧化稳定性、水解稳定性,不仅能平衡和兼顾轧制油的综合性能,而且是性价比很高的复合基础油,提高了退火清净性;此外,葵二酸二辛脂弥补了季戊四醇四辛酯酸值低的不足,提高了基础油的酸值,使带钢表面在轧制过程中被适度腐蚀,露出的新鲜金属表面能与极压剂反应增强极压性能;同时,季戊四醇四辛酯还改善了葵二酸二辛脂与抗磨剂之间的对抗关系。②酯类油性剂与其他油性剂相比,其耐高温性能、抗氧化性能、抗水解性能、黏温性能、黏压性能及润滑性能良好,季戊四醇是用烷基取代β-碳原子上的氢获得的高温性能较好的合成酯,退火清净性好;采用高级脂肪酸单酯、双酯或其混合物作为油性剂,聚氧乙烯烷基醚磷酸酯具有良好的氧化稳定性和润滑性能、清洁性。③传统的表面活性剂对乳化液中的油粒子保护性差,油粒子的尺寸变化范围大,影响轧制过程的稳定性,另外,传统的表面活性剂对轧制过程中产生的铁粉分散性不好,极易污染轧机和钢板表面,严重影响轧机清净性和带钢的退火清净性,本发明除使用传统的低分子表面活性剂外,又配合使用高分子非离子型表面活性剂,低分子表面活性剂在乳化初期的乳化性能良好,能进行乳化调整,高分子非离子型表面活性剂得到的油粒子大、离水展着性好,对稳定乳化液中油粒子的大小和铁粉的分散具有良好的效果,对轧制过程的稳定和对轧制后钢板的表面清净性起到非常重要的作用。④用于带钢冷轧加工的极压抗磨剂主要是含硫和含磷化合物,含硫化合物在冷轧加工生产中是一种效果很好的添加剂,特别是有机硫化物,除在轧制过程中表现出良好的润滑性以外,更重要的是具有良好的退火清净性,可消除退火后边缘炭的产生;含硫极压剂与含磷极压剂复合使用较单独使用效果好。⑤轧制油在储存、循环使用及以及轧后在钢板表面上的残留油必须有良好的抗氧化效果,以利于避免轧后油烧和退火时钢板表面高分子聚合物的形成,抗氧剂能较好地提高带钢轧制油的氧化安定性,采用噻二唑衍生物和烷基二苯胺复合作为轧制油的抗氧剂,能有效地抑制油品的氧化,减小氧化速度,并能防止酸性氧化物腐蚀轧辊和轧件。⑥钢板轧制后会有一部分乳化液夹带到带卷中,在温度、水分、空气和铁粉及其他因素的作用下,在钢板表面形成块状锈斑及油烧,油烧部位在后续轧制和退火时逐渐延伸、扩大,加剧退火后在带钢表面形成黑斑,在轧制油中加入一定量的不影响其退火清净性的防锈剂,可以减少轧后带钢表面产生油烧的可能性,选用油溶性磺酸盐防锈剂、苯并三氮唑与二烯基丁二酸酯复合作为防锈剂,具有一定的防锈性、清净分散性、极压性,能够满足带钢轧制过程的防腐蚀要求。轧制油在长时间的使用过程中,由于喷嘴和机械搅拌不断剪切,同时由于铁粉及其它杂质的混入,使乳化液的表面张力下降,在乳化液的上层表面产生大量的气泡,这些气泡会使操作工序变得困难,造成乳化液箱常常产生溢流,使得轧制油的油耗上升,浓度控制波动大,操作环境恶化,乳化液中大量气泡的存在还会使喷涂到钢板上的乳化液均匀性和连续性变差,从而影响钢板的表面清净性,因此加入硅油进行消泡。
优选的,高分子型非离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯醚脂肪酸酯,低分子表面活性剂为石油磺酸钠。
通过采用上述技术方案,选择高分子量的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚脂肪酸酯作为乳化剂,在正常使用温度下,分子呈线性有较好的乳化性能,但进入高温高压区以后分子链缩成团状失去乳化能力促使油水迅速分离,铺展在带钢的表面,以增强其成膜速度及油膜强度,从而达到提高轧制油润滑性的目的;石油磺酸钠具有较强亲水性,可用作表面活性剂配制金属乳化油,并具有良好的防锈效果。
优选的,含磷极压剂为聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯,含硫极压剂为硫化脂肪酸甲酯、二叔十二烷基三硫化物中的至少一种。
通过采用上述技术方案,上述极压抗磨剂除了具有很好的极压润滑性外,对轧制油的抗油烧性能、退火清净性影响不大。
优选的,组分组成如下:
加氢精制矿物油15~20份、蓖麻油35~50份、季戊四醇四辛酯15~20份;
季戊四醇5~10份、聚氧乙烯烷基醚磷酸酯10~15份;
聚氧乙烯醚脂肪酸酯3~5份,石油磺酸钠3~5份;
聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯2~3份,硫化脂肪酸甲酯1~3份,二叔十二烷基三硫化物1~3份;
噻二唑衍生物1~2份、烷基二苯胺1~2份;
油溶性磺酸盐防锈剂1~2份、苯并三氮唑1~3份、二烯基丁二酸酯1~2份;
硅油1~3份。
通过采用上述技术方案,兼顾轧制油的综合性能和退火清净性,获得较高的性价比。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种带钢轧制油的生产方法,步骤如下:将配方重量份数的基础油、油性剂混合,加热至60~80℃,搅拌40~80min,冷却至40~45℃,然后加入其他组分,搅拌20~25min,冷却至室温即可。
综上,本发明所述的一种带钢轧制油,具有良好的轧制润滑效果、退火清净性、极压性、耐腐蚀性能、冷却性能、防锈性、抗氧化性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1~5,一种带钢轧制油,按表1重量份数组成,单位为kg。

