技术领域
本发明属于金属加工润滑剂领域。特别涉及一种625合金冷冲压润滑剂组合物。
背景技术
625合金是一种镍铬钼铌合金,是镍基耐蚀合金。它具有良好的耐腐蚀性和较广的温度范围内(通常在980摄氏度以下),都具有较高的强度。它具有较高强度是通过镍铬基内含有的钼和铌等合金元素的固溶强化而获得,不需要使用沉淀硬化工艺(金属在过饱和固溶体中硬化的一种热处理工艺)处理。625合金具有耐点蚀、耐缝隙腐蚀、耐冲压腐蚀、耐晶间腐蚀等特点。此外,在潮湿的氧化物中,很少存在固应力腐蚀而导致开裂的问题。比较容易焊接和采用标准的车间制造方法进行加工。由于这些特性,使其非常适合在高温、高湿、高盐雾的海洋腐蚀环境下使用。
钼元素的存在,使625合金具有耐点蚀和耐缝隙腐蚀性。铌元素在焊接过程中,可起到防止晶间开裂的稳定剂的作用。同时它对无机酸包括:盐酸、硝酸、磷酸和稀硫酸以及氧化还原反应的环境下,也具有良好的耐蚀性;并具备耐45.7m/s高速流动海水侵蚀的能力。
625合金的耐腐蚀性非常优秀,特别是在中度腐蚀的环境中,如淡水和海水、中性盐及碱性溶液中,是几乎不发生腐蚀的。不论是在泥土掩埋,飞浪区还是在流动的海水环境中,在18个月的测试期限内几乎不发生腐蚀。
冲压加工时金属塑性加工的一种。它是通过模具对板材料施加外力,是之分离或产生塑性变形,从而获得一定几何尺寸、形状结构和性能的零部件加工方法。通常也称之为板材冲压加工或板材成型加工。而厚度较小的板材冲压一般在常温下进行,也称为冷冲压。冲压件在形状和尺寸精度方面互换性好,可以满足一般的装配和使用性能的要求。因为加工中冲压件经历过金属的塑性变形,其内部晶粒细化,所以金属的金相结构发生变化,内部组织得到不同程度的改善,材料机械性能得到改善。这就是的冲压件具有重量轻、刚度好、精度高、余差配合好和外表光滑等特点;且冲压加工生产效率高。冲压润滑剂在冲压加工过程中起到非常重要的作用。

一种625合金冷冲压润滑剂组合物,采用质量比80%~90%的HVI400基础油与20%~10%的聚-α烯烃基础油作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
