本发明公开了一种白铜合金拉拔工艺润滑剂组合物,采用HIV 90 BS基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。它们包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、抗磨剂、极压剂、防锈剂、粘度指数改进剂、粘附剂等。本发明的组合物的有益效果在于:减少摩擦,能润滑、冷却被加工的工件和模具,减少动力能耗,使变形均匀;延长工具使用寿命,控制工件材料的磨损;改善被加工金属表面的质量和公差;控制温度,减少加工变形;保持被加工金属新旧表面被氧化或钝化;使用安全,无毒;残留物不影响加工和操作,便于清洗。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于金属加工润滑剂领域,特别涉及一种白铜合金拉拔工艺润滑剂组合物。
背景技术
白铜是以镍为主要添加元素的铜基合金,呈银白色,有金属光泽,故名白铜。铜镍之间彼此可无限固溶,从而形成连续固溶体,即不论彼此的比例多少,而恒为α-单相合金。当把镍熔入红铜里,含量超过16%以上时,产生的合金色泽就变得洁白如银,镍含量越高,颜色越白。白铜中镍的含量一般为25%。纯铜加镍能显著提高强度、耐蚀性、硬度、电阻和热电性,且易于塑型、加工和焊接[6],并降低电阻率温度系数。因此白铜较其他铜合金的机械性能、物理性能都异常良好,延展性好、硬度高、色泽美观、耐腐蚀、富有深冲性能,被广泛使用于造船、石油化工、电器、仪表、医疗器械、建筑、电力、日用品、乐器制作、工艺品等领域,并还是重要的电阻及热电偶合金。
金属拉拔是一种古老的加工方法用途广泛,简单适用。它是通过模具孔减少加工材料的截面,获得高精度、高光泽度的管材和棒(丝)材的一种塑性加工工艺。拉拔通常是冷加工过程,是一种连续和稳定的工艺。由于拉拔过程中的摩擦热和模具磨损以及工件的表面质量要求,需要使用拉拔润滑剂进行润滑和冷却。拉拔润滑剂可降低拉拔应力和能耗,减少模具拉裂和保持较低的拉拔温度。选择适当的润滑剂,能保持拉拔过程的润滑膜对产品的表面光洁度有很大的影响。
对金属坯料施以拉力,使之通过模孔以获得与模孔截面尺寸相同的制品的塑性加工方法称为拉拔。大量的棒材、丝材和管材是采用拉拔工艺生产的,而摩擦在拉拔工艺中起着关键性的作用。选择相应的润滑剂是根据摩擦特性和冷却能力。流体润滑是拉拔中最为理想的润滑状态,能大大降低摩擦系数和摩擦表面温度,不发生磨损和粘结损伤,提高模具寿命和制品的表面质量。润滑剂要求具有良好的粘附性、耐温性、耐压性、能形成稳定的润滑膜,起到润滑和冷却的作用,拉拔后润滑膜易于清除,减少动力消耗,改善加工金属表面的质量和公差,提高光洁度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的润滑技术问题是提供一种减少摩擦,能润滑、冷却被加工的工件和模具,减少动力能耗,使变形均匀;延长工具使用寿命,控制工件材料的磨损;改善被加工金属表面的质量和公差;控制温度,减少加工变形;保持被加工金属新旧表面被氧化或钝化;使用安全,无毒;残留物不影响加工和操作,便于清洗的白铜合金拉拔工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种白铜合金拉拔工艺润滑剂组合物,采用HIV 90 BS基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

抗氧剂是含铜抗氧剂T541。
金属减活剂是苯三唑衍生物T551。
油性剂是工业猪油。
摩擦改进剂是油酸乙二醇酯T403C;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
极压剂是硼化磷酸酯。
防锈剂是质量比50%的苯骈三氮唑和50%的十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐的复合。
粘度指数改进剂是聚异丁烯T603D;粘附剂是粗石蜡60号。
本发明的组合物的有益效果在于:减少摩擦,能润滑、冷却被加工的工件和模具,减少动力能耗,使变形均匀;延长工具使用寿命,控制工件材料的磨损;改善被加工金属表面的质量和公差;控制温度,减少加工变形;保持被加工金属新旧表面被氧化或钝化;使用安全,无毒;残留物不影响加工和操作,便于清洗。

4.如权利要求1所述的一种白铜合金拉拔工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:油性剂是工业猪油。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种白铜合金拉拔工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:摩擦改进剂是油酸乙二醇酯T403C;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种白铜合金拉拔工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:极压剂是硼化磷酸酯。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种白铜合金拉拔工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:防锈剂是质量比50%的苯骈三氮唑和50%的十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐的复合。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种白铜合金拉拔工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:粘度指数改进剂是聚异丁烯T603D;粘附剂是粗石蜡60号。
