Description
技术领域
本发明属于润滑油应用技术领域,尤其涉及一种专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是用在汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦、保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。润滑油由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。
粘度指数是指油品粘度随温度变化的程度,粘度指数越高,表示油品粘度受温度的影响越小,其粘温性能越好,反之越差;粘度指数是润滑油性能的重要指标,因此,如何提高润滑油的粘度指数成为目前润滑油研究领域的热点。
作为具有滑动面润滑部的工作机械的润滑剂,使用润滑油,而油脂几乎不使用。这被认为是由于油脂是半固体状,相比于油状(液状)的润滑油而向滑动面的流入较差,经常导致润滑不良。另外,由于油脂为半固体状,存在由自动供脂装置难以进行压送或不能压送的不良状况。润滑油虽然是可压送的,由于使用时过剩的量垂落流下,使用量较大,存在润滑油的消费成本增大的问题。此外,存在润滑油飞散而污损环境、气氛、机械,发生润滑油雾而使作业环境恶化的问题,从而导致润滑度不够、化学稳定性较差。
综上所述,目前耐磨型润滑油粘度低,耐磨性差,化学稳定性差,导致汽车烧机油、少机油,影响汽车工作性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油,旨在解决目前耐磨型润滑油粘度低,耐磨性差,化学稳定性差,导致汽车烧机油、少机油的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油,所述专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油组分按质量份由基础油70份~85份、抗磨剂6份~10份、增粘剂5份~6份、滑石粉4份~7份、极压剂10份~15份,防锈剂0.3份~0.5、抗氧抗腐剂0.3~0.5份、二氧化硅0.1份~0.15份、分散剂2份~4份,粘度改进剂3份~10份、硅烷偶联剂2份~6份、抗泡剂2份~4份组成。
进一步,基础油是粘度指数为92以上的高粘度指数基础油;所述分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯、三硬脂酸甘油酯一种或两种混合物。
进一步,所述抗磨剂为硫化油脂、磷酸酯、二硫代磷酸金属盐中的一种。
进一步,所述抗泡剂为甲基硅油抗泡剂。
进一步,所述极压剂为硫化猪油、磷酸酯、非金属氮化物、氯化石蜡中的一种。
进一步,所述防锈剂为磺酸钡、磺酸钙、改性磺酸钙、硼酸胺、羧酸胺中的一种。
进一步,所述专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油的使用温度为-65℃~+240℃。
进一步,专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油制备方法包括:
按质量份称取基础油70份~85份、抗磨剂6份~10份、增粘剂5份~6份、滑石粉4份~7份、极压剂10份~15份,防锈剂0.3份~0.5、抗氧抗腐剂0.3~0.5份、二氧化硅0.1份~0.15份、分散剂2份~4份,粘度改进剂3份~10份、硅烷偶联剂2份~6份、抗泡剂2份~4份,备用;
将70份~85份基础油转入反应釜中,升温至50℃,匀速搅拌25分钟后,依次加入抗磨剂6份~10份、增粘剂5份~6份、滑石粉4份~7份、极压剂10份~15份,防锈剂0.3份~0.5、抗氧抗腐剂0.3~0.5份、二氧化硅0.1份~0.15份、分散剂2份~4份,粘度改进剂3份~10份、硅烷偶联剂2份~6份、抗泡剂2份~4份,升温至65℃,匀速搅拌60分钟;
冷却至室温,过滤即得专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种利用上述的专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油制备的耐严寒润滑油。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种利用上述的专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油制备的耐高温润滑油。
本发明提供的耐磨剂是指润滑剂在轻负荷和中等负荷条件下能在摩擦表面形成薄膜,防止磨损的能力。如:硫化油脂、磷酸酯、二硫代磷酸金属盐。
润滑油使用中,常会受到震荡、搅动等影响,使空气进入润滑油中,以至于形成气泡,则将影响润滑油的润滑性能,加速氧化速度,导致油品损失,而且会阻碍油品的传送,使供油中断,妨碍润滑,对液压油影响其压力的传递。抗泡剂作用主要是抑制泡沫的产生,提高消除泡沫的速度,以免形成安定的泡沫。它能吸附在泡沫上,形成不安定的膜,从而达到破坏泡沫的目的。用的抗泡剂是甲基硅油抗泡剂。
