本发明公开了一种铝及其合金热连精轧乳化液的组合物,采用MVI基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、表面活性剂、抗泡剂、防锈剂、杀菌剂、偶合剂等。本发明的组合物具有适中的冷却特性,良好的润滑特性、宽范围轧制压下量适用性、抗高温氧化性、扩散性、清洗性。

技术领域
本发明属于金属加工润滑剂领域,特别涉及一种铝及其合金热连精轧乳化液的组合物。
背景技术
铝合金密度低,但强度比较高,接近或超过优质钢,塑性好,可加工成各种型材,具有优良的导电性、导热性和抗蚀性,工业上广泛使用,使用量仅次于钢。一些铝合金可以采用热处理获得良好的机械性能,物理性能和抗腐蚀性能。在航空、航天、汽车、机械制造、船舶及化学工业中已大量应用。
针对热精连轧工艺质量要求,乳化液必须具备:适中的冷却特性、优良的润滑剂特性、连轧易吸入性和使用品质的稳定性。相对热粗轧,由于连轧温度较低,为稳定辊温、控制板材并保证乳液润滑性,要求乳化液具有适中的冷却性能。连轧温度较低,坯料较薄,对润滑条件要求更苛刻,为保证低温、高速、大变形率条件下热轧卷表面质量,克服粘铝缺陷,乳化液必须具备优良的润滑剂特性。热连轧直接接触的轧制介质为乳化液,乳化液要实现铝及其合金在低温、高速、大变形率条件下的冷却、润滑和咬入的良好协同难度较大。为适应连轧高速、大变形率下稳定的优良表面质量,不粘铝、不打滑,要求乳化液必须保持现场使用品质的稳定性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有适中的冷却特性,良好的润滑特性、宽范围轧制压下量适用性、抗高温氧化性、扩散性、清洗性的铝及其合金热连精轧乳化液的组合物。
本发明采用以下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种铝及其合金热连精轧乳化液的组合物,采用MVI基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分质量百分比总和为100%。
油性剂是硫化烯烃棉籽油-1T405;摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯。
极压剂是酸性亚磷酸二丁酯T304;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T302。
表面活性剂是质量比67%的聚异丁烯丁二酸酰胺与33%的异构醇醚类复合;抗泡剂是甲基硅油脂T903。
防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706与50%的咪唑啉及其衍生物复合。
杀菌剂是三羟甲基-硝基甲烷;偶合剂是质量比80%的十八醇与20%的苯甲酸钠复合。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明组合物具有适中的冷却特性,良好的润滑特性、宽范围轧制压下量适用性、抗高温氧化性、扩散性、清洗性。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种铝及其合金热连精轧乳化液的组合物,其特征在于极压剂是酸性亚磷酸二丁酯T304;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T302。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种铝及其合金热连精轧乳化液的组合物,其特征在于表面活性剂是质量比67%的聚异丁烯丁二酸酰胺与33%的异构醇醚类复合;抗泡剂是甲基硅油脂T903。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种铝及其合金热连精轧乳化液的组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706与50%的咪唑啉及其衍生物复合。
