本发明公开了一种多工位镗床用切削油,它包括以下重量份的各组分:氯化石蜡3.2‑3.8份、菜籽油4.2‑4.8份、极压剂0.5‑1.5份、硫化脂肪酸甲酯/三酸甘油酯0.5‑1.5份、癸二酸二异辛酯0.4‑0.8份、二壬基萘磺酸钡0.5‑1.5份以及15号机械油87.1‑87.7份。本发明还公开了一种多工位镗床用切削油的制备方法。本发明提供的切削油具有防锈效果好,润滑性能佳,适合在多工位镗床上推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及切削油领域,具体地说为一种多工位镗床用切削油及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的多工位镗床用切削油往往使用起来防锈效果不够好,润滑性能普通,无法达到较适宜的经济效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述缺陷提供一种多工位镗床用切削油,它包括以下重量份的各组分:氯化石蜡3.2-3.8份、菜籽油4.2-4.8份、极压剂 0.5-1.5份、硫化脂肪酸甲酯/三酸甘油酯 0.5-1.5份、癸二酸二异辛酯0.4-0.8份、二壬基萘磺酸钡0.5-1.5份以及15号机械油87.1-87.7份。
优选的是,所述极压剂为路博润5340MW牌号,硫化脂肪酸甲酯/三酸甘油酯为DeoAdd MRD10牌号。
优选的是,它包括以下重量份的各组分:氯化石蜡3.5份、菜籽油4.5份、极压剂 1份、硫化脂肪酸甲酯/三酸甘油酯 1份、癸二酸二异辛酯0.6份、二壬基萘磺酸钡1份以及15号机械油87.4份。
一种多工位镗床用切削油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将以下重量份的氯化石蜡3.2-3.8份、菜籽油4.2-4.8份、极压剂 0.5-1.5份、硫化脂肪酸甲酯/三酸甘油酯 0.5-1.5份、癸二酸二异辛酯0.4-0.8份、二壬基萘磺酸钡0.5-1.5份以及15号机械油87.1-87.7份混合后,在40-60℃温度下进行保温搅拌,搅拌均匀后即可制得所述多工位镗床用切削油。
优选的是,包括以下步骤:将以下重量份的氯化石蜡3.5份、菜籽油4.5份、极压剂1份、硫化脂肪酸甲酯/三酸甘油酯 1份、癸二酸二异辛酯0.6份、二壬基萘磺酸钡1份以及15号机械油87.4份混合后,在60℃温度下进行保温搅拌,搅拌均匀后即可制得所述多工位镗床用切削油。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的切削油具有防锈效果好,润滑性能佳,适合在多工位镗床上推广应用。

所述极压剂为路博润5340MW牌号,硫化脂肪酸甲酯/三酸甘油酯为DeoAdd MRD10牌号。

一种多工位镗床用切削油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将以下重量份的氯化石蜡3.8份、菜籽油4.8份、路博润5340MW 1.5份、硫化脂肪酸甲酯/三酸甘油酯DeoAdd MRD101.5份、癸二酸二异辛酯0.8份、二壬基萘磺酸钡1.5份以及15号机械油87.7份混合后,在50℃温度下进行保温搅拌,搅拌均匀后即可制得所述多工位镗床用切削油。

一种多工位镗床用切削油,它包括以下重量份的各组分:氯化石蜡3.5份、菜籽油4.5份、路博润5340MW 1份、硫化脂肪酸甲酯/三酸甘油酯DeoAdd MRD10 1份、癸二酸二异辛酯0.6份、二壬基萘磺酸钡1份以及15号机械油87.4份。

1.一种多工位镗床用切削油,其特征在于它包括以下重量份的各组分:氯化石蜡3.2-3.8份、菜籽油4.2-4.8份、极压剂 0.5-1.5份、硫化脂肪酸甲酯/三酸甘油酯0.5-1.5份、癸二酸二异辛酯0.4-0.8份、二壬基萘磺酸钡0.5-1.5份以及15号机械油87.1-87.7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多工位镗床用切削油,其特征在于所述极压剂为路博润5340MW牌号,硫化脂肪酸甲酯/三酸甘油酯为DeoAdd MRD10牌号。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种多工位镗床用切削油,其特征在于它包括以下重量份的各组分:氯化石蜡3.5份、菜籽油4.5份、极压剂 1份、硫化脂肪酸甲酯/三酸甘油酯1份、癸二酸二异辛酯0.6份、二壬基萘磺酸钡1份以及15号机械油87.4份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多工位镗床用切削油的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:将以下重量份的氯化石蜡3.2-3.8份、菜籽油4.2-4.8份、极压剂 0.5-1.5份、硫化脂肪酸甲酯/三酸甘油酯 0.5-1.5份、癸二酸二异辛酯0.4-0.8份、二壬基萘磺酸钡0.5-1.5份以及15号机械油87.1-87.7份混合后,在40-60℃温度下进行保温搅拌,搅拌均匀后即可制得所述多工位镗床用切削油。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种多工位镗床用切削油的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:将以下重量份的氯化石蜡3.5份、菜籽油4.5份、极压剂 1份、硫化脂肪酸甲酯/三酸甘油酯 1份、癸二酸二异辛酯0.6份、二壬基萘磺酸钡1份以及15号机械油87.4份混合后,在60℃温度下进行保温搅拌,搅拌均匀后即可制得所述多工位镗床用切削油。