极压剂是指润滑剂在低速高负荷或高速冲击负荷摩擦条件下,即在所谓的极压条件下防止摩擦面发生烧结、擦伤的能力。极压剂多含有硫磷氯等活性物质,极压剂在摩擦面上和金属起化学反应,生成剪切力和熔点都比原金属低的化合物,构成极压固体润滑膜,防止烧结。极压剂有:硫化猪油、磷酸酯、非金属氮化物、氯化石蜡。
极压抗磨剂:在摩擦面的高温部分能与金属反应生成融点低的物质,节省油耗和振动噪音。极压剂:大部分都是硫化物、氯化物、磷化物,在高温下能与金属反应生成润滑性的物质,在苛刻条件下提供润滑。主要有:硫化异丁烯,噻二唑衍生物(TH561)
防锈剂是一种极性很强的化合物,其极性基团对金属表面有很强的吸附力,在金属表面形成紧密的单分子或多分子保护层,阻止腐蚀介质与金属接触,起到防锈作用。另外,溶解防锈剂的基础油,可在防锈剂吸附少的地方进行吸附,深入到防锈添加剂分子之间,借助范德华力与添加剂分子共同作用,使吸附膜更加牢固;另外,由于基础油的作用,使添加剂对金属表面的吸附更加牢固不易脱离,油还可以与添加剂形成浓缩物,从而使吸附膜更加紧密。总之,基础油的这些作用,有利于保护吸附分子,保持油膜厚度,起到一定的防锈作用。防腐蚀剂如:磺酸钡、磺酸钙、改性磺酸钙、硼酸胺、羧酸胺。
本发明以粘度指数较高的中性基础油为主要成分,添加了粘度改进剂,明显提高了润滑油的粘度指数。本发明润滑油添加剂与基础油相容性较好,提高了润滑油的稳定性。本发明与现有的润滑油相比,其生产成本较低、润滑油使用寿命较长,避免了耐磨型润滑油粘度低,耐磨性差,化学稳定性差的问题,避免了汽车烧机油、少机油,影响汽车工作性能的问题。
本发明具有极佳的密封性能和高低温性能,工作温度范围宽;具有优异的氧化安定性和化学稳定性;具有良好的抗腐蚀性、抗水性和抗溶剂性,耐大多数化学品的侵蚀;绝缘性能好。本发明冷却、润滑效果好,使用时摩擦力小。
本发明专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油制备方法简单,便于操作,适宜规模化生产。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例提供的专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油,组分按质量份由基础油70份~85份、抗磨剂6份~10份、增粘剂5份~6份、滑石粉4份~7份、极压剂10份~15份,防锈剂0.3份~0.5、抗氧抗腐剂0.3~0.5份、二氧化硅0.1份~0.15份、分散剂2份~4份,粘度改进剂3份~10份、硅烷偶联剂2份~6份、抗泡剂2份~4份组成。
基础油是粘度指数为92以上的高粘度指数基础油;所述分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯、三硬脂酸甘油酯一种或两种混合物。
本发明基础油可采用西江原油生产的优质高黏度指数润滑油基础油,以西江重减压蜡油为原料,模拟Chevron Lummus Global公司的三段高压加氢工艺进行中型试验,生产优质高黏度指数润滑油基础油,分别对加氢裂化单元和异构降凝一补充精制单元的操作条件进行生产。结果表明,在适宜的操作条件下,对西江重减压蜡油采用加氢裂化一异构脱蜡一补充精制的全氢工艺进行处理,可生产符合APIⅡ+8cSt标准要求的润滑油基础油。
所述抗磨剂为硫化油脂、磷酸酯、二硫代磷酸金属盐中的一种。
所述抗泡剂为甲基硅油抗泡剂。
所述极压剂为硫化猪油、磷酸酯、非金属氮化物、氯化石蜡中的一种。
本发明实施例提供的硫化猪油是一款浅色、低气味的非活性硫化极压抗磨剂,具有粘度大、黏附性好、油膜厚、抗磨性高的特点,适于在金属塑性变形工艺作为主剂来调和高端冲压油、拉伸油;工业油品中适于调和导轨油。功能配置适于在金属塑性变形工艺作为主剂来调和高端冲压油、拉伸油。
本发明实施例提供的非金属氮化物有氮化硼(BN)、五氮化三磷(P3N5)、四氮化三硅(Si3N4)等.它们的热稳定性比较高,各具特殊性质;可用作极压剂;氮化硼是优良润滑剂。
所述防锈剂为磺酸钡、磺酸钙、改性磺酸钙、硼酸胺、羧酸胺中的一种。
所述专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油的使用温度为-65℃~+240℃。

如图1所述,本发明实施例提供的专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油制备方法,包括:
S101:按质量份称取基础油70份~85份、抗磨剂6份~10份、增粘剂5份~6份、滑石粉4份~7份、极压剂10份~15份,防锈剂0.3份~0.5、抗氧抗腐剂0.3~0.5份、二氧化硅0.1份~0.15份、分散剂2份~4份,粘度改进剂3份~10份、硅烷偶联剂2份~6份、抗泡剂2份~4份,备用;
S102:将70份~85份基础油转入反应釜中,升温至50℃,匀速搅拌25分钟后,依次加入抗磨剂6份~10份、增粘剂5份~6份、滑石粉4份~7份、极压剂10份~15份,防锈剂0.3份~0.5、抗氧抗腐剂0.3~0.5份、二氧化硅0.1份~0.15份、分散剂2份~4份,粘度改进剂3份~10份、硅烷偶联剂2份~6份、抗泡剂2份~4份,升温至65℃,匀速搅拌60分钟;
S103:冷却至室温,过滤即得专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油。