如图1所示,一种带钢轧制油的生产方法,将基础油、油性剂混合,加热至70℃,
搅拌70min,冷却至40℃,然后加入其他组分,搅拌20min,冷却至室温即可。
本发明采用ZRY-2P综合热分析仪对轧制油进行热重-差热分析,评价轧制油的退火清净性。
对照试验组采用沧州市亿达渤润石化有限公司生产的MLZ-725号金属加工油。
试验结果如表2。

由上述试验结果可知,本发明的分解失重温度在200℃以上,所以该本发明可以承受因高速高负荷产生的高温条件;同时,对照组的残余量为7.63%,本发明的残余量平均为3.41%,低于普通轧制油,因此,在后续的退火中,当退火温度达到650℃以后,本发明在使用过程中几乎全部挥发或烧掉,能得到表面清洁度更高的冷轧带钢。
综上,本发明具有良好的退火清净性。

Claims (5)

1.一种带钢轧制油,以重量份数计由以下组分组成:
基础油60~90份:包括加氢精制矿物油、蓖麻油、季戊四醇四辛酯中的至少一种;
油性剂15~25份:包括季戊四醇、聚氧乙烯烷基醚磷酸酯中的至少一种;
乳化剂5~10份:包括高分子型非离子表面活性剂、低分子表面活性剂中的至少一种;
极压抗磨剂5~10份:包括含磷极压剂、含硫极压剂中的至少一种;
抗氧剂1~5份:包括噻二唑衍生物、烷基二苯胺中的至少一种;
防锈剂3~8份:包括油溶性磺酸盐防锈剂、苯并三氮唑、二烯基丁二酸酯中的至少一种;
抗泡剂1~3份:硅油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带钢轧制油,其特征在于:所述高分子型非离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯醚脂肪酸酯,低分子表面活性剂为石油磺酸钠。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带钢轧制油,其特征在于:所述含磷极压剂为聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯,含硫极压剂为硫化脂肪酸甲酯、二叔十二烷基三硫化物中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带钢轧制油,其特征在于:所述组分组成如下:
加氢精制矿物油15~20份、蓖麻油35~50份、季戊四醇四辛酯15~20份;
季戊四醇5~10份、聚氧乙烯烷基醚磷酸酯10~15份;
聚氧乙烯醚脂肪酸酯3~5份,石油磺酸钠3~5份;
聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯2~3份,硫化脂肪酸甲酯1~3份,二叔十二烷基三硫化物1~3份;
噻二唑衍生物1~2份、烷基二苯胺1~2份;
油溶性磺酸盐防锈剂1~2份、苯并三氮唑1~3份、二烯基丁二酸酯1~2份;
硅油1~3份。
5.一种带钢轧制油的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:将配方重量份数的基础油、油性剂混合,加热至60~80℃,搅拌40~80min,冷却至40~45℃,然后加入其他组分,搅拌20~25min,冷却至室温即可。
