Abstract
本发明公开了一种白合金冷拉拔加工润滑剂的组合物,采用HVIH 14和棕榈酸甲酯的复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、抗磨剂、极压剂、摩擦改进剂、粘度指数改进剂、填充剂、防锈剂等。本发明的组合物的有益效果在于:减少摩擦、润滑、冷却被加工的工件和模具,减少动力能耗,使变形均匀;延长工具使用寿命,控制工件材料的磨损;改善被加工金属表面的质量和公差;控制温度,减少加工变形;保持被加工金属新旧表面被氧化或钝化;使用安全,无毒;残留物不影响加工和操作,便于清洗。

技术领域
本发明属于金属加工润滑剂领域,特别涉及一种白合金冷拉拔加工润滑剂的组合物。
背景技术
白合金由美国人巴比特发明而得名,因其现白色,又成为巴氏合金。包括锡基轴承合金和铅基轴承合金,被广泛应用。它具有减摩特性,是唯一适合相对于低硬度轴转动的材料,与其它轴承材料相比,具有更好的适应性和压入性,广泛用于大型船用柴油机、涡轮机、交流发电机,以及其它矿山机械和大型旋转机械等。其主要合金成分是锡、铅、锑、铜。锑、铜,用以提高合金强度和硬度。
巴氏合金的组织特点是在软相基体上均匀分布着硬相质点,软相基体使合金具有非常好的嵌藏性、顺应性和抗咬合性,并在磨合后,软基体内凹,硬质点外凸,使滑动面之间形成微小间隙,成为贮油空间和润滑油通道,利于减摩;上凸的硬质点起支承作用,有利于承载。
根据国标:巴氏合金分锡基和铅基合金两种。铅基合金的强度和硬度比锡基合金低,耐蚀性也差。因此,通常在使用巴氏合金的时候,通常选用锡基合金。铅基合金使用比较经济。
金属拉拔是一种古老的加工方法,用途广泛,简单适用。它是通过模具孔减少加工材料的截面,获得高精度、高光泽度的管材和棒(丝)材的一种塑性加工工艺。拉拔通常是冷加工过程,是一种连续和稳定的工艺。由于拉拔过程中的摩擦热和模具磨损以及工件的表面质量要求,需要使用拉拔润滑剂进行润滑和冷却。拉拔润滑剂可降低拉拔应力和能耗,减少模具拉裂和保持较低的拉拔温度。选择适当的润滑剂,能保持拉拔过程的润滑膜对产品的表面光洁度有很大的影响。
对金属坯料施以拉力,使之通过模孔以获得与模孔截面尺寸相同的制品的塑性加工方法称为拉拔。大量的棒材、丝材和管材是采用拉拔工艺生产的,而摩擦在拉拔工艺中起着关键性的作用。选择相应的润滑剂是根据摩擦特性和冷却能力。流体润滑是拉拔中最为理想的润滑状态,能大大降低摩擦系数和摩擦表面温度,不发生磨损和粘结损伤,提高模具寿命和制品的表面质量。润滑剂要求具有良好的粘附性、耐温性、耐压性、能形成稳定的润滑膜,起到润滑和冷却的作用,拉拔后润滑膜易于清除,减少动力消耗,改善加工金属表面的质量和公差,提高光洁度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种减少摩擦,能润滑、冷却被加工的工件和模具,减少动力能耗,使变形均匀;延长工具使用寿命,控制工件材料的磨损;改善被加工金属表面的质量和公差;控制温度,减少加工变形;保持被加工金属新旧表面被氧化或钝化;使用安全,无毒;残留物不影响加工和操作,便于清洗的白合金冷拉拔加工润滑剂的组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:、
一种白合金冷拉拔加工润滑剂的组合物,采用HVIH 14基础油和棕榈酸甲酯的复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

以上各组分质量百分比总和为100%。
采用质量比20%HVIH 14基础油和80%棕榈酸甲酯的复合为基础油。
抗氧剂是质量比67%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酯T502A和33%的含铜抗氧剂T543的复合;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T302。
金属减活剂是苯三唑衍生物T551。
防锈剂是质量比67%的环烷酸锌T704和33%的苯骈三氮唑T705复合;极压剂是环烷酸铅T341。
油性剂是硫化猪油。
填充剂是85号微晶蜡;粘度指数改进剂是聚异丁烯T603D。
摩擦改进剂是硫磷酸钼T461。
本发明的组合物的有益效果在于:减少摩擦,能润滑、冷却被加工的工件和模具,减少动力能耗,使变形均匀;延长工具使用寿命,控制工件材料的磨损;改善被加工金属表面的质量和公差;控制温度,减少加工变形;保持被加工金属新旧表面被氧化或钝化;使用安全,无毒;残留物不影响加工和操作,便于清洗。

1.一种白合金冷拉拔加工润滑剂的组合物,其特征在于:采用HVIH 14基础油和棕榈酸甲酯的复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种白合金冷拉拔加工润滑剂的组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比20%HVIH 14基础油和80%棕榈酸甲酯的复合为基础油。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种白合金冷拉拔加工润滑剂的组合物,其特征在于:抗氧剂是质量比67%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酯T502A和33%的含铜抗氧剂T543的复合;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T302。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种白合金冷拉拔加工润滑剂的组合物,其特征在于:金属减活剂是苯三唑衍生物T551。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种白合金冷拉拔加工润滑剂的组合物,其特征在于:防锈剂是质量比67%的环烷酸锌T704和33%的苯骈三氮唑T705复合;极压剂是环烷酸铅T341。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种白合金冷拉拔加工润滑剂的组合物,其特征在于:油性剂是硫化猪油。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种白合金冷拉拔加工润滑剂的组合物,其特征在于:填充剂是85号微晶蜡;粘度指数改进剂是聚异丁烯T603D。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种白合金冷拉拔加工润滑剂的组合物,其特征在于:摩擦改进剂是硫磷酸钼T461。