本发明以粘度指数较高的中性基础油为主要成分,添加了粘度改进剂,明显提高了润滑油的粘度指数。本发明润滑油添加剂与基础油相容性较好,提高了润滑油的稳定性。本发明与现有的润滑油相比,其生产成本较低、润滑油使用寿命较长,避免了耐磨型润滑油粘度低,耐磨性差,化学稳定性差的问题;避免了汽车烧机油、少机油,影响汽车工作性能的问题。

按质量份称取基础油70份、硫化油脂6份、增粘剂5份、滑石粉4份、极压剂10份,防锈剂0.3份、抗氧抗腐剂0.3、二氧化硅0.1份、分散剂2份,粘度改进剂3份、硅烷偶联剂2份、抗泡剂2份,备用;
将70份份基础油转入反应釜中,升温至50℃,匀速搅拌25分钟后,依次加入抗磨剂6份、增粘剂5份、滑石粉4份、极压剂10份,防锈剂0.3份、抗氧抗腐剂0.3、二氧化硅0.1份、分散剂2份,粘度改进剂3份、硅烷偶联剂2份、抗泡剂2份,升温至65℃,匀速搅拌60分钟;
冷却至室温,过滤即得专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油。使用温度为-65℃。
实施例二:
本发明实施例提供的专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油制备方法,包括:
按质量份称取基础油85份、磷酸酯10份、增粘剂6份、滑石粉7份、极压剂15份,防锈剂0.5、抗氧抗腐剂0.5份、二氧化硅0.15份、分散剂4份,粘度改进剂10份、硅烷偶联剂6份、抗泡剂4份,备用;
将85份基础油转入反应釜中,升温至50℃,匀速搅拌25分钟后,依次加入抗磨剂10份、增粘剂6份、滑石粉7份、极压剂15份,防锈剂0.5、抗氧抗腐剂0.5份、二氧化硅0.15份、分散剂4份,粘度改进剂10份、硅烷偶联剂6份、抗泡剂4份,升温至65℃,匀速搅拌60分钟;
冷却至室温,过滤即得专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油。
使用温度为+240℃。
实施例三:
本发明实施例提供的专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油制备方法,包括:
按质量份称取基础油75份、二硫代磷酸金属8份、增粘剂5.5份、滑石粉6份、极压剂12份,防锈剂0.4份、抗氧抗腐剂0.4、二氧化硅0.13份、分散剂3份,粘度改进剂6份、硅烷偶联剂4份、抗泡剂3份,备用;
将75份基础油转入反应釜中,升温至50℃,匀速搅拌25分钟后,依次加入抗磨剂8份、增粘剂5.5份、滑石粉6份、极压剂12份,防锈剂0.4份、抗氧抗腐剂0.4、二氧化硅0.13份、分散剂3份,粘度改进剂6份、硅烷偶联剂4份、抗泡剂3份,升温至65℃,匀速搅拌60分钟;
冷却至室温,过滤即得专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油。
使用温度为+35℃。
本发明具有极佳的密封性能和高低温性能,工作温度范围宽;具有优异的氧化安定性和化学稳定性;具有良好的抗腐蚀性、抗水性和抗溶剂性,耐大多数化学品的侵蚀;绝缘性能好。本发明冷却、润滑效果好,使用时摩擦力小。

2.如权利要求1所述的专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油,其特征在于,基础油是粘度指数为92以上的高粘度指数基础油;所述分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯、三硬脂酸甘油酯一种或两种混合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油,其特征在于,所述抗磨剂为硫化油脂、磷酸酯、二硫代磷酸金属盐中的一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油,其特征在于,所述抗泡剂为甲基硅油抗泡剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油,其特征在于,所述极压剂为硫化猪油、磷酸酯、非金属氮化物、氯化石蜡中的一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为磺酸钡、磺酸钙、改性磺酸钙、硼酸胺、羧酸胺中的一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油,其特征在于,所述专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油的使用温度为-65℃~+240℃。

将70份~85份基础油转入反应釜中,升温至50℃,匀速搅拌25分钟后,依次加入耐磨剂6份~10份、增粘剂5份~6份、滑石粉4份~7份、极压剂10份~15份,防锈剂0.3份~0.5、抗氧抗腐剂0.3~0.5份、二氧化硅0.1份~0.15份、分散剂2份~4份,粘度改进剂3份~10份、硅烷偶联剂2份~6份、抗泡剂2份~4份,升温至65℃,匀速搅拌60分钟;
冷却至室温,过滤即得专业治理汽车烧机油、少机油的修复减磨型润滑油。
